Priya had a traumatic childhood because of which she suffered in her career. Family responsibilities, citizen responsibilities, and responsibilities of being a Doctor are becoming overwhelming. Trouble seems to never go from her life which leads to her anxiety and depression but she puts on a facade. Indian society hasn't developed that much to accept her as she is. She doesn't struggle with family and career but also with her love life as she is Bi. "Don't care about others" is easier to say than do but she tries to finally care about herself and live a life alive. Not everyone gets to have a happy ending.
