Magnus groaned as his eyelids slowly fluttered open, he gazed in his surroundings with a pained expression as he remembered what happened before he got here.
He went to bed, and then all of a sudden he woke up here? No dramatic death by a vehicle or by a stupid decision, he just died just like that.
Magnus frowned, "How did he-no....why did he die? He was only 23 years old, as healthy as he can be, and was about a year away from graduating from college. Did some God Kill him? If so fuck them, he had a good life, with a good christian family, and some decent friends too. His life was just torn from him...
Magnus stared at the nothingness before him...before....
Chuckle...Magnus used chuckle against himself...it was Super Effective!
This was cool.
His life was somewhat boring in away, leading him to read interesting anime and manga, or any type of fiction for that manor, besides gay stuff, he didn't like gay stuff, unless it was lesbian, no offense to the gay people out there, it just he was straight, and a male, so he preferred the opposite gender.
That was when I was finally able to get a grip of my surroundings, Magnus spotted a beautiful woman, and I know this is a cliche, but she was really beautiful, so beautiful in fact, that caught himself staring at her in a daze.
quickly snapped myself out of it and focused on her specifically...She looked surprised... even though she held the same gaze that my own mother used to give.
She opened her mouth, and started to speak. Gibberish; that is what I heard, but Magnus knew this was a different language.
He look down himself and MAgnus realized that he was but a baby.
Not gonna lie, he shrieked like a little girl. I mean...wouldn't you? given the circumstances?I certainly would heh...
Fortunately for him though, his throat wasn't developed as much, so it came out as a wail than a shriek...and this little action has got the new mother...concerned...as she tried to get him to calm down, and...she was successful. She was very successful.... I snuggled into her arms...
"Τόσο αξιολάτρευτο~" she cooed, "Τα παιδιά μου~"
Well, he didn't understand what she was saying, but then her eyes diverted from just him to something else, causing him to look at what was before him as well, he saw it.
Two other children that were in her arms right next to him, wait, how did he not see them their, he could have at least brushed against them and realized that he was there, right?"
Unknowingly to him though, he did do just that, but with everything that was happening, and what was going on? He didn't register it, he was just trying to get a grip, with what was going on, so the simple bump, the simple brush of a skin, it wouldn't effect him, he wouldn't feel it, because everything that was happening with him was so freaking confusing already!
"Άρα παρατηρήσατε επιτέλους το δίδυμό σας να έχετε;." My mother said mirthfully, "Αυτή είναι η αδερφή σου η Εστία."
"Βλέπω ότι έχεις δύο παιδιά." a voice said with a neutral tone of voice. "Ακριβώς όπως προείπε η προφητεία."
"Κρόνος." my mother growled without a shred of emotion in her tone.. Magnus glanced between the two, and realized that this must be his father, by the way he looked at me and my sons, by the way, it wasn't the same loving gaze my mother held, it was weird, Magnus wasn't sure.
Even though he couldn't understand. Magnus could tell there was some type of bad relationship between the two.
He hoped for his new...Father's sake, it wasn't an abusive one...because, that is a one way ticket to some ass kicking from yours truly.
"Ρέα." he replied back with a neutral voice, "Ξέρεις τι πρέπει να γίνει."
Fear...that was the first time Magnus had ever seen it in his mothers eyes....
Fear....Fear... not for herself....but for Magnus, and his...sister.
"Σας παρακαλώ, μην το κάνετε αυτό, είναι παιδιά μας!" she shouted with a pleading tone.
The father looked at her unfazed, and with a steel gaze, "Ξέρεις για την προφητεία Ρέα, ξέρεις τι πρέπει να γίνει."
Magnus tilted his head, he knows something is about to happen, but just...what?
He watched his father tilted his head back, and opened his mouth to an impossible degree, You've got to be kidding me.
Unfortunately Magnus was right...as he ended up swallowing Magnus whole...much to his disgust, horror, and honesty....fascination...
Magnus was just being honest with himself...he must be fascinated...sure the only people who had ever eaten his son happened to be in..
That's when his eyes widened, as a flash of realization shot across Magnu's eyes...
