Hope

Finally, she awoke.

Olivia's eyes searched around for anything familiar only to realize she wasn't even in the apartment she had met the strange girls.

She was lying on a bed and was in a room that reminded her of home.

Quickly she got up and rushed to the window as if to confirm if it had all been a dream.

She saw the busy road, the people, their clothes, the shops and the cars, she instantly became enveloped by hope.

She was back, back on earth. She was home.

"Hey," Mitch spoke from behind her.

She could have sworn she was alone in that room. His voice had startled her, causing a swift turn towards his direction.

As breathtaking as he was, she dared not admit it even in her mind.

He stood before her dressed in white with his hands buried in his trousers pockets.

He looked like a regular human and had let some buttons loose on his shirt which gave out his cleavage.

He smelt nice. It caught her nose.

"Who are you?" She inquired, maintaining distance.

"You shouldn't be scared of me." He told her.

"I asked a question." She retorted.

He stared at her for a while.

"Someone you know." He replied.

His response made no sense to her for a minute but slowly she felt he was right.

"You should rest." He said, walking towards the window.

Once he passed her while he moved to open up the windows as well as spread apart the curtains, she was forced to take two steps backwards.

She had felt something. A rather strange feeling, mostly in her Vjay.

"What was that?" She inquired, uneasy.

"What was what?" He replied.

"That. Don't act like you don't know what I am going on about. Why did you get close to me and I have the burning urge to be fucked by you?" She was upset.

"Well over here you call it soulmate. So we are soulmates. That's why." He replied, walking back towards the door and into the hallway.

"Bullshit. What does that even mean? Who are you? Who were those girls? What was that place? How did I get back? What's going on?" She inquired, following behind him.

They had taken a turn to the kitchen and she had carefully followed him in.

"I know you have many questions but I definitely cannot give you all the answers in a day so we could just begin with the basics." He said, pouring her a glass of juice in the kitchen.

The kitchen was neat. Someone must have had to come around often to keep up with the cleaning.

It wasn't some fancy apartment it seemed. The kitchen only had a table for two and the necessary utensils hung up above the wash bowl.

There was a refrigerator just at the corner and a cooker beside the sink.

He handed her the glass of juice but then she declined. He gulped it all down while she watched.

"What basics?" She inquired.

"Okay. Your world- Earth. Mine- Asix. Your people- ordinary. Mine- Supernatural.

Everything your people make out to be a movie, most of it is real. Some of those people portal to my world to gain knowledge and then put in a movie to make money out of it.

Vampires, werewolves, witches, beasts, and so on, are real and exist in my world.

Now in my world, you and I are mates. I am yours and you are mine so anytime we get close you will feel the urge to have sex unless you give in to the body you currently possess and then we can start from there." He told her.

"And the girl I see in my dreams? The one begging me to let her in?" She inquired.

"That's Esther. Which is you but it's way too deep for you to understand." He told her.

"You know what? F*CK this. I'm out of here." She stormed towards the room door but as soon as it was time to step out, she couldn't.

"You can't leave." He told her.

"I am not your slave!" She yelled.

"Under a full moon, we drank each other's blood and made love. That's a covenant that only death could break.

I have control over you as much as you do over me but for the fact you still war against that body, I am the one in total control. You don't even have control over you." He told her.

"You are bluffing." She said in an irritated tone.

He said no further words. Only reached for a knife and cut his palm.

She felt it.

"Awww! Are you insane? you piece of garbage!" She yelled in pain.

The cut bled.

"You make me do these things. You trust no one. I could heal you with my mind only when I am given full control over you. Just accept" he told her.

"I see what you are doing. Trying to make me give in so you could have your lover back." She said spitefully.

"It's also for your good." He told her.

"Your lover is dead. This is my new body and I have some revenge to do so if you don't mind, unbind me!" She said.

"I would have to kill you then." He said.

"Wh- What?" She paced backwards seeing that he approached her slowly.

"Stay back!" She warned.

"You cannot access the powers to fight back when you won't give in. I could kill you in less than a second." He assured her.

"Don't do that." She said.

"Do what?" He asked.

"You are being seductive. What is wrong with this body? Make it stop. Now you stop!" She warned, reaching for a pan.

"What are you going to do? Make pancakes out of me?" He found it cute and funny as well.

She held onto the pan's handle with both hands. Squeezing on it hard enough to send a message.

"You are so much like her." He said with a smile, having paused his steps.

"I am not your mate!" She yelled.

"Yes, you are. Just a different version." He told her. "Anyways, I was on my way out." He added, moving into the living room. On one of the couches lay a fancy bag.

"Don't be ridiculous. This is my world. You know nothing about it. What do you mean you were on your way out?" She mocked.

"I got you some clothes, you should change into one. I'm sure you have missed being alive." He said.

She fixed her eyes on him for a bit, seeing he was serious, she had to admit, at least to herself, that she did miss being human.

It took a while but she soon came out into the living room. She had wrapped her hair in a bun and let loose some edges.

She had picked the white cute dress that revealed her beautiful legs and had graced her feet in a pair of black jelly shoes.

He was lost for a moment. Her beauty had always captivated his heart. To him, she was an angel without wings made just for him.

She could see how he looked at her from the couch he sat on and knew he hadn't noticed her roll her eyes at him.

"Did every one of the outfits need to be in white?" She inquired, not seeming impressed.

"What colour would you have preferred?" He finally spoke.

"Red and women go together." She told him with raised brows.

"Then you didn't look in the mirror." He said.

"Jesus, can we just go?" She said.

Soon they were out of the apartment.

"Many humans carry on with their life's tasks. They believe life is what it is and how it seems but they have no idea all that happens where they never look." He told her as they walked.

"The cop over there? That's a vampire." He added.

Olivia could see him. He looked so normal.

"The lady over there? She is a stripper, yes but how many know what she is?" He said.

"What is she?" Olivia was curious.

"Partly one of you. A witch." He said.

"I am not a - wait a minute, this body is the body of a witch? You mean now I have superpowers? And hold on, a werewolf shouldn't be able to do all that you say you can do." She said.

"Yeah. The mind thing? I got that from you. You are a witch-wolf with the powers of a witch and a werewolf.

I am a werewolf but the blood transfusion gave me some of your powers, one could say I am a wizard-wolf.

The powers are limited though. You have no idea what you were capable of then and what you are capable of now." He told her.

'only makes vengeance more classic for me.' she thought. 'wait, what if he could hear my thoughts too?'

"Could you read my thoughts?" She inquired.

"I could but you shut me out. The other you. Big mistake." He said and then instantly became overwhelmed by sadness.

"Hungry?" He inquired, brightening the mood and leading her into a restaurant that was just a few steps ahead.

She loved it once she got in and took a seat on one of the comfy chairs. It was probably a table for four but it was just the both of them.

She wasn't feeling comfortable. They had walked too close and she had done her best to control herself the entire stroll.

She could swear her pantie was soaked up by now but knew she had to act cool.

'Come on Oli, show no weakness.'

"Mitchell? Oh my world.." Some lady bent over to embrace him. She practically had her boobs in his face.

She seemed to have been exiting the restaurant when her eyes caught sight of him while in the process of walking past their table.

She was tall and blonde and had large bouncing curls. Looked expensive, smelt expensive and most of all smelt like a threat.

'who the f*CK is she?' Olivia thought to herself.
