chapter 6: Direct Bombing.

"Order the armed agents following behind to check what is hidden in the valley." May said to Phil Coulson next to her softly.

Phil listened to her and nodded.

Phil, who was concerned about the secrets hidden in the valley, quietly looked around to make sure that no one noticed him and then secretly contacted the armed agent who followed behind them on a device and said  "Let the agents who are following us go to the valley to explore what's hidden in it."

"Hey! Why are you standing there? The president told you to follow me quickly."

A rough voice suddenly came from the entrance of the base.

When they looked up they saw 6547 was looking at them with a dissatisfied expression.

"Coming~Coming!" Phil Coulson quickly flashed his standard good-natured smile and followed up embarrassingly.

After several people took the elevator to the underground base, an old man in a white coat was already waiting for Jason at the elevator door.

"President, Dr. a167 greets you!"

Dr. a167 is the A-level scientific researcher awarded by the system to Jason.

In the Foundation, most of the people here do not have names, instead, they go by their code names.

"Hello, doctor, how is the situation at the scene?" Jason nodded and asked.

"The situation is not optimistic! Please come with me, President."

After Dr. a167 finished speaking, he led the way ahead.

Soon, all of them came to the command room. The layout of the command room was very simple. Except for a few consoles, there were only monitoring screens.

On the screen, there is a landscape. These are the footage of the valley in front of them.

"SCP-307's growth rate is extremely fast. Although we instantly emptied all the warm-blooded animals around, this still did not stop its savage growth. Now its vines have spread all over the valley. If it is not contained quickly then SCP-307 may be able to run away quickly" Dr. a167 explained with a bitter face.

SCP-307?

Empty all warm-blooded animals?

Vines all over the valley?

Listening to the doctor's report, the S.H.I.E.L.D trio who followed behind were completely confused, they had no idea what the mentioned SCP-307 meant.

Although they are not quite sure what the doctor said, the S.H.I.E.L.D trio have determined one thing at this moment, that is, there is a secret hidden in that valley.

Phil Coulson, who was interested in finding out more information, stood up and asked curiously: "That...can you explain the so-called SCP-307?"

After the Doctor heard Colson's question, he frowned in dissatisfaction.

The doctor scolded with a dark face: "Which department are you from? Why are you so unprofessional? Report your code, and I will complain to your superior for your unprofessionalism!"

In the Foundation, the subordinates are not qualified to question the superiors, because when the Foundation contains SCPs, there will always be many unbelievable orders due to the characteristics of the contained objects.

Sometimes just the time to ask a question is enough to make an SCP run rampant.

Over time, the Foundation has this unwritten rule that the subordinates can't question the order of the superior.

Definitely, the main reason for this is because C-level combatants and staff have no human rights, after all, those are just clones.

Looking at the aggressive Doctor, Phil Coulson looked at Jason with pleading eyes.

:Numbers? What does that even mean, how would I know about it? I'm just an undercover agent.' Phil Coulson thought gloomily.

Jason did not embarrass Phil Coulson, and explained with a smile: "He is a new recruit, recruited by me. As for the department, the authority of these three people is tentatively designated as B-level operatives."

"B-class operatives?"

The doctor looked at the three with questioning eyes.

The doctor is also a cold-hearted person. Seeing that Jason's newly joined trio has such a large authority, he also asked worriedly: "President, it's not that I doubt your vision, but on what basis have you determined that these three new recruits will become B-level operatives? You should know that in our foundation, the higher the authority, the harder it is for your life to be protected."

After speaking, Jason continued to ask, "Continue talking about SCP-307!"

"After our research, the plan we have here is to fire a small nuclear warhead into the valley, and then use a remote-controlled robot to completely contain SCP-307."

The Doctor's words made the S.H.I.E.L.D trio frown.

They couldn't believe what they had heard. How could this old man in front of them say such maddening words in such a plain tone.

Drop a nuclear bomb?

Is this what a scientist can say? Even if the organizations from America are here, they would not dare to make such a decision to use a nuclear warhead so easily.

This organization must be hiding something dangerous.

The three who thought the same tacitly looked at each other.

"Is there any more..." Jason's words were not finished yet when a rude curse interrupted what Jason was about to say.

"Fu*k! Why would someone enter the valley? Haven't we cleaned up the surroundings, this group of people… they are fully armed, what are they doing here?" 6547 looked at a screen in front of him and growled.

After scolding, 6547 picked up the pager next to him and shouted on the communication channel: "Which idiot advocated going to the valley without authorization? I want to send him to the Foundation Inquisition!"

"Report sir! They are not our peoplean ."

6547: "..."

6547 hung up the pager and looked at Jason next to him with a gloomy expression, hoping that Jason could come up with a solution.

Looking at the armed special team on the screen, Jason probably guessed the origin of this team.

Knowing that this time the armed special team came from S.H.I.E.L.D. Jason gave an order with a grim face: "Send nuclear warheads, we must not allow SCP-307 to receive any more nutrition!"

In the Marvel Movie Universe, the S.H.I.E.L.D. has been completely infiltrated by HYDRA. It would be better to say that they are more HYDRA than S.H.I.E.L.D.

For this kind of group, Jason had no guilt to kill.

Jason's words made Coulson's face instantly pale.

It was his order to ask the armed agents to go to the valley to seek information. He couldn't watch his colleagues and comrades die under the nuclear explosion.

Coulson hurriedly jumped out and stopped: "Boss... do you want to check? What if these people are your own?"
