1 Crazy Boss

I still can't believe it until this moment, the second I've been here for years in such a condition. I've been working in this company for six years as secretary of the CEO of the company I work for.

At first, I thought it was a fortune I could work in a company as big and as big as this even though I was just a high school graduate. Until the moment when my boss retired and was replaced by his son and I just realized that my boss who sucks and likes to trouble me is the guy, I used to bully in junior high.

Heaven turned to hell when I learned of this bitter reality, and I don't know what was in his tangled mind that he suddenly asked me to marry in front of everyone.

Tik... Tik... Tik... The sound of ballpoint pens pitted against the table makes the silence in the room more thrilling.

The day was late but Luna was still working on documents piled high on her desk, while occasionally glancing at the table where her boss sits with an impatient expression.

"Oh, I'm starving... Damn boss, no heart, he should have drowned in the sea and ate sharks. Oh My God, why did you create this super annoying cruel human being? And why, too, from the billions of people on earth, should he be my boss? It is very unfair when I am diligent in worship, but I can continue to be with this handsome-faced demon." Luna swears in her heart while typing her fingers that feel stiff because since the morning she has been working

"Oh my god, please make him sleepy." Her murmur in the heart again, of course, she will die if she says it directly because of the sensitivity of her boss's ears like a dictator.

"I won't sleep until you finish your work." Oh, my God, she almost had a heart attack because all of a sudden her boss was next to her.

"Okay, boss!" Luna's sharp tongue goes down as Kevin brings his face closer and checks his work.

"It's a punishment for you who like to bully me in the past." Whisper Kevin, die already the sound of weight makes Luna asphyxiated not to mention the roar of her breath that makes her goosebumps

"The incident as a child should not be remembered, sir." Luna holds her breath with a smile staring at Kevin

"Ok, then!" Eventually, Kevin walks away from Luna to allow Luna to breathe a sigh of relief

'Then this is a punishment because you haven't been able to recognize me for the last two years." Kevin said after adding a stack of files on Luna's desk.

"Boss, you're so cruel!" Murmured Luna quietly

"Speak clearly!" Kevin brings his face closer, prompting Luna to pull her face backward.

"I said you're very kind sir!" Luna doesn't know what she's saying most importantly she doesn't want to be anywhere near Kevin this close.

"All right, because I'm so kind I'm going to add more of your work so you can stay with me here longer"

"I'm very generous isn't I?" Kevin said after adding another stack of documents that made Luna's entire desk filled with documents until there was no gap for her to look forward to.

"Fucking boss.." Luna screams in her heart, she is eager to eat her boss alive because she is so willing to torture him without mercy.

"Kevin Wijaya, I'll eat you alive and break your bones to pieces. Crazy boss. kyaaaaaaaa!" Luna ruffles her hair out of frustration.

How stupid she is, she didn't know it all along that Kevin was her schoolmate in junior high school, the nerdy man who was always bullied by her.

"I should resign, I must..." Luna convinces her to resign from the company led by Kevin otherwise she will quickly die if she continues along with her boss who keeps pressing her. It's been two years since Kevin's secretary always teased him but also acted cruelly to her and now he can't stand it anymore because Kevin's cruelty is doubling every day.

"Why are you shouting?" Ask Mia, she is Luna's roommate, when she just came out of the bathroom and then sat next to Luna, she was confused as to why her graceful best friend suddenly became noisy like a child who was whining because of her candy was taken by someone else.

"I want to quit my job." Replied Luna, he was still upset and his head still felt dizzy because earlier in the office she had to deal with a lot of files that even use foreign language that makes her late to come home today.

"What's the matter? Haven't you worked there for a long time?" Ask Mia doesn't understand why her best friend suddenly wants to quit her job at a company that has been very helpful to her finances all along.

"And again you're just a high school graduate, other companies might just put you in a janitor..." Continued Mia, she wants her best friend to change her mind because quitting the company is not a good idea.

Luna thinks for a moment, Mia's words are true, before working at the company and meeting Wijaya who is Kevin's father, she only works as a janitor who accidentally finds Wijaya's wallet in the toilet and returns it and makes Wijaya who at that time just started his company that started from a small factory make Luna became his secretary and teach her many things. Until now Wijaya's company furniture K advanced and Luna is now a lead secretary.

"Think carefully, don't let you regret it. You've gone this far, no matter how big I'm sure you can get through it." Mia's advice

"It's not really of work bothering me, it's about me and my boss. My boss turned out to be Kevin, the schoolmate I used to tell you about, my junior high school friend who I used to bully." Luna, her mind is so messed up, she doesn't want to lose her job but Kevin's attitude irritates her to death.

"Kevin, did you say the nerd?" Ask Mia, she couldn't believe it.

Luna nods limply and then lays her body on the bed.

"No way. How can the world be so narrow?"

"I'm really bad luck... Why did the Lord reunite us in this way?" Luna's grunts are annoyed while toppled over her body on a mattress sign of helpless s with the circumstances that set her up. Mia just kept quiet about her best friend's frustration right now.

Luna keeps thinking all night, berating herself whenever she remembers her stupidity in the past. Is this karma? Why should Kevin be her current boss? Is the world so narrow? Of the millions of people who live in this world why Kevin should be the boss now?

"I have to quit my job!" Luna changes her sleeping position while keeping thinking hard, it's been a week since she found out about Kevin's identity and since then Kevin has become a blatant sucker.

Although Kevin often teases her and annoys her outside of work hours and during working hours he always behaves as a strict boss and does not like to be denied yes indeed Luna has often denied if there is something that she thinks is not appropriate. But there's an old story that's now revealed to make Luna upset for fear Kevin will take revenge on her.

"But, the salary there is huge." Think Luna back, her brain feels no longer curly but has become straight now because her heart and mind are always at odds like this.

"Why should Mr. Wijaya retire early?" Luna wakes up, thinking that if only her former boss did not retire suddenly at the age of not yet sixty years old and still fairly young, then now she will not be stuck in a difficult position with Kevin who always looks at her full of meaning that Luna can never understand.

"Luna, why are you so unlucky?" Luna is back on her back, she regrets now, if only she hadn't bothered Kevin then her life would be very quiet now.

Luna ruffles her hair to a tangle, this feeling never arises before, because the situation has been different now

"Do I have to apologize to him?" Luna is trying to think now. Apologizing is probably the best thing he can do right now.

"But, what if I stir up old wounds on him and eventually he fires me?" Luna comes back thinking, what if her apology is only going to make the atmosphere worse? Imagining Kevin standing in front of him and looking him in the eye intimidatingly would make Luna die right away.

"Huaaaa... I want to cry," Luna screams in frustration, she was so upset and regrets her actions in the past because Kevin used to follow her like a tail making her a mockery that she eventually changed her attitude to be rude to Kevin.

"But if he holds a grudge against me I should have been fired two years ago, wouldn't I?" Luna opens her mind again and looks for a more positive way of thinking.

"Well, Luna is not all a problem, you can sleep now anyway tomorrow is a weekend you can be free of it." Finally, a smile is etched on Luna's beautiful face who decides to go to sleep and forget for a moment the bad situation between her and her boss.
