6 It’s tough

So the celebration continued. Ash cut her cake and everyone wished her happy birthday again. Then her father announced that Ash got sword sect as her power. Everyone congratulated her. Some of the people came forward to recommend people they knew as tutor to her. All wanted her to succeed and have a good future. But who knew that the future they all wanted her to have would be the one which is going to drown her in the abyss. But that's a story for the later.

A good friend of Jared approached him. Who was coincidentally Cloud's uncle. He then proposed that both his nephew and his daughter study under the same tutor.

Brad, Cloud's uncle, said, "How bout it Jared? They both are friends already and having both of them together under one tutor may increase their skill and having some competition might be more better."

Jared thought for a bit and replied, "Well I'm all for it. Ash will get a companion too. I'll ask Ash and let you know?"

Brad nodded and said his congratulations to him again for Ash. Cloud and his family came to Jared to give their congrats and said ,"Ah Jared even though it's your kid's party. Im sad to say that I got to leave now. An urgent matter came up back home. It needs my personal attention. So we'll be going back home early."

Jared knew that he had an important job so just shook his head and agreed. When Ash heard that Cloud was going home she felt sad her friend and went to see him off. Both Cloud and Luna were standing together at the door. Ash went to Cloud first and bid him farewell. Turning towards Luna , Ash felt as if a hand had gripped her heart making it painful to breath. Luna knew what she making Ash feel. That was precisely what she wanted her to feel.

Seeing as Ash had turned into a sputtering idiot (in a cute sense) she offered her hand ,which Ash took, and said ," Once again happy birthday Ash. Im quite sad to leave this early after meeting you. I had a good time and hope I didn't interfered before by coming unannounced." Ash quickly shook her head and replied, " No no it was quite pleasurable to meet you. I had fun and thanks for the gift even though you didn't have to."

"Non sense it's your birthday today.....you're cute so it's fine." Luna smirked a bit. Ash blushed once again and said ,"Im glad i met you. I hope to see you soon." And getting a burst of courage she took the hand ,which she still hadn't let loose, and pressed a kiss on the knuckles and continued," My LADY."

Finally for the first time during their meet Luna blushed. Seeing this Ash felt as if she had accomplished a veteran mission.

The celebration then ending around the midnight. All went home feeling good and contented.

Isabella went together with her family. On the way to their home Isabella's thoughts were of Luna and her interactions with Ash. Isabella kept facing outside, her family didn't knew what was the matter. They thought that away from Ash was making her sad. But what they didn't knew was that their oh so sweet daughter was having possessive thoughts about a certain someone. Thoughts which shouldn't really belong to a 14 yr old kid.

Luna went home with her cousin's family. Cloud was still strewn upon the fact that she gave Ash the necklace. Even though it was her choice but he didn't really wanted Ash to get untangled with his family. Luna on the other hand kept thinking about a certain person and how she will do her very best to keep them with her this time. A small smile graced her angelic face, making her look an innocent doe.

Ash , having finally done with the party, went upstairs after informing her mother. She discarded her suit and hung it on the hanger. Changing into a comfortable pair of clothes she was done for the night. Laying upon her bed , she thought of Luna and grabbed the necklace that she gifted. Taking it off she inspected it. It was a howling wolf with intricate design on it's end. She traced the design with her finger and marveled at its uniqueness. It wasn't that much of an antique piece but it held sentimental value, which affected Ash. Luna gifted her something which was far more valuable to gift someone, whom you've just met.

Ash thought , 'Who are you Luna? Who am I to make you gift me something this precious....I'll remember....you... ah I have to ask Cloud for her address. I'll send a proper gift back.'

Yawning a bit Ash fell asleep holding the necklace in her hands. That night was the start of the nights where Ash slept thinking of Luna instead of Isabella. Which usually occupied a large portion of her brain. Making her divert her sole attention to someone other than Isabella. Not that Ash knew of this situation. She was always ignorant in this type of scenario.

Ash feeling that something was shaking her, opened her eyes. The scene with she met felt horrifying to her. She saw her surroundings were all burnt and destroyed , the ground that she stood on was charred black. Not even a single soul could be seen except the person standing a few distance ahead of her.At first she didn't much attention to where she was. She extended her hand towards the said standing figure, which brought to her attention that she was wearing a leather guard at her wrist, which didn't belong to her.

'What is this ? This ain't mine. What's happening?' Ash wanted to shout bit found that she couldn't do anything. Like she was stuck in the body. Ash continued to move towards the said figure. Just a few more steps and she could see that the figure was a woman with a sharp gleaming blade in her left hand.

Ash then called out to the person ," Qamar .... is that you ? What's going on? Why are you here?" All the time she was moving forward. Just as she neared her she could see a body lay beside her unmoving. "Qamar whose that? Why won't you answer me?"

Qamar suddenly asked, " Love would you do anything for me?" A reply of yes came. She turned and embraced Ash then asked again," would you ...die for me ?" Just as Ash could process the question she felt a blade pierce her body. She just leaned back and looked at Qamar questionably in disbelief. She sputtered out a why with coughing blood.

"Well she called me out to early. You're not ready. And as the compensation I'll be taking your life with me. But don't worry you'll see each other soon enough."

Ash couldn't believe what she was hearing. Seeing the hopeless face of her Qamar let out a dazzling smile and pecked her lips. Licking up the blood she let out a moaning sound said," delicious. Well this is all your fault, had you listened to her when she told you not to place your hope with THEM but you still took your idiotic a** to them and left her hand. YOU MADE HER do this."

With grunt she retrieved her sword. Ash fell down on her knees and Qamar looked down at her with possessive smile ," Reminder to you you belong to me and I'll always take back what's mine. See you soon love."

Ash looked down to her hands and in her last breath she got out ," Coz of me...but I wanted to help her.....would you tell her I love her .....and 'cough' I'll be seeing her soon. Even though she did this I can't seem to hate her. I love her....wish could've told this myself."

With this Ash eyes closed down once again.
