Reve Cruz smiled as he walked towards the Immortal Blades Headquarter's kitchen carrying a rice cooker with a day-old rice ad a paper bag.

It was a special day. It was a day that marked the first time he and his best friend met in the orphanage. He had asked the others to distract her and have her away for a while.

"Carrots, Onions, Green onions, Green peas, Rice, Soy Sauce, Salt and pepper, spice." He counted as he set them up. He was going to make their favorite food. Well, she might like Haggis and Rita's food more than his but he was sure she would love them... right?

"Knowing my luck, she will just be busy and not eat this." He said with a sigh before slapping his cheeks. "No time for depressive thoughts."

Humming as he used his knife skillfully, the young man prepared the ingredients along with the eggs.

He was making egg-fried rice. It was the first meal she made for her back then.

"Hm... Maybe..." he looked around. He can make some desserts.

It was an hour later and he finally finished cooking his egg-fried rice. He has a wok full of it and he knew Bianca will finish it all.

"If she even... Hmm?" Taking his phone out, he saw a message. One that said Rita and the others dragged her to a bar for her birthday. "Figures."

Sighing, the young man was disappointed. he took the hot rice and put them in a container before letting it rest. He might as well save it for later since they would take hours to get back.

"Man... my life sucks."

Meanwhile a certain blindfold-wearing, a nail-armored young man sneezed while walking causing him to slip and fall.

Reve just hummed as he cleaned. washing the dishes and making everything ready, he decided that he might as well have his alone time.

Yes. Alone time. He smirked as he walked away.

*Sometime later*

Reve hummed as he opened his book and read in the park under a tree and by the lake. It was a nice day. A bit disappointing but it was fine.

"I wonder what are they doing?"

Having bored of his book, Reve sighed. he had brought his fake I.D. with him. maybe he can hit up a bar.

He was only 14 years old but he looked like around 18 or so...

Must be the stress. He entered a small bar and smiled at the bartender. beautiful woman with gray hair and red eyes.

A young boy with black hair tied to a ponytail grinned wildly as he held a longsword.

For a split second, his sword turned red as he cut down a honkai beat with ease.

"Off to the next one." He said with a smile as a flame-like tattoo was visible on his right cheek. He was dressed in simple clothes, similar to a squire but he was more rugged and worn like he was a soldier.

"Rein!" Looking over his shoulder, Rein saw a young woman at the same age as him with clerical clothes on.

"Kal... What are you doing here?" He asked as he looked at the girl.

Kal, the girl, smiled as she held an anti-honkai weapon in her hands. Her uniform was a bit wrinkled and she was sweating a bit.

"We have to go to the party tomorrow." She said with a smile while Reinhardt just sighed.

"Don't want to. I have things to do." He said as he flicked the fluid on his sword and took it apart revealing a pair of ice blue revolvers.

"What?! Come on Rein! You promised you will come with me! Even Otto wants you to go!" Kallen said as she shook him. She was strong, all the Kaslanas are.

"Don't want to. I have things to- Hey!" he said as Kallen grabbed him and started to drag him away.

"Come on! You promised me!" Kallen said as she dragged him away.

"Never! I'd rather die fighting the Honkai!"

*A few years later*

Reinhardt, now dressed in clothes similar to Zhongli smiled at the ceremony for, smiled while clapping his hands.

"So... Kallen is a Valkyrie captain now. I wasn't sure you will be coming here." Otto Apocalypse said with a smile. He has a brassard on his arm proudly showing the Crozzo family symbol.

"Yeah. I finished early and got back in a day." Reinhardt said as he unbuttoned his top collar.

"How was Shenzhou?" Otto asked as he handed him a glass of wine.

"It was great. Strangely feels like home." Reinhardt said with a smile as he held the glass happily. He hummed as he watched the red fluid happily. "Sadly, the expedition was over."

"Shame. Maybe we can visit there one day."

"Good! I brought some Osmanthus wine for later." He said with a smile. "Also, I got this from a competition!" He said as he held in his hands a red spear. How he got it past the guards was a mystery but for Otto, he knew how skilled his friend was.

"What's that?"

"A weapon from an underwater Emperor-class Honkai Beast that I hunted."

"Underwater?!"

"Yep! I called it Osial! It has a wife named Beisht but I killed it as well!" Reinhardt said happily as he looked at him. "It took days but I did and man was it fun!"

"You and your twisted sense of humor. How did we become sworn brothers again?"

"Because I saw how much of a pussy you are and I could not stand it so I trained you. one thing led to another and you got adopted by the family," Reinhardt said cheekily with a smile as he looked at Otto.

"That was a rhetorical question. But yes." He answered with a smile only for it to grow annoyed as Kallen covered Rex's eyes while standing on the tips of her toes.

It was the battle in Shenzhou. The armies of Schicksal have been decimated by the immortal Celestial.

Reinhardt and his men also joined but they did not fight. They just helped and rescued all soldiers they could.

He was a child of Shenzhou. Although he wasn't born there. He was accepted by their people.

He only killed those who were cursed by the Honkai and now.

Holding his sword, the divine key Oath of Sin, pushed his tired and beaten body up.

In front of him was the Immortal, Celestial's other half. No one knew his real name nor how old he is. All that is known is that whenever the Immortal Celestial Phoenix appears, he follows her.

For that, they call him Tai-Lung, The Immortal Terrestrial.

He knew he already lost. His pure white robes showed off his armored hands along with the finger guards on his hands, two on the right and three on the left.

"Sin!" He called out! as he stared in shock. He was holding back?!

"It's good to see you, old friend," Tai-Lung said and in a moment that will seem impossible to many, He saw it. Reinhardt stared in awe as Sin sang. The dull blue coloring of the divine key passed down for 23 generations in the Crozzo family changed to a lively Ice Blue and the world changed.

The once bloody battlefield filled with blood and corpses, along with the Honkai beasts, became a horrifyingly beautiful shade of white.

'Cold! This is colder than Greenland's winter and Sin's normal output!' He was only barely even able to resist falling asleep by using his experience in breathing correctly and with his training with Sin. I-incredible! Emperor-class Honkai beasts were frozen and destroyed in an instant.

"This is just a portion of what Sin can unleash. Sadly, it pales in comparison to Shamash even in its true form." Tai-lung said as he approached the Crozzo warrior confidently.

Reinhardt's eyes widened as he saw how the great dragon breathed. Normally in cold temperatures, breaths will turn to white due to some particles freezing upon the moment of entry but his breath did not turn white.

"Surprised?" He asked as Reinhardt could feel the burning cold metal of his divine key. "The Lance of Ereshkigal is Sin's real form, able to cool down anything around it. You're so young and you have mastered and even developed your own techniques. You're pretty good." He said as he stabbed the sword spear on the ground in front of the defeated warrior.

"how?"

"It was natural that you can't defeat me. Don't worry. Go back home. I accept you as Sin's wielder. My adorable descendant." Tai-Lung said as he turned around to reveal the Lotus emblem embroidered proudly on his back. The only damage he just received was the small layer of frost on his clothes. "A piece of advice. Think hard and well for a true reason to fight not just for a good fight. It did nothing but weaken you."

He can only watch in shock as the ice evaporated around the Great Dragon as he walked away, and he laughed.

Loud roars of laughter echoed on the steppes as he grabbed his hair and tears fell from his eyes.

He was Schicksal's strongest warrior, The winter General, Fimbulvetr, and he fell. To a dragon.

"Damn it... It's so cold." He whispered as he fell face-first to the melting snow on the grass.

"Sakura!" Reinhardt heard as he stabbed through the demon fox form of his beloved friend. The lance of Ereshkigal, freezing the demon fox as Kallen can only watch in horror at the sight of her best friend killing her beloved. Her tears were frozen, as she looked at him. "Why?!" She shouted as she looked at him.

"..." Reinhardt said nothing as he pulled the lance out and let the Honkai beast fall to the ground before it froze. "To test my strength." His voice was similar to the bitter winter winds and dull cold lifeless dark eyes looked at wrathful blue.

Kallen moved fast and punched him hard enough to send him flying through countless trees.

"SHE TRUSTED YOU! SHE WAS OUR FRIEND!"

"And she became a Honkai Beast." Reinhardt coldly said as he approached her, throwing his cape away and brandishing his lance.

"WE COULD HAVE SAVED HER!" Kallen shouted as she threw chained spears at her childhood friend. The divine keys were evenly matched during their training days but since Sin was awakened and he trained more. He was able to skillfully evade her attacks and pin her to the ground with his foot.

"There is no mercy for the corrupted." He told her, his voice quiet, cold, and emotionless.

"I hate you..." She whispered quietly as tears fell from her eyes. The holy maiden of Schicksal was defeated by her friend, the winter General... no, by this demon. "I wish... we never met all those years ago!" Her tears blurred her vision as she can feel the cold of Sin on her body.

'Why?' She thought as she lost consciousness

Reinhardt watched emotionlessly as Kallen was led onto the execution sight with an emotionless face.

He watched as Honkai beasts attacked the people and he moved. Holding the guns of Sin, he looked for her. He can't let her escape. Dark eyes watched impassively as Kallen was impaled by the Honkai beast.

In his office, Otto's eyes widened as he looked at the report and letters in his hands before he started laughing loudly at the report of his death.

"You stupid fool..." He whispered quietly as tears fell from his eyes while he laughed. "You promised you will be there with me until the end, Brother,"

"Good. With the remains of Chi You he can return to his proper glory."

"We also prepared a general for him."

"Oh? A general? Other than us, Grey Serpent?"

"Yes, we found him and he is only second to our majesty in strength."

"Who is it?"

"The white wolf, Fenrir." Grey serpent said as he looked at the screen showing the photo of a young man holding an ice blue lance and a shield with a lotus emblem while being trapped in ice.
