The Trap and the Toxic Toad

Nytri wakes up, rather than feeling depressed, she had adapted to life in A DAY. Any case, "*Yawns* is it morning? Oh, I can't tell. More bat food." She goes to gnawing on the bats, she managed to eat 5 of them for 'breakfast' then she got up, looking at her hands and tattered clothes, "I have to cover myself, can I use the webs WEB CREATION." she creates webs from her finger tips but she doesn't have the skills to manipulate it so..... , "I can't make clothes from this." The webs had bundled up on the floor as she stared at it, with no knowledge on how to make clothes. "I guess I stay like this." 

She turns towards the exit then back at the bat corpses beside her, "There's no need for me to leave, I have food, but I should find a place for water and toilet. I could use their blood as water but it's gross. ECHOL-TION ….. *Nothing happens* Hmmm, oh I pronounced it wrong, ECHOLATION, no not that too, then." She opens INFORMATION MAGIC and taps the skill ECHOLOCATION on the screen, she had no idea what it does but since she saw location, she thought she could get a map. "Nothing is hap- wooaaaw, I can see things, but only when I talk. I should find a way to see without talking." She hits the wall with her palms but nothing happens, she scratches the wall with SKIN HARDENING but nothing happens. "Hmmm- oh I saw again! Then I just need to make noise from my mouth to see, then hsssss." She hisses and it works, "I can see too, huh, there's something coming here. Some kind of giant toad monster? It's even bigger than me, why is it coming here?" she uses ECHOLOCATION to see the monster sniffing around, Echolocation is like a wave leaves her mouth, everything is black and the wave is white, when it hits the object, it gets painted white in Nytri's perspective making it possible to see what's there as the two sights overlap, Echolocation and normal vision.

Nytri looks around her to what might be drawing the giant toad man to the crack, she looks around her and sees the corpses with dried blood, "IT'S THIS! Ohh, I have to leave before it gets here, but how do I leave? It's right in front of the crack." She puts her hands on her head as she paces back and forth, she was watching the toad monster the entire time. Then noticed something, "The crack is too small for the toad to move around, it has to squeeze itself inside to get here, while I can move and even walk on the walls. I have poison, right? I can make a trap for the monster and kill it, I don't know if my poison can do anything but if it's stuck I can kill it." She climbs to the wall and starts to create webs and spits on them, she made the webs all the way from her side halfway to the toad as the distance in the crack was only about 15metres, but it didn't detect Nytri because the scent of blood was strong and she wasn't moving when she got halfway to the monster. "I should stay here and throw the webs, they're not heavy so they won't make noise, when it comes closer, I'LL KILL IT." 

She made webs on her hands and threw it to the walls before her, she didn't put poison on it as she was waiting to see if the webs can trap the toad, the toad came into her view as she observed it. A 2metre tall green toad walking on the hind limbs with red spots all over it, it had a long tongue hanging from its mouth a only a few inches from the floor, although tall, it was big, it had turned sideways and was walking through the crack. "That's the toad, APPRAISAL? Yes that."

As the toad came closer, Nytri stayed still hanging flat on the roof, with her back facing the ceiling, since the top of the crack was triangular in shape, she was slanted and not facing down exactly. The webs covered the toad but were barely holding it down, Nytri watched as the toad was right under her but, "It can still move, if it gets to the food and doesn't stop, I won't fight it. It can leave and I'll just hunt again, this thing is 3 times my size." The toad passed her but was slowing down, it went to about 3metres past her before it stopped completely entangled in webs and immobile. It started to struggle to break free when it suddenly gave a shriek *SHHRRIIIEEEKK* Nytri had gotten off the ceiling and was biting into its neck as she was hanging on to the toad form its back, she was infusing it with poison as the blood of the toad and skin being acidic hurt her bad, "HISSSSS, it hurts *her eyes were teary* I have to kill it or it'll kill me." She bit down hard as the toad's acidic skin burnt her body and the acidic blood burnt her mouth, she was in brutal pain but she still bit hard.

The toad was struggling as it managed to get its tongue free, there were webs in the crack so it kept trying to flick Nytri with it but the webs kept catching the tongue as the monster cried in pain. She checked the monsters data.

The toad managed to clear the webs in its tongue's path to Nytri as it uses the tongue to slam Nytri, she squirms as she bits as hard she can, tears spilled from her eyes, she checked her data.

"It hurts, webs WEBS!" she made more webs from her left hand as she throws the webs to the tongue slowing it down but still takes damage with the next slam, she shoots more webs and focuses on biting hard. Those were the only things on her mind.

Luckily, the toad was taking damage from the poison on the webs after Nytri so its HP was decreasing faster due to the poison spreading to other parts of its body. "This is too slow I'll die before it." She releases her bite and pulls herself up the toad monster as her body was on its shoulders, she aims for its neck and bites hard again using EP again to make more poison, the toad tries to free its arm and grab Nytri but only its tongue can move. Nytri biting its throat was the right choice as the spread the poison to its stomach and quickly spread its body. Nytri checks her data and the toad.

"Only 2!" she uses her hands and pierces the eyes of the toad as it swings its head tossing Nytri off its shoulders, it shrieks its last and dies. Nytri's fell a few meters away from the monster as it was obviously strong, Nytri get's up holding her ribs with her mouth burnt from the acid, "I did it, it's dead." She walks towards the corpses that was covered in webs as its arms were spread apart. Nytri moves her hands slowly to her face as tears drips from her eyes. "It hurts, IT HURTS!" she couldn't hold her mouth as it's been burnt by acid with her teeth showing, she looks at the corpse, "Maybe if I eat it, I can gain something to help me." She moves slowly to the monster in pain as she bites down and starts to eat it, the pain in her mouth was severe as it spread to her throat, damaging her voice (She lost the ability to speak, so from now on she'll only speak with her thoughts), when a part of the toad finally reached her stomach,

The pain subsided but it became bearable for her as she continues to devour the monster, once she was done, her face had lost all sighs of humanity, the burnt marks on her mouth made her hideous, but she didn't care. When you look closer into her eyes, you'll see there was only blank darkness, as her dried tears designed her face. She got up from the corpse which only its feet remained, she went to a corner curled herself and slept.
