CHAPTER XX
William POV
We walk in my bank and I saw my secretary motioning me that they already here.
"They went here early you're the only one that isn't here yet." Tessa said.
"Whatever, anyways meet my fiancé." I said motioning Haisley beside me.
"Nice to meet you ma'am." Tessa said and Haisley smile.
"Nice to meet you too." She replied.
"Let's go in?" I asked her and she nodded.
Tessa opened the and we went it, the boards stand up and we made our way to my sear. I let my fiancé sit at my chair and I stand beside her. I don't want her to stand beside me, she might got tired standing. I then motioned them to sit down when Haisley sat down.
"Good morning everyone, before anything else I want you to meet my fiancé." I announced and they all clap.
"We already heard about it, when we were at the party." One of the board said.
"Congratulations by the way." Mr. Lenon said.
"Thank you." I said clasping my hands. "So? why do you need to have a meeting with me for all of a sudden?" I asked, I don't want to run on the bush anymore and I wanted to be with Haisley alone again.
"We just wanted to have a meeting with you because you went gone for already 4 years now." Mrs. Chu stated.
"And?" I asked wanting them to continue.
"And we were just checking you if you're still running the bank properly." Mr. Lenon stated and I let out a fake chuckles.
"If I don't this bank won't be successful until now." I stated, who are they to tell me something like that especially infront of Haisley?
"We know but who knows someone is working with you to pull this bank up." Mr. Carter said.
"Tessa!" I called my secretary, looking at them sternly.
"What is it, sir?" She asked.
"Where's the copy of documents?" I asked and they all look confused of what I am talking about.
Tessa handed me the documents that I have been working in Italy for 4 years when I went to that country. I show it to them and they all look confused.
"What is that?" Mrs. Styles asked.
"Glad that you ask." I said and throw it on the table. They all look at it before picking it up.
"What is this?" Mr. Hart asked.
"It's the documents that I have been working since I went to Italy." I stated. "You all can see in that what I have been working on, everything that was going on here was my doings." I said looking at them dangerously.
"Our ratings got higher than any one else's bank because of me and no one help me at that, you want to know why?" I asked.
"Why?" They all sain in unison.
"Because I didn't need that." I said directly to them, they all gulped and I mentally smirked at that.
I slammed my hands in the table causing them to flinched including my queen, Haisley. I look at her and mouthed 'I'm sorry' and she just nodded her head letting me know that she understands it. I looked back at them with flame in my eyes.
"SO, DON'T YOU EVER DOUBT AT MY LEADER SKILL, AND IF YOU STILL DO!" I yelled and got my cheque out and my ballpen. "Name your price and I will fucking buy your share in my bank and kick your ass out." I asked dangerously calm.
When they didn't said anything, I mentally celebrate, you all shouldn't embarrass me infront of my soon to be wife because you will definitely regret it.
"Anything else?" I asked more calmly and less dangerously this time.
"N-nothing." Mr. Lenon stated stuttering.
"Good, if you won't say anything, you can now get the fuck out of here." I stated and they all stand uo and walked out from the meeting room. I turned around to look at Haisley, looking at the documents that I just threw.
"You did this all by yourself?" She asked.
"Yeah, of course." I answered.
"You okay?" She suddenly asked looking at me with worried eyes.
"Of course, why wouldn't I?" I answered.
"You sure, you're okay?"
"Yes, I am, I'm just got a bit pissed off to them because they embarrass me infront of you." I stated.
"No, you don't need to be embarrass at me and I'm proud of you." She said and my heat beats fast at that.
"Where do you want to go?" I asked her.
"I want to go to uhmm." She really is thinking and I just realized something she didn't know any place here in Philippines.
"Well maybe we ca----" I stated and she cut my words off.
"We can go to where you and your friends eating, you said you will bring me there." She stated. pI was a bit shocked that she still remembers it, I then looked at my watch.
"Okay, come on it should be open now." I stated and we both went out hand in hand.
We walked out from the bank and we get inside my car. I started the engine and we then hit the road. After a half and hour drive I stopped my car and parked it to my usual parking space. We got out and we walked towards the store.
The store is open, of course it would, me and my friends know when this is open and close. If you're asking why, it's because we usually go in here to eat, or just want to hang out. This store is memorable for me.
We then entered the store and we find a sit, it's an ordinary store, there's not a lot costumers for now but it will be lot when the afternoon and the evening came. People here usually go and eat here around noon then at night.
We sat down and I called for the waiter to get or order, the waiter looking at me, I mentally smiled, she's the daughter of the old woman who used manage this store. When she finally got in our spot, she suddenly hugged me tightly and I hugged her back.
"When did you came back?" She asked.
"About 3 days." I answered, then she pulled away.
"Anyways, Sandra this is Haisley my fiancé." I said gesturing towards Haisley. "Haisley this is Sandra, daughter of the old woman that I was talking about." I added now gesturing at Sandra.
"Nice to meet you." Haisley stated with a smile.
"Nice to meet you too, if William is giving you a headache just call my name and I will teach you how to kick his ass." She stated.
Haisley just Chuckles and Sandra get our orders and then she walks away.
