CHAPTER VIII: PARTY
They arrived at the party at exact 11pm and kaiden's friend greeted them.
Dwayne just nodded when someone is greeting him. Not being impolite he just shy and he doesn't know how to response to them.
Kaiden saw William walking towards to their spot, he greeted him when he arrived.
"Welcome back dre" He said.
"Thank you dre, Who is this person with you?" William replied and looked to Dwayne.
Kaiden just smiled, "He is my secretary his name is Dwayne Lorenzo" Kaiden introduced Dwayne to William.
"Nice to meet you Dwayne, my name is William Carter" Dwayne and William shakes their hand, Kaiden felt jealous and take Dwayne's hand out of William's.
"Woah, don't be too possessive dre" William said laughing, William shocked when he realized that Kaiden is holding someone's hand without a glove.
"Oh well, i guess you improved a lot this past few years" he added.
"Well, yeah, he is, kind of, he only letting this guy touch him and not us" Darsh stated and point Dwayne, he just smiled.
"William!" A girl suddenly approach them and hook her arm to William's.
"Anyways, guys here is my fiancé her name is Haisley Bella" William proudly introduced his fiance.
They all introduced themselves one by one aside from Dwayne, he just shut his mouth and keeping his self to kaiden's side.
"Nice to meet you all" Haisley said happily.
"What's your name cutie?" She looked at Dwayne and smile.
"My na...name is Dwayne, Dwayne Lorenzo" He replied shyly.
"Don't be shy little cutie, just enjoy the night" She pinched his cheeks and he smile and she smiled back.
Kaiden glance at Dwayne, "Don't go somewhere else without me by your side understand?" Kaiden announced.
He nodded and glued his self to Kaiden's side.
Kaiden went to get a food for himself and for Dwayne as well.
When Kaiden was gone Dwayne felt someone patted his shoulder, he looked to that person and saw a guy smiling at him.
"What's your name?" The guy asked.
"uhm..my n-name is Dwayne" He give the guy a half smile.
"My name is Lenox, Nice to meet you" Lenox reach Dwanye's hand and kiss the back of it.
Dwayne shocked when someone grabbed his hand, he saw Kaiden's jaw tightening.
He looked at his hand that Kaiden is holding now, he can't believe that kaiden is holding his hand.
"Hey! don't you dare to kiss and touch his hand again or else i will punch you straight in your face, do you fucking understand me?" Kaiden yelled and dragged Dwayne away from that guy. They stopped infront of kaiden's car.
"You don't need to be angry sir, he just asked for my name that's all" Dwayne explained.
"Yeah right he just asked for your name and what? kissed your hand?" Kaiden stated sarcastically. Dwayne doesn't know what does kaiden is acting like that now.
"Can we go back in?" Dwayne asked.
"Nah. We're going somewhere, are you hungry? you didn't eat at the party" Kaiden questioned worriedly.
"I'm a bit hungry now, I want to go home and cook" Dwayne answered, Kaiden sigh.
"Is that so? I'll give you a ride then" Kaiden announced and open the passenger seat for Dwayne.
He go in and fastened his seatbelt. After a split of seconds kaiden opened the driver seat and went in.
"Why does he kissed your hand?" Kaiden asked a little angry.
"I don't know he just kissed it i don't even realized it" Dwayne answered innocently.
Kaiden hummed and looked to the road and focus on driving. After a few hours they arrived at Dwayne's condo. Kaiden is about to start his car again and go home but Dwayne knocked to the passenger seat door and asked if he want to go inside and eat with him.
"Do you mind if you join me eating for a while?" Dwayne asked and scratched the back of his neck.
"Yeah sure why not" Kaiden stepped outside and follow Dwayne to his condo.
When they arrived to his condo, he went to the kitchen and start to cook.
He finish the food he calls kaiden and serves his food.
"Omelette with fried rice?" Kaiden stated.
"Why? you don't like it? I can cook other food for you if you don't want it" Dwayne responsed.
"No, you don't have to" Kaiden reassured.
"Do you know how to smile?" Dwayne slaps his mouth when he said it out loud.
"I know how to smile, I just don't want to" Kaiden said and starts digging in.
"Why?" Dwayne asked because HE IS DAMN CURIOUS.
"Because i just don't want to" Kaiden replied, Dwayne sarcastically laughs.
"Great explanation" Dwayne said.
"Just eat your food, and don't talk to much" Kaiden said with an authority to Dwayne.
"Can you cook a food again tomorrow? for a lunch? I want to eat a food that you cooked again, it's so tasty" Kaiden asked with a hope on his face.
Dwayne blushes but he agreed to it. Kaiden check the time, and say goodbye when he saw the time, it's already 12MN.
When Kaiden was gone he cleaned the table and washed the dishes. After that he went to his room and lay down on his bed, he fell asleep with a smile on his face.
