The Sword spirit and the Dryad

Back in the palace, a woman in a maid's uniform could be seen rushing down the hall.

She had a striking resemblance to Valerina, similar purple hairs, deep purple eyes, and even her facial features were much the same.

However, unlike Valerina, not only was her body well developed and mature, but she was so sexy and voluptuous that she could even make monks drool.

The outfit she was wearing was rather conservative, probably to hide her voluptuous body, but it certainly didn't work properly.

All this aside, now she was running down the hallway and her face was saying that something was definitely not right.

Her facial expressions were dark and she seemed extremely anxious.

' Valerina, what the hell did you get into this time. '

' Uughh.... I hope young master is safe, I don't want to see the entire city getting destroyed. '

Soon she arrived at the end of the hallway, where there was a door leading to her mistress's office.

Turning its handle, she opened the door.

Inside the room, a woman was standing by the balcony door.

Her name was Evangeline but she likes to call herself Evelyn. She was Ray's mother, an archangel and probably the strongest one in existence.

" Miss, Valerie's communication device was shattered "

Normally, if she'd heard something bad happen to Ray, she'd probably turn the world upside down. But this time instead of overreacting she was rather calm and composed.

" I know, I sensed something amiss in the backyard. "

" And I think I know who's after this "

" Don't worry Valerie should be alright '

She then opened the balcony door and stepped outside.

" Don't worry, I will get them back "

All of a sudden, a pair of six beautiful wings inlaid with white and golden feathers appeared from her back.

Flapping her wings, she took off so fast that the entire balcony along with the room would have been destroyed had the maid not used the magic to the right time.

Seeing her flying through the balcony, the maid couldn't stop mumbling.

" You know, it doesn't sound convincing when you do things like that. "

Even if the maid said that, she was actually very relieved, she knew that her mistress would not say such things unless she was absolutely certain.

He made sure to hold onto it firmly before finally passing out.

# Kiss was actually tantamount to forming a contract with the spirits and Ray had just done so knowingly or not.

Normally, there would be no problem doing so, but in Ray's case, not only was his mana supply too small, but the spirit he was contracting with was extremely strong.

The lady cast only one spell, but suddenly the entire forest was blooming with a new light.

Hearing her words, all the creatures of the forest, whether they were plants of magical beasts everyone used using their mana and potentially their life force to heal Ray.

While Sylvia was watching the sky while holding Ray in her embrace, Evelyn landed directly in front of her.

Just by looking at the sword that Ray was holding, Evelyn realized what happened.

She then went to see Valerina and tried to hand Ray over to her, but to her surprise, he clung firmly to Evelyn's dress not wanting to leave.

When she tried to take his hand away, he cried out.
