1 The chosen beginning

Narrator; thousands of years even before humans started to name themselves there existed demi gods.

These certain demigods were served by

ancient humans and till today the great blessing they gave unto the humans who were indeed loyal to them remains firm unto this day

Usagi no hi;a mystical creature in the form of a rabbit capable of producing small amount of fire but still dangerous if not properly handled

Mutters went on between a group of people as they pass through a deep forest.

O my... sir ,this forest looks very dark one of the spies said as he shivered silently

Their leader 'Mr young' responded with a serious facial expression ;do you know the amount of money the water nation are paying us just to spy ,you have to man up.Don't worry when you get home girls will start to swarm you, he continued jokingly and they laughed out loud at him because of the irony in that sentence.But the cowardly looking spy not minding their joke kept on thinking of what could jump them in the woods.

They continued talking about their plans. Few moments later ,still talking they all were startled as they saw a boy standing quickly playing dead right in their presence.

What!! ,exclaimed one of the surbodinates trying to suppress his immediate panic

We are dead!! we are dead!! said chik repeatedly,i told you this forest was dark!!! he said fearfully while still minding the presence of Mr young.

There was a short but tensed silence which Mr young broke;Hey son,he said calmly,hey you lying on the ground,stand up we are not here to hurt you.You didn't hear anything right,he continued still surprised to see anyone,a young boy for that matter so deep in the woods.

Novick the young boy lying on the ground knowing he was done for,summoned enough courage to stand up.The spies continued to look fearfully at him even though he was a child and

he also knew he had very few moments to think of an appropriate answer.

I must outsmart them he thought as he continued to think of what he could say,um.... I didn't hear anything about the water or fire nation stuff he said as he smiled awkwardly.

Immediately there was a sudden increase in tense,the spies heart's including Mr Young's started to pound and some of them even started to think of their families at home.

'Is he a spy too, sent to spy on us spies ,who came to spy on them, he chuckled quietly.Young this is not time for your ignorant jokes he said quietly

'How could he hear us so well,I could barely even hear what my surbodinates were saying, I just occasionally nodded in agreement.Mr young smiled still in fear as those intrusive thought came in.

The situation became so tense that Mr young decided to speak again;(he had to summon even more courage this time) he smirked,ok boy promise you won't tell anyone,he said childishly,but we are looking for the king,he his our friend(trying to find a friend in the young boy) but we don't want anyone to know ,the surbodinates immediately nodded in agreement.

Come on man he is just a small boy Mr young thought.

Novick responded, I don't even know how I got here, not to talk of any nation, but i....,before Novick could finish his sentence, Asuka one of the spies just could not take Mr Young's friendliness towards the boy and rushed towards Novick with her spear making sure it went through Novick's heart.

Asuka continued, problem solved right she smiled dangerously.

At that point Mr young didn't know if to to complain or thank her.Lets keep going he said with both terror and relief in him,the rest of the spies marveled at what she had done.

It was obvious she was proud of herself ,I guess this is one of sacrifices one has to make ,Mr young thought.Not taking up to five steps away,the spies heard a silent chuckle, they looked back to see little Novick smiling,removing the inserted spear from him like splinter.

All the spies including Mr Young almost stumbled on themselves with their mouth unknowingly opened wide.

Novick said,um .... ma be careful with your piercy thing it almost tickled me he said as he laughed awkwardly again.

Mr young's heart after being shattered at the thought that the little boy was dead remained that way as he drew out his sword.

I may have promised my parents not to strike anyone with blood intent, but i can break this promise because of you,Mr young said seriously.Who are you? a spy or what are you doing out here in the forest.he continued.

Novick started rubbing his nose not listening,as his attention was diverted towards a rabbit like creature running away.

ahhhhhhhhh... Mr young shouted in anger

haha you have made the tiger angry you are dead,yelled one of the subordinates.

Then they all started to chant for Mr young(except Asuka).

Mr young with a deadly smirk rushed towards Novick with his sword and strucked his neck;haha you are dead now chik said with a huge sigh of relief.

Novick started to laugh out very loudly,

you got me this time,uhhh so ticklish Novick continued awkwardly

Umm....sir you just hit him, one of the subordinates said ,don't be dumb I can see that,who are you? Mr young continued.Before Mr young said any more words,he turned and saw only Asuka behind him.

sir!! chik and the rest called from far away ,let's run away.Mr young sighed,you cowards Asuka yelled.

Sir!! we have to go now,Asuka said holding Mr young by the shoulder,Mr young looked back over his shoulder and he could feel the care she had for him in a way, he drew in his sword and accepted and they both ran towards home.Asuka could remember her childhood days with 'Young' and her undying love for him sparked even more when she held his shoulder.

Young and Asuka were known to be like siblings in their village, even though they were from different families. Asuka always stood by him and he grew up liking her loving company.

Novick could still hear the coward spies;The money they gave us is not enough for this!!!!dark!!!!!!

Usagi meat ; a food loved mostly by the fire people as they can handle it more.The meat is gotten from an 'usagi',though hard to catch but very deliciously rewarding.

uhhh.... they left their piercy things,Novick said excitedly as he went to sit under the large tree he saw.

What are those piercy things meant to do to me,he thought ignorantly .

While he was sat, the usagi(usagi no hi) he saw earlier caught his eye again and he began to chase it.

The chase went on until noon as the usagi's are known for their high ranking flexibility and are hunted mostly by the water tribe because of their patience .

Uhhhh....,sighed Novick as he finally caught it and stopped to catch his breath as it felt like his heart was about to burst out from his chest(the creature was still young and was breathing some amount of fire on him but he could handle it).He continued to breath heavily, unknowingly let the creature go and stared at the glowing skies filled with fireworks,he continued to wonder what type of mystical powers this could be,then decided to have a closer look but as he was moving further he saw a large and long streching gate(for boundary),it felt like it could go forever.He continued moving further towards the gate and he stumbled on a flag with a fire like figure beatified with red,black and some hints of yellow.

Novick stared at the flag and something sparked in his memory.

Oh.... no!!!!! he yelled.
