In front of the whole business circle, fooling around with a random girl, her fiance feigned ignorance towards her. Out of sheer frustration, Kim Sooha grabbed the most handsome man in the party by collar, pulled him towards her, whispered in his ears, " Play along, mister, I will compensate you later, " Saying that, she kissed him without a delay, taking him down by surprise.

She is afraid he might refuse her if she gave him anymore time, so she jumped into action. She knew it's inappropriate, however, her will was of highest priority here.

Though she came to him bravely, she couldn't bring herself to kiss him properly, barely touching his lips, she held it for a mere 3 seconds and loosened herself away from him, while the protagonist stood erect in his position all the while, unable to decipher what just happened. 

It was not just him, but everyone in the hall gasped their mouths in surprise. Though the ball started, many eyes were waiting for Sooha's reaction. Her actions once again left everyone's eyes bulging.

A reputed heiress of powerful family kissing a man, who isn't her fiancé? Now, that's the news for these people to gossip and dote on.

Is it the end of connection between Ha and Kim family? That's the only thought ran in everyone's mind. The young master of Ha family bought someone as his date and the young lady of Kim just now declared her boyfriend. Doesn't it mean annulment?

Seeing the most anticipated union of the high class burn to ashes, had people whispering. This should be a possible break up, but also may not be? No one could confirm it, as such things are always crossed out as child's play among elders, knowing how common it is.

Well aware of all the hawk eyes on her and the man next to her, Kim Sooha turned to face him, taking in his details.

From afar, he is dazzling under the lights in his black suit. Exquisite features, adding on his smile, and the way he styled himself, this guy can be a demigod.

Sooha couldn't stop herself from admiring his handsomeness. " Did he jump out of a comic? " She wondered, witnessing his sharp yet soft and sophisticated features. He is far more good looking from near, compared with when she eyed him from a distance. Joon Jae was in no comparison to this Adonis.

She began to wonder where she could find such beautiful butterflies in this wild forest. She started to have second thoughts about the man. Maybe she should marry him already?

However, she knew that's not how the creator set the play and could only curse the creator under her breath.

Displeased by her blunt actions and vague words, the man eyed her uninterestingly. Though none could say he is annoyed from his deadpanned face, his voice surely laced his anger.

" I presume you had your reasons, I deserve an explanation, " He demanded her in a low voice enough for only her to decipher it, while tugging at his shirt slightly, keeping it in place. None had ever dared to approach him casually and she went as far as kissing him. How should he deal with her?

His cold annoyed voice rang through her ears, waking her up from her daydreams. Paying attention to the man, who is cold to her, she felt it's only understandable.

Who in their right mind would be alright to be kissed by a stranger?

So she concluded it is only right for him to get angry at her and it is a problem if he didn't. Thankfully, he is surrounded by foreign businessmen, who seemed to have no idea on what they were talking, although his low voice is sure enough to make it hard for them to understand anything.

Smiling for his wariness, she decided to double his pay. On all calculations she felt it's not a bad deal for him. Not to mention, she just gave him her first kiss. Which she was preserving for her husband.

Him being able to attend Wang's party surely means he is something, but she was hot and beautiful and successful. Having that confidence, she swiftly closed their distance, knowing it is a perfect time to let everyone confirm their suspicions.

Witnessing him fixing his tie, she slipped her hands under his and began to help him. Maybe lightening stuck her, remembering the main important detail, she faced him to confirm before her plan could set out. 

She felt stupid for making such silly mistakes. " Did you bring a date tonight? " She asked with honey pouring out of her words, making it pleasant to anyone's ears, making sure to dodge his question.

He didn't seem like the one to move by money, so she wanted to trap him with words. She just need to act sweet in front of everyone and show her happy smile, make that cheating bastard die of embarrassment. Times like this, she thanked her natural acting skills.

" I should be an actress, " Sooha thought in her mind, appreciating herself as she had a loving expression on her face, which seemed like a teenage girl being head over heels towards her lover, who couldn't help but be clingy with her love.

The man chuckled lightly, noticing how she deliberately didn't answer his question and avoided an explanation. Does she think he is dumb to not understand her little tricks.

" I'm sure you wouldn't like it if I replied, " He replied back, however, this time his harsh tone shifted to mischief.

With each minute and her deflective and defensive nature to his questions, he was curious on her limits. How far can he go with this? Now this would be some interesting thing in this boring to death party.

'' Dare I say, my date just started, " He thought and followed along.

Hearing his answer, pleased with the service, Sooha moved to his side and slid her hands into his. Like a loving couple, both looked into each others eyes and continued to talk with the foreign businessmen surrounding them.

Everything seemed so natural that none could fault anything and believed it finally. However, voices began to raise and gossips started everywhere. Though the identity of the man is still not clear, the fact that a member of Kim family is associated is enough to start an uproar.

That chaos began to spread to far ends of the hall, even effecting youngsters who were busy dancing. The sound of the violins began to seem smaller compared with everyone's small talk.

Noticing it, the violinists played with much more vigor to fill the air with their melody. Nonetheless, the turmoil didn't escape everyone's ears. All dancers on the stage began to wonder what's happening. Everyone began to eye one another with perplexed eyes.

With Chaos ensured at the main characters first union, the second song came to end faster than expected. Most of the people got down of stage with their confused faces, dying to know what took place earlier. Even Joon Jae had to leave the floor to know the latest gossip.

Witnessing everyone's response, Sooha felt happy at heart, as a smile played on her lips. Yet, that's not what she wants. She wants to witness that da*ned ba*tards humiliated face, which is contorted with wrinkles, like a constipated patient, dying to let it out but couldn't.

Now, the show begins.
