10 10.

I turn my car in to the school parking lot. I park into my usual spot. I lean my head forward until it rest against the steering wheel.

"You can do this..." I mutter to myself. "You can do this...."

I get out of the car and tredge my way to the front doors. As I enter, I hear shouts, I look up and quickly stepped out of the way as a jock goes burling out the front door laughing as his friends follow him out.

I look around my surroundings and see chaos. Three bullies toss a kid's notebook around. Laughing as the kid jumps up trying to grab it as they pass it between them. A group of girls gossiping the latest news. Smacking bubble gum between their teeth.

Others run to and fro' as they hurry to class. I take in smell of freshly waxed floors, perfume, and B.O. I sigh in relief. Anything's better than there, I thought.

I walk towards my class. Glancing at the carefully placed schedule I had gotten over the summer, making sure to arrive at the right class.

Once I'm there, I look at the schedule again to make sure. I look at the class number. And seeing as they matched I walk in.

A book hits my face. I stumble backward clutching my nose as it throbs in pain.

"I'm soooo sorry!" A voice cry's out.

I look up and see...her. She gasps in surprise. She quickly comes over her shock and informs the teacher that she'll be taking me to the nurse. The teacher nods her head saying it was fine as long as we don't get into any trouble. When she walks back over to me, I look over her shoulder and see the teacher wink at me with a thumbs up.

What the...?

We slowly make our way to the nurse's office. As we enter we are greeted by a big burly man wearing an old nurse's outfit that was made for females and was much too small for him.

"Greetings," He said with a twinkle in his eyes. "How may I help you?"

He posed with one arm stretched outward and the other bent pointing in the same direction and one leg on his chair.

"Oh, she got hit in the face with a book, so I accompanied her to the nurse,"

"How thoughtful of you," He posed again this time on his desk as he had one hand under his head and another on his hip.

How is she acting so normal! I look at her in astonishment as the crazy weird nurse started to pose more.

"There's an ice pack in that mini fridge. Just apply it on her nose for a few minutes and you can head to class."

He was sprawled out on his desk with his arms behind his back impersonating an eagle.

"Okay!" She said cheerfully. She went to the mini fridge and got an ice pack.

She took me to one the beds that was unoccupied. I sat down and took the ice pack from her and placed it on my nose.

"Hopefully it doesn't swell..." I mutter.

"Aww, it's okay, even if it were to swell I'll still love you," She winks at me.

I feel my face turning red and look away. She giggles. After a few minutes I clear my throat.

"By the way, what's your name?" I asked finally looking at her.

"Huh!? I never told you!?" Her face turns red in embarrassment. She pauses as she wrings her shirt in her hands. She stops and smooths it out. "It's...."
