Ace left me in this desert for two days, two freaking days. The first night the girls I mean, Fiore, Choo, and I opened the gifts. I got a beautiful dress from Choo’s sister. Choo left today for Korea before her wedding. Even she got an out before her wedding. Fiore has gone to the doctor in town. So, I was all alone.

Ace could not contact me at these times. I don’t know why. Alex informed me I have to go with him to his cousin’s store as Ace is going to throw a party for his business companions for completing a deal.

I got ready with my burgundy knee-length bodycon, grey boots, and an overcoat. I kept my jewelry simple with rings and pendants.

I heard the honk and came out locking the door. I sat on the passenger seat and he started the car.

‘How are the injured men?’ I asked after getting comfortable in the seat. I know 7 or 8 guards were highly injured. Rest were fine.

‘Out of danger and fine.’ Alex said.
