"no - I don't know what we are but what I do know is that I really like her"
"after everything that happened with Lisa.. I'm really glad to see you happy"
"does this mean that you're not mad at me anymore"
"duh" he laughs.
After dinner, I call Andy.
"so why come over ?"
I sigh "I have plans on Sunday night..."
"who? Is it that Amelia girl Emma told me about"
Note to self, do not tell Emma anything, ever.
"Emma needs to learn how to shut up"
Andy bursts into laughter.
"all I know is that I'm happy for you and Adam and I want to meet her"
Adam and Andy are twins, Adam just happens to be the really gay twin.

After this crazy day, I am exhausted and the moment my head hits the pillow, I fall asleep.
I wake up to the smell of waffles and a I knock on my bedroom door.
It's my dad, he brings me coffee and waffles.
"Morning, I decided to sleep in"
"how kind of you and thanks for the breakfast"
"I actually have a hidden agenda" he laughs
Sarcastically I ask "where does Audrey need to go"
"Audrey needs to go dress shopping and Melissa wants to tag along so could you pick her up as well?"
"oh yes, prom season, sure give me an hour to get ready"
The malls are packed during prom so the sooner, we can get back.
On our way to pick up Melissa, Audrey asks. "are you and Melissa's sister dating?"
"no, not yet.. I really like her"
She squeezes my arm, "well I'm happy for you guys, Adrian can go to hell if he's still mad about you two".
I laugh. "weirdly Adrian's actually okay with it all, her mom invited Adrian and I over for dinner tomorrow night"
"I'm glad his not being an asshole"
Melissa's waiting outside, she gets in as soon as I pull up.
"morning guys! And Jess, thanks for taking us"
I glare at Audrey, "hey Mel, you're welcome and at least someone says thank you"
Audrey roll her eyes "thank you dear sister"
I tell them that I'm going to stay in the car while they're shopping, that's just too much girl for me.
"we'll bring you some coffee and fries"
"you know me to well sister"
I decide read would be the best way to pass the time.
It's Amelia, she's calling.

I can hear her smiling. Hi, Melissa said you took her and your sister to get prom dresses, cute " she chuckles.

" I bet, anyway I wanted to ask, since I'm seeing you tomorrow night, I thought.. Maybe.. You uh-uhm wanted to sleep over? "
She's so nervous,it's adorable, I try not to laugh.
" I would love to but I think you didn't think this all this way through babe.. Uhm I mean Amelia.. "
Shit. Did I just call her babe.
" Adrian's driving with me and who'll drive him home if I stay there".
"about that, my dad said that he wouldn't mind taking him home"
"you spoke to your dad about me sleeping over?"
And starts laughing "even better, my mother suggested a girl's night" she says.
I'm basically beaming at this point "sure I'm keen on a girl's night , I'll just mention it to my dad and let Adrian know the change of plans"
"I can't wait to see you"
