Noah just snorted and released a sliver of merciless Saber Intent around his soul cutting apart the ethereal golden chains into smithereens.
'Heh, such childish tricks' Noah laughed coldly in his heart.
On the outside, Adam also felt the worldly power surrounding the 'bodyguard' and he relaxed.
Adam moved his gaze away from this 'middle-aged bodyguard' and looked towards the beauty by his side:
"Princess Ares, I am glad you came all the way to see me, What can I say? it truly moves my heart."
He shamelessly tried to butter up Ares even though he was the one who asked for an audience with Ares from the Emperor.
Ares took a deep breath to calm down her emotions which were telling her to gouge out Adam's eyes which kept moving across her cleavage, waist, and long legs that were exposed, from time to time.
'How dare you?! It's all for my brother!' she thought inwardly but she forced a smile on the outside and replied,
"Oh no no, it was nothing much. You don't need to take it to heart, I was not doing anything at all, you didn't disturb me..."
Adam glanced towards the 'bodyguard' again but didn't find anything out of usual plus the fact that he has taken an oath in the name of 'Divine Goddess' relaxed his mind.
Noah just stood there expressionless with a poker face just like a bodyguard would.
'What are you looking at fool? My poker face is the best expressionless face in my 'book of expressions', you can forget about finding anything out of ordinary' thought Noah arrogantly while sneering behind Adam's back.
Noah was already annoyed, seeing Adam lusting after Ares, his years of experience didn't allow him to lose his composure though.
If it was anyone else with the same level of power he has, he would have tortured Adam for 666 days and sacrificed him in the name of 'Demon God'.
Looking into Ares's eyes, Adam tried his best to keep his composure and not fluster:
"Ares, I first saw you 2 years ago, you were wearing a stunning white dress during the Delos Empire's celebration."

Saying so, he took out a beautiful Designer bracelet embedded with precious gems from his storage ring and held it in front of Ares.
His expressions looked truly 'honest' that may swoon a maiden's heart

With a light cough, she regained her composure and looked towards her 'bodyguard' from the corner of her eyes.
A mysterious glint flashed through Noah's eyes when he took a look at this unique bracelet.
When he felt Ares's gaze on him, he smiled mysteriously and nodded.
Her heart felt at ease after she saw Noah had no objections.
"Thank you very much, Prince Adam." She forced another smile and when she was about to take the bracelet from Adam's hands,
he moved his hand carrying the bracelet away and asked lovingly, "May I?"
"blerghhh" this time it was Noah who was about to puke, his poker face expression that has helped him in his journey of over countless years was threatening to break...

Ares stiffened up a bit upon hearing this.
She was thinking in her mind all the ways to torture a human being.
She was even thinking of joining a demonic cult just to learn new torture techniques that are yet to be discovered by the rest of the world.
She extended her hand nonetheless and Adam put the bracelet on her wrist carefully, not daring to touch her during this process for some unexplainable reason....which was very weird? Why did he not take this opportunity to touch her even by a little?
Noah smirked and looked towards a particular direction.....his gaze passed through everything forcefully tearing apart space and time and he smirked again!

3 women were sitting in different places.
One with pink hair was sitting on a black bean bag while one with black hair was sitting on the couch.
There was another woman who was sitting on a white bean bag.
Her expression was cold, not indifferent or ruthless like Valentina but cold and chilly.
Her blue eyes with silver hair gave her a frosty and glacial aura.
She had a beautiful face, thin eyebrows, thin lips along with pale white and supple skin.
Her face was well proportioned like an artist painted it and froze it in time.
She was about 1.7 meters tall, with youthful bosoms that stood proud and perky butt.
She was wearing an elegant white Sun Dress that accentuated her feminine soft curves. It had a nice blue floral pattern over it. She was also wearing blue heels to go along with her dress.
She was a divine beauty and her chilly aura gave her a look of an ice-goddess that descend from the heavens to freeze the world.
Her name was Adah!
Valentina on the other hand was wearing similar clothes that Ares 'bought' from 'FashionX'.
A black-colored long hoodie along with white sneakers.
Seeing both the women sitting on bean bags which they brought in their storage ring, the eyelids of the black-haired beauty twitched uncontrollably.
Bean bags were something recently introduced by 'FashionX', which was an instant hit that attracted the attention of all the noble households.
Adding to the fact to fuel the fire, both were wearing clothes sold by 'FashionX' unlike the Empress who was wearing red royal attire befitting to the status of the Empress.
It was highly uncomfortable but, it looked royal.
'That little bastard! Where does he get so many ideas?? Can't he fix the royal attires as well?' thought Mary.
'And these two shameless bitches not sitting on the couch in front of me and bringing their own 'Bean Bags?!''
