1 Prologue

"Argh!"

A swordsman stab his sword into his opponent's abdomen. The opponent hold the sword to loosen the impact, even though it was useless as he were about to die anyway..

"Why... Why did you... Betrayed us... Kaiga?"

"Pfft- did you think I would want to be in the same team as you weak people? What a joke!"

The swordsman laughed at the man who was on the floor that also glared daggers at him. The man thinks that the swordsman would not betray him, he trusted the swordsman, everyone did.

Kaiga Berona, the swordsman, retrieve his sword and kicked the man in the gut, resulting the man to cough blood.

"You're so naive, Alveus."

The man, Alveus Drownid, the leader of [Silver Sky], glared weakly at Kaiga. The swordsman grabbed a handful of his hair roughly and glared right into Alveus's eyes, making the latter flinched.

"You really think that I'm your friend, Alveus? A comrade? Hahaha, I am not your friend nor am I your comrade. No one is!"

Alveus finally realized it. Why did he still think of this bastard in front of him his friend? After slaughtering all of his comrades... Alveus now regrets his decision on trusting this bastard. But regrets will never bring everyone back. Yeah, he failed... Again.

"Now... How about you just die?"

The swordman swing his sword, slicing off Alveus's head.

'in the end... I failed again..'

He didn't notice the light that erupted from his body, making everything around him, including Kaiga who were taken aback and stunned in place. Unknown to him... This is just the start of everything.
