Sports Festival: Garuda
A day before the Sports Festival happened, Kaga warped back to the park and told the person in charge of the construction of the park that she would be retrieving the T-Rex that was placed earlier.
But before she could leave, she was called by the person in charge and was told that a black egg almost the size of doors was also delivered and was said to be an extinct bird of unknown origins.
'An extinct bird? An egg the size of a door? What kind of mythical world did I pop into? Well, I need a new ride and pet anyway', Kaga thought to herself and warped to where the supposed black egg was stored.
Upon warping to the warehouse where all of the delivered remains of extinct species were, she was momentarily stunned upon seeing the size of the egg.
'Now...what will pop up from here? A phoenix? Griffin? Legendary Pokemon? We'll find out anyway', Kaga thought and proceeded to store it and also enter her Storage Space to do her magic.
When she was about to revert its time back to when it was possible to hatch, she suddenly had a maniacal idea, 'Might as well integrate Ice and Fire inside this egg and see if I can make a rip-off pokemon myself!'
She activated her Byakugan and reverted its time to when the egg was supposed to still be healthy, and when it was, she began injecting both Ice and Fire energy into the heart of the egg.
Kaga wasn't just randomly blasting ice and fire attacks, nope, it was pure energy that represented the element.
Right now, Kaga was sweating bullets trying to balance both cold and heat, trying not to implode the egg in front of her...she only wanted to do this once and not waste time in constantly trying over and over again.
After a few hours of tirelessly injecting energy within it, the egg started to release a blue glow naturally, probably from the properties of Blue Fire and Ice.
The egg was both cold and hot to the touch, quite the weird feeling, probably similar to drinking hot water with ice inside of your mouth.
Now Kaga just needed a few months to wait for it to hatch...not! Kaga simply hastened its time to the extreme until it started showing signs of cracks.
When it started showing cracks, a blue heated and cold glow was emanating from the cracks of the Black Egg, quite the scene. But this was also the time when Kaga stopped accelerating the hatching process.
And as she did so, the door-sized egg exploded into a myriad of temperatures, and a cry of a legendary bird from movies was heard.
After the spectacle of its showing was done, it spread its feathery wings that were colored black but had accents of blue and purple feathers at the tips, along with flames of the same color.
It came out of its blackened shell all the while staring straight towards Kaga, and Kaga stared back and observed it.
'Two pairs of wings, one being significantly larger than the other, and a set of overly long tail feathers...rectrices for the scientific term...to top it off he's constantly generating a blue aura of flame under his wings, both hot and cold.
His body also has the same accents as the ends of his wings, blue, and purple glowing feathers. Weird enough he has curved horns that don't go upwards, but downwards. And his head dons two tuffs of shining blue feathers...similar to All Might's'

After finishing her observation she decided to try and communicate with it by using the quirk she got that was identical to Koji's Anivoice.
AN: I'll still call it Anivoice.
"You will be my pet and mount, in exchange for food, do you accept?', Kaga said all the while using the quirk, she was glad that she can toggle it on or off, she didn't want to hear the ramblings of animals.
The bird in front of Kaga pondered for a while and bowed gently towards Kaga, eventually, its head reached as low as her body.
"Please bestow a name for this Phoenix, Master. And I also thank you for bringing back life into me and even granting me immense strength", the phoenix's voice suddenly resounded within the mind of Kaga, surprising her.
'It can speak and is intelligent as well!? Amazing!', Kaga thought within her mind.
"Very well, but I would like to question to you first, didn't you just come out from an egg, so how did you know you were brought back to life?", Kaga questioned but had an idea already since it was a phoenix as it said.
"That is simple, Master. Once I reach the end of my lifespan, I would eventually lay an egg and once my physical body dies my soul transfers over, and this cycle repeats itself.
But, however, I was suddenly entrapped within my egg during one of the cycles and I couldn't get out. I eventually succumbed to starvation."
As Kaga listened she was able to tell that there were no lies within it and further asked, "Were there others of yourself?"
"Sad to say there wasn't any, over the course of my thousands of years of life, there were only these creatures that roamed the lands and skies. And I hunted them as food...similar to that creature behind you...but mines were furrier", the phoenix said as it looked towards the T-Rex frozen in time.
Kaga looked at the T-Rex and understood but continued questioning, "That means you didn't originate from this world, yes?"
"I supposed so, considering how I am the only one of my kind, however, I have never seen your kind before...but similar to it. They used sticks and used to throw them at me...truly a weird bunch."
When hearing this Kaga's eye twitch, 'Those were cavemen that were hunting you! They probably weren't able to even hurt you hence you perceived them as weird for throwing 'sticks''
"Well, anyway, I will name you, Garuda! And once we leave this space of mine the world will be very much different from what you saw before. And can you change sizes?"
"Garuda? A fitting name! And yes, Master, I can change sizes. But I can only do that once I reach adulthood within some years.", Garuda said apologetically.
'Years? I don't know how many but can't wait for that', Kaga thought and simply regenerated Garuda's growth rate with her regeneration instead of time manipulation.
"As expected of Master!", Garuda was astonished that his body grew into his adulthood quickly and he now stood at a towering height of 15 meters!
Without wasting time he shrank into the size of a 1.5-liter bottle and perched on the shoulders of Kaga. With everything swiftly taken care of, they exited Kaga's space.
Appearing once again within the warehouse, Garuda was astonished in seeing the boney remains of creatures, "Master, you have a fine collection of bones! I too had one but they were only piled together"
"Well, I will bring them back to life for something, by the way, how can you understand me?", Kaga asked curiously.
AN: Garuda speaks inside the mind of Kaga, but Kaga speaks physically
"Doesn't Master speak in Phoenix tongue?", Garuda said and tilted his head in confusion.
'Ah, it must be the [Anivoice]...I better imagine in using it to only speak and understand Garuda and no other animal, others would be not needed' Kaga thought to herself.
"Well it's complicated, but I also have the ability to naturally speak with animals, so I guess it naturally translates into your language"
"Truly remarkable! When I was previously alive, all I heard were weird sounds and the usual cries of animals when I hunt", Garuda exclaimed.
"Anyway, let's go home, I have to show you to my family too" as Kaga said that she created a warp gate and appeared once more within the confines of her home.

Kaga eventually introduced Garuda to her family and Garuda was observing them as well, the one who was extremely excited about having another animal inside the house was Kairo.
'A rather weird animal. A ground creature and has wings as well, and it can also increase its size! Maybe it's like me, but it seems rather...dull in the head', Garuda thought as he observed Kairo the White-Winged Tiger.
"Sebas, can you find me someone that has a Translator Quirk? My new pet here is similar to Principal Nezu, he can speak but doesn't know our language", Kaga asked Sebas, though all he did was towards Kaga and left in his warp gate.
Some minutes later Kaga received a message from Sebas to go to where she collected the quirks from people, which she did.
Fast Forward...
Kaga has just finished feeding Garuda a vial of the goo that contained a quirk that translates languages, soon enough he was able to understand the words everyone was saying.
"Outstanding! By simply eating that liquid meat I am now able to understand your kind!", Garuda exclaimed...which he got stares from everyone.
AN: Garuda calls the Goo liquid meat since it was read.
"Mr. Birdie can talk~!"
"He can talk!"
"He speaks!"
The younger siblings of Kaga exclaimed in shock as they heard the phoenix in front of them speak, "Ohh? It seems you are now able to understand me! Allow me to introduce myself, I am Garuda, a pet of Master Kaga", Garuda introduced himself and was rather proud to call himself a pet of Kaga.
The siblings of Kaga went out of their shocked state and also said their names...surprisingly Kairo also introduced himself with a soft growl, seemingly understanding what the bird in front of him said.
This was how a new family was added to the house...
