7 A speed runers tactics

The game has a feature where the player has to write the talismans , so I know even the legendary one's ,it's just that I'm not leveled up enough to use them

The alchemy in the game is also similar, the player needs to add ingredients at the right time and play a mini game of stopping the roulette pin at the red part , I hate that part of the game, my whole life I'm supposed to avoid hitting the colour red while gaming and now I'm supposed to land a small stick on red spot

Anyway the dungeon is a mid game content and just so you know I tried cultivating but it's too slow , I want to be extremely strong by the time the 1st plot starts in two years

I know things will go unexpected ways because of me but it shouldn't matter as long I'm strong

So here I am , a bronze 3 speed runner going into a gold rank dungeon , i prepared multiple peak silver rank talismans for this

I entered the dungeon and the first thing I noticed was there was no spirit flame to save and respawn , I expected this but knowing that this is reality and i could die here adds a certain amount of ..... Thrill ?

Dammit I need to control my facial expressions otherwise people will think I'm crazy

I put a hand on my mouth and started walking in , the walls were wet and i thought that was funny " dumbass developers"

I entered a corridor filled with bones , i quickly activated a stealth talisman , ran fast to the end of the corridor and deactivated the talisman , i took a deep breath and ran back to the starting point , as I was running back i can hear bones clicking in together , i didn't stop and ran all the way to end before I looked back , the entire corridor that was filled with bones a minute ago is now filled with undead skeletons , the one's that are at end were the first to start running towards me and the one's in the front are almost done constructing themselves , I was a bit scared but the fear was overwhelmed by excitement, i took out a talisman and my jellyfish ring glowed red

As soon as the skeleton in front of me was done constructing I used the talisman " Rings of Ordevios " , it sent out a huge ring of light that blasted the skeletons all the way to end of the corridor and even after destroying all the undead skeletons it kept spinning on the wall for a few seconds before disappearing

" I could have avoided these guys completely and walked to the boss room but I don't think there will be fog walls that will stop these guys from entering the boss room , I'm already way too weak if they gang up on me while I don't even have invincibility frames on my rolls , one death wouldn't be enough to end that stupidity

After that I went to the end and down the stairs to stage two

The stage two is filled with flowers , it's like a beautiful flower bed , i took a dozen talisman , threw them into the air and ran back upstairs and ..... BOOOOOOM

I went back in and all the flowers were burnt , destroyed , torn apart by the explosion and along with them are the dead chunks of the most annoying enemies in the game , the stone goblins , these bastards move quick , hit hard and they use poison , I hate these annoying bastards they always put traps and hide

After kicking the head of a goblin I moved deeper and found the most normal thing in dungeon gaming history" an elevator "

Yes there's an elevator but that's not the end let's see where this goes , i step inside, i pull the lever and the elevator goes up , yes not down but up , after a few seconds it stops i come out and there's an eight feet wide and tall opening inside the cave , I use the stealth talisman and go inside the room and what's inside ?

It's a big fat dragon holding a blade of its size sitting inside a pool of lava

Forget the fact that this fat lizard looks more like an overfed aligator , next to this room is the wet corridor part the cave that was filled with bones, under this pit of lava there's a room filled with flowers and one maniac built an elevator to connect these two , another maniac built steps to connect the first two stages

I don't know what the developers were smoking while building dungeons but I need that stuff in my life

I looked at the fat dragon from the opening, I don't want to agro it because once it agros onto me it will charge towards me and crash into the wall , closing the entrance I came in from and forcing me fight it

All dragon exept the lightning dragons are weak to ice lightning and their head receives 100% extra damage , dragons naturally have a huge hp pool and strong armour , so naturally they think they're invincible but in reality they're stupid

I took out a kunai and threw it onto a wall right next to the fat lizard after a few seconds the kunai started making crow sounds

CAAAAW , CAAAAW , CAAAW

It's super annoying but the fat lizard looked at the wall and started walking towards it , because he's soo obesse he took a good number of seconds before even reaching the wall next to him after that I took out two balls of talisman, yess i wraped up 30 talisman with ice lightning inscription into one ball and 30 water spell inscriptions into another ball to boost the lightning damage

Usually in the speed runs only a dozen of the ice lightning talisman are enough but right now I can't use the feature lockon , I'm aiming manually, so I plan to destroy everything in one go

With this much fire power and the jellyfish buff ring which actually adds 25% more damage to consumables such as both bombs and talismans I am more than confident in blasting this lizard like team rocket today

The fat lizard after finding nothing on the wall tried to turn itself back to its position and I threw both the talisman wraps and activated them right before they land on its head and ran back into the elevator

I can hear loud cracking noises , lightning, water and after a few minutes of chaotic sounds , there was snow coming out of the cave opening

I went inside and i realised I over did it , like really over did this , the lizards head is nowhere to be found , it's gone , it got obliterated, the entire lava pit is now all Rocky and the walls are filled ice , I think that power level was close to a black gold or even peak black gold realm

Anyway after waiting for a few seconds my first thought was " I'm an idiot "

In a game if the player kill a boss , he gets a reward , it just appears but now I need to cut open this dragon corpse somehow to gain the reward "The dragon heart "

" I only have a silver grade katana on me , it can't cut that this thick layer of scales what do I do now ? " After thinking for a few seconds i realised there's two rewards behind the boss room , I walked behind the fat dragon and into the room , it has a chest and a table inside

I looked at the ceiling and said " developers please send me the stuff you smoke , I'll pay double price "

On table I got the spirit banana for bindhu and inside the chest is "dragon halbeard "

The dragon halbeard is one of the only two weapons that can use ice lightning in the game

" This thing is even bigger than me ,well let's give it a try " i took the halbeard and started hacking the dragon corpse and woah it cut through the dragon skin like a hot knife going through butter " no wonder it's a special weapon "

After 30 minutes of careful labour I took out the heart of the dragon without a single scratch, the dragon heart is like a golden diamond in the size of a papaya "my clothes got completely blood stained , I don't even have another set of clothes "

I took the heart back to the room with the chest and sat down , took a deep breath to resolve myself

" Time to eat this thing now "
