Prologue 6 (Part 1) The Principal’s Assembly and Taking Advantage Of The Mood.

Their principal, a slime she knew, walked up to the podium and began addressing them.

"Students of Fvil High School, Good Morning to you all, hope you have been well?"

He met Kazu Nini's eyes the first time she opened them during the assembly and her stomach dropped.

"Standing here, I solemnly and happily announce the Kidnap and return of one of our students." Sharlpali Hihpholi smiled as he had not broken eye contact, beginning an outstanding round of applause before he finally announced her name. "The Pixie in question, a brave one I might add, survived from a terrible experience I would not go into details about except she gives me the permission to." He turned back to the crowd. "For security reasons, actually, I will not also go into details but just know that it is safer to be in groups or pairs from now on. The perpetrators, whoever they are, did not dare take one of you on our grounds." He raised his voice into the air and the students wondered if the history of the school had been rumors or not.

"Anyways, Camera's found the day she was adopted and now I can only be more than happy to announce Kazu Nini, our very own brave Pixie, to come and let us know what she felt and how we can avoid such a situation, if anyone of us were a victim, unhopefully so, though."

Kazu Nini paused before taking a breath in and walking to the stage.

"I hate it when I am not informed before plans such as these but I will take this in stride because it is too early in the morning for me to c-"

She snapped her head to where Devon and Kivon were talking and barked at them.

"Listen, you TWATS!" Shock on both the twins and their lackey's faces, she faced the crowd once again. "I was afraid, I was scared, I was hopeless. However, the beautiful thing about fear is that it gives us opportunities to let our bravery highlight any obstacle."

"To be honest, I felt like giving up and questions filled my head, and even though I feel like this whole speech is only trying to glorify the incident, I met some people there who helped me. A person actually, but the point is in what our principal said; It is better to walk in pairs now, it Is better to be part of something that can be potentially greater than any one individual. One of the signs of power is influence, if you do not have it, you cannot be heard. Grow roots, stand together and Kidnapping can be battled!"

She waited for the applause to die down as Sharlpali Hihpholi looked at her to take back what they used for a Microphone but she held unto it.

"Another thing; I really hope that my scholarships are not affected because of lack of attendance."

The crowd laughed this time as the Slime Principal took back the VoiceAmplifier.

"In this spirit, please heed her words; we are stronger together and not apart. So I would l-"

He noticed one of his students, a Dark Elf, waving his hands.

"Let us welcome, Jinja Kaliope, hoping he has meaningful things to say." Some laughed and most wondered.

The Dark Elf walked up to the stage to speak, "Hearing about Kazu Nini's story really hit me. A full week gone by and we do not know the full details of her unfortunate incident." He paused for effect. "Please, can we have a round of applause for this strong and beautiful lady?" He joined them until they kept quiet. "In this spirit of togetherness, my colleagues and I improvised a club to help those who need a sense of identity, a sense of belonging and a sense of purpose." He paused again, "in this life, like our brave student Kazu Nini explained, we need roots we need influence and definitely connections, if I might add. Thus, the New Universe is the best place we can find that. I would not advice meeting too late after school because of this recent incident but, we can stay an hour behind for all those who want to join." Shafa Rinmon the Elf, Zlai Dfon the Wood Fairy and Elric Yjob the Shapeshifter turned to Kazu Nini who smiled and gave an almost imperceptible nod before they then too walked to the stage.

"I'm in." The Shapeshifter said an an applause began.

"Same here." The crowd's applause spiked from her fans and admirers both as she had a prettiness that was rarely seen.

And when Zlai Dfon only smiled before holding hands on stage too, this caused the already thunderous applause to escalate. Kazu Nini knew that they would not lack members, but she hoped that they were not just there because of her fellow pretty faces.

Kazu Nini then walked up to the stage intensifying the clapping and met the there. "I will be happy to be part of something that will one day be greater than just myself." She clapped Jinja Kaliope's hands and noticed that he had been sweating.

*Good,* she thought. She did not want him making too many decisions like this one he did today but she needed to think bigger than just surprising a bunch of Sprite twins. Maybe his interference would be needed at times.

But not *all* the time.

Sharlpali Hihpholi spoke again, "another round of applause for their courageous attempt to help themselves and hopefully one day their society. And in full support of this, I will grant the hall to be used as all final periods for the day will be canceled. So that there will be even more time for their club gathering. Go to your seats so that I can continue the announcements."

Kazu Nini glanced at the twins and smiled before rubbing her frazzled hair dramatically, getting reactions from the crowd.

The young Pixie was not used to being known, so when she was met with smiles and questions, like when she closed her locker door to see people standing behind it so that they could comfort her form her traumatizing event, she was silent longer than she should have been.

She had not even needed to beg the teachers to understand her case as some had already seen her bearing when she had arrived after her capture about a week ago, and not forgetting the announcements made at the assembly. Even the young Pixie was tempted to shift the date of her encounter with the Sprite twins a little, but if she was going to be create her society that would give her influence and prestige, she needed to work on her patience, at least the way she thought it should go.

When she had first entered class for the day, she did not even notice Devon and Kivon, even after her high five to Jinja Kaliope.

The Sprite twins, Devon and Kivon, had dark expressions as they hated to lose their crowd but turning back on their word would mean they were weak and scared although they did not feel too comfortable with her gaining importance or spotlight.

At the end of the day, people had flocked into the assembly hall either to see what was happening or know how they could join this club. And at the center of the almost choking crowd, Kazu Nini, Jinja Kaliope, Zlai Dfon, Shafa Rinmon and Erlic Yjob sat down with different shades of happiness on their faces.

Kazu Nini tapped the Dark Elf imperceptibly and she could tell from the volume of his voice that he projected it with Ko-jin.

"Order! Order! Assemble yourselves." The main staff of the New Universe watched the curious new comers slowly drop their noise until all was silence. "Before we go on, we would like to introduce to you our new managers." Jinja Kaliope gestured to two figures that sauntered out of the crowd to join the circle were Kazu Nini and her staff were.

A tall Slime walked out, all the way from the back and, his calm approach bellied his stature. "Introducing our new Engineer and Technical Manager, Naro Meena." Although the Slime had the silhouette of a human, he had a skull where a head should be on his mostly transparent silhouette that looked as if it was out of a sci-fi movie; the front was the top half of a skull which made of ceramic, and the back was more plastic like its neon blue eyes while the part that resembled both the back of the skull and a brain pulsed like a heartbeat with different patterns of light. He waved and tried standing behind them as if he wanted to hide behind the staff before sitting with his arms wrapped around his knees and his bum on the ground.

The crowd went 'awwww' and he buried his 'face' in his arms as the lights in his skull for a head started beating faster.

"Isn't he adorable?" Kazu Nini almost arched her brow at that but Jinja Kaliope was already speaking again. "Next, our final staff, a Gnome by the name of Lowe Hagp who is also a Real Estate Manager." The applause came before a girl that walked with large eyes and a larger mouth, her nose was somehow squeezed between the two and her hair fell to her developed chest. She waved as she came and the Dark Elf took over again.

"Now that we have identified our staff, can we all spread out till we all back the door and are all in my front view." Waving his hands, they all stood in front of him where he did not need to sense them and he continued. "Now, there are a lot of staff, and it take a while to get used to them so they will spread out behind me and you will line up in their front, according to the markers you see on them."

Pointing about, Jinja Kaliope started giving instructions. "So, I need you to go that way if you have any talent in Engineering, that other direction if your Parents or your pockets have good funds and don't mind sharing them, this way if you are good with people, over there if…"

No one moved and the staff were all at a loss until one of them, an Elven girl with braids, raised a hand.

"What one is Kazu Nini in?"

"Um… she is a…Special guest, you know. So, she has that esteemed position."

"What line is for her? What qualifications are needed to line up before her." This one was a troll who seemed to blind himself with a piece of clothing.

"Right now, she is more of an overseer, but when we decide we will let you know." Zlai Dfon spoke this time. Kazu Nini walked to her and spoke in her ears before she continued. "She will be admitting people with her, but first they have to be able to add to The New Universe in one way or the other."

"Don't forget me, brave Pixie."

"Me too."

"Me three."

After that, the students found where they were supposed to be and the staffs pulled out SoulBoxes gotten from Kazu Nini, also bringing out sheet after sheet of IdentificationPapers. But just as the newcomers had begun filling forms, the doors to the assembly hall were rudely and loudly kicked in.

"All hail the courageous Pixie!"

"Yes, the one who shines the brightest these days." Devon and Kivon came in with Trolls, Ogres, Goblins and more. "How are you doing today? We are most curious."

"I hope you are not traumatized enough to forget our little bet?"

Kazu Nini frowned as if she was terminally ill, as she now faced the Dark Elf. "Talk to them, I am not in the mood. Babe."

Some in the crowd groaned, lamenting in one way or the other about how it sucks that she was already taken while the most of them were witnessing her attitude, first hand, to the Sprite twins in shock. It looked like the rumors had been true.

Jinja Kaliope happily took over, "You heard her, so quickly let out your fart and do not waste our time."

Devon laughed and it was Kivon that spoke. "See, we heard that you were making societies and well, we too decided that we can have ours, without the disadvantages of having geeks around."

"You are insulting the people you wish to recruit?" Shafa Rinmon the elf scoffed, "I would *love* to have you as my leader."

"Yeah, babe, tell that twin we treat people like they matter, over here. And that we will bring pesticide next time they come around."

The students who had Telewatches had long since began to record the incident.

Devon was about to erupt but Kivon held out an arm before he clapped. "Well said and truly insidious, points for that. But we came to let our offers be known." He dropped his hands and tapped his Telewatch with projected a lineup of bikes just outside the school.

"We have rides for the first 100." The image changed to a studio with recliners and some people with ink all over their bodies, "free tattoos for any one of us," The picture was now a box, a Telewatch then Uniforms, "SpaceBoxes, and the rest you saw and lastly…" The projection in line was now a grand manor close to the sea side.

"When we get to graduate it will be an area of luxury and relaxation, a place where there will be tons of fun."

Kazi Nini did not need to use her eyes if she wanted to see the longings on their faces. The students all looked to her and she smiled at them saying, "You are free."

In 10 minutes, at least half of everyone had left them and the Sprite twins had a good laugh, almost rolling on the floor to cement their victory. "Have fun with the dweebs."

"These ones are my people, I would not suggest that you not to repeat that." Wind began kicking about the Pixie ferociously and the glasses that were fixed about the hall began cracking or trembling but Devon gave a mock bow while Kivon raised his hands in jest fear.

"Just wait, we have a bet already. I would not dare to repeat what I just said and ruin the surprise."

With that, they stepped out, leaving Kazu Nini and her remaining people behind.
