New Bound

Minato's pov.

I wake up to the room where I'm. But something feels off, my daughter isn't around me!

I stood up when the memory crossed my mind, this is Sebastian's bedroom.

Now I'm messed up! Neither my daughter nor Sebastian is here.

I got out in hurry, where should I have a trace for them?

My movements weren't stable but only full of panic.

I dashed into every room I saw, there was no one.

The only room left was the library in this floor, my mind went blank when I remembered that Nightmare always had hobby in reading.

Would they be there?

I opened the room without any more analysis, that's when I find them all.

My daughter was in Nightmare's arms , what was his business with her?

I saw the possession mark on her tiny hand, I should be dreaming "no..no..".

Nightmare smirked at me before vanishing with his last words "too late".

I reached out for my daughter in hurry but she wasn't conscious. 

"MIKAELA!" I let it burst out my chest, this day is my wife's death date. I dont wanna lose more!

"Minato?" Sebastian called me out when my tears were rushing down my cheeks.

"Why did you bring my only daughter to this heartless monster?" I questioned him trying not to blast my anger at him.

He apologized with weak voice "sorry ".

"Give me ONE FUCKING REASON!" I'm out of my limits .

He just gulped hardly looking away from my eyes.

"If she didn't  manage to hold your king's power, SHE'LL DIE!" My last two words were hurting me like a knife stabbed in my heart.

"Stop yelling like a dog " Did I hear his voice? Was this Nightmare?!

I turn to my other side just to find him next to me, Nightmare was out of my daughter body!

"She's not alike any hybrid I met before" he stated with long stable gaze at Mikaela's face while she was waking up.

"She is alive!" I was overjoyed with her eyes opening again , I hugged her tightly into my embrace while tears of joy were going down at her body.

Nightmare's pov.

After Minato's burst out , he needs rest indeed same as his daughter.

"Give them a good shelter for tonight , bring also some milk for the baby ." Minato looked up at me without saying a word.

But his eyes speak everything instead.

He wasn't thankful, more like I made new enemy today.

It was all my fault anyway.

I stand up to walk out of the room, when he mumbled "I won't forgive you ever".

I know that previously; you idiot.

Sebastian's pov.

I helped Minato stand up while he held Mikaela tightly by his right arm and using his left one to surround it around my neck.

My king already left before us.

"How did she hold my king's power?" I asked in low voice but Minato looked at me with careless look "All I'm looking for now is some rert for my daughter".

He should be .

I took him back to my bedroom, he layed on the bed with Mikaela close to his face.

"Can you go bring my daughter some food?  she's  absolutely starving" Minato asked me again, I gave him s nod as this was my king's order as well.

I left out the room to go for the kitchen.

Minato's pov..

Sebastian wasnt here anymore, I sat down while I just thought of a way to go back to my world.

"You aren't going anywhere" I heard his voice again, it's Nightmare who entered without asking.

He stood at the door for a moment with his gaze on Mikeala .

"You overheard my mind thoughts?"  I can't take my glares away from him.

-"Yeah, by mistake " .

-"As if I'll believe this".

-"I won't care".

He got a chair a placed it near the bed next to Mikaela.

"Stop staring at her" I told him when he just sighed replying "y'know, she is gonna be in lot of danger in her future ".

"Why would you care?" I asked him immediately ho know his intentions. 

"I .. don't  know" he paused a little before he continue " it's just like I was the reason for her to be in such situation".

I laughed at myself "then you say if you came and listened to my call, she won't be a tale for you nor for Drake".

"Kind of" he replied with a heavy sigh "I didn't know you was going to have a baby".

"When I send you the call, I really hoped a lot for your arrive. But you didn't fulfill even it" I caressed my daughter cheeks and kinda blamed Nightmare next in these words "You aren't even risking your time for our world safety as we had the contrast signed " .

He just looked away knowing if was true.

"I hate it, when the previous demon king signed this contract with you , I'd promised my self not to all any leftovers to go through my life after his death". He admitted it even in such short sentences, he hated his father.

"You know that was your father" he got angry at this reminder replying with rage in his voice "He was nothing like a father to me!".

Mikaela started to cry out from his sudden high voice, I took her in my hands trying to calm her down.

Sebastian came in time with a milk bottle in his hand, handing it to me. It was my first time to feed a baby. Mikaela is my first child afterall.

I tried to place the bottle tip in Mikaela's mouth but she didnt calm down from her fear.

Nightmare sat beside me as he took Mikaela from my hand instantly with the bottle in his another hand, he started shaking her continuously before she calmed a little, then he had her drink the bottle.

She calmed down more when he hummed for her as a song.

It was my first time to see him acting as a babysitter. 

"Dont shock yourself too much, remember that I took care of my younger sister since birth" he stated out with a smile looking down at Mikaela.

"I'd say you are experienced" I joked out at him but he didnt got bothered a bit .

He just nodded without stopping the humming song. 

"Your highness, it's  time for your sister arrival. She must be here by minutes" Sebastian told his king when Nightmare looked up at him " Go and get her here".

"Yes your majesty " he then went out without any other question. 

Mikaela has fallen asleep in Nightmare's arms after she finished the bottle. 

"Since you were the reason for her be in common with Darke for her next sixteen years, can I charge you for this?"

 I asked him as he coughed a little before smiling .

"Would I be out of any sins to Mikaela if I did your request?" His question made me nod.

-"Then what do you want ?"

-" I wanna you be the eye watcher and protector for her "

-" Me?"

-" I do trust your dissions and you take responsibility, plus she's connected with you by a posession. This would be the best option for Mikaela saftey".

Nightmare stared at me in disbelief " You totally know that your daughter is out of normal after her double possessions".

"Yeah, but I want her to be with one who'll look out for her, would that be hard on you?"I don't  want to lose hope in him, his father asked me to look after him before his death.

Would he accept?
