Duel

Creed's POV

I quietly turned the door knob but it was locked.

'This must be it.'

I got on one knee and pulled out a paper clip from my pocket. I began to use it to pick the lock until I heard a click.

'Got it.'

I slowly opened the door and it was dark inside but as I continued to open the door, the light from the hallway beamed into the room and I saw the most dreadful faces I've ever seen.

"Oh God..."

I saw a bunch of women, female androids, all in rags sitting on the floor looking dirty and miserable. All of them looked like they couldn't properly rest up.

"Sshhh..." I whispered

The women were all silent, all of them looked scared. I closed the door behind me and quickly took out a match and lit it.

"Listen to me... I'm not here to hurt any of you. I'm here to get you out." I said, "But I need all of you to stay quiet."

Most of them nodded.

"Is this everyone?" I asked

"No, there's more on every floor." whispered a female android

I nodded and looked around the room. I saw that the window was also covered so I broke off a piece of the wood and looked through it.

I saw the patrol lights were still circling around but I also saw my team in the distance. I looked around and saw snipers on the roofs of the other buildings, firing at my team.

"Okay..." I sighed

I killed the fire and broke off the rest of the plank.

"I'll be back... I swear." I said

I climbed out of the window and luckily, there was a fire escape here so I was able to climb onto that. I climbed up towards the roof and I saw two snipers.

I pulled out my sword and quietly approached one of the thugs, covered his mouth and stabbed his chest. The other thug noticed me so I quickly spun and slit his throat, preventing him from screaming.

I grabbed the sniper and shot the remaining snipers from the other rooftops. I looked around and made sure there were no other snipers anywhere.

'Nines... I hope you're doing your job.'

I ripped off some of the clothes off the thugs and wrapped it around the sniper. I grabbed another match and lit it and used it to burn the piece of cloth.

"Koi, this is Creed." I said, breaking radio silence

"I'm here." replied Koi, "Was that you who took out the other snipers?"

"Yea, do you see the torch light?" I asked

I waved the sniper around, the fire still burning.

"Yes I do." replied Koi

"Okay stay focused on this building, the female androids are going to come down." I said, "I'm going to break radio silence."

2B's POV

The boss looked pissed off when he entered the room.

"Don't look so happy. Failed to get him?" asked Avery

"Shut up." snapped the boss

He turned and looked at me.

"He seemed worried about you, what was the name... oh right 2B." said the boss

He approached me and tried to touch me but I jerked away. The boss smiled and he began to caress my body.

"Get your filthy hands off of her." growled A2

"And if I don't?" asked the boss

"Nines come in." said a familiar voice coming out of Avery's vest.

Avery's eyes widened and the boss jerked around.

'Creed.'

"I'm breaking radio silence, Nines come in." said Creed, "I'm on the roof and I'm ready to get the female androids out."

"Go stop him!" yelled the boss

"Creed! They're coming for you!" I yelled as I jerked against my restraints, "Get out of there!"

Avery tried to do something with her radio but the boss took it off her vest.

"Well. Looks like he'll soon be captured." said the boss

He left the room and I grit my teeth in anger.

"Creed..." I whispered, "Get out of here."

Creed's POV

I wired the door and the entire roof.

"They've probably fallen for it." I said to Nines, "This is a private channel but I don't think they know what that is."

"Okay, we'll be on standby to pick up the girls." replied Nines

That's when I heard an explosion inside the building.

"They fell for it. Let's go." I said

I used a rope to grapple down the building. I kicked open the plank blocking the window.

"One by one use the fire escape to get down." I said the girls

Everyone started to move out.

"We need to do this one floor at a time." I told Nines

I climbed up the rope and broke the other windows revealing more girls.

"Get out of here." I said

I looked and saw Nines and his team helping the girls cover up and run back to the sniper team. Kong and Pooh were also there, carrying as many female androids as they could.

"I count 50 women." said Nines

"Got it. This should be the last floor." I said

I heard more explosions inside the building and then another loud one on the roof. I covered my head as the debris fell on me.

'Luckily it isn't big chunks of debris.'

I got to the last floor and kicked open the window to reveal the last batch of women.

"Come on I'm here to-'

A sniper from somewhere hits my left shoulder and I gasp in pain. I nearly lost grip of the rope but I held onto it with my other arm.

"Koi there's a sniper!" I yelled into the radio

"Got him!" yelled Koi

I heard another gunshot and I sighed in relief but the pain in my shoulder was preventing me from climbing up.

"I'm going to get 2B and the others. Get the girls to safety and secure this entire complex." I said

2B's POV

"Get her off!" yelled the boss in anger

The thugs grabbed me and took off my restraints and dragged me to the boss. The boss grabbed my hair and yanked out a knife and squeezed the edge against the back of my neck.

"Grab the mic." growled the boss

"I'd rather have you kill me." I replied

The boss was infuriated so he signaled the thugs. They began to take 12H off her restraints and they pushed her on the floor.

"Pick up the mic or I'll order my men to kill her." growled the boss, "Actually, they'll fuck her then kill her."

"Ma'am... don't do it. Don't... worry about me." weakly said 12H

One of the thugs kicked 12H in the stomach making her yelp in pain.

"Looks like we're going to have our fun now." chuckled the thugs

"Let her go you dirty fuckers!" yelled A2

"Pick up the mic!" yelled the boss

I grit my teeth and hesitantly picked up the mic.

"Good... now turn it on." said the boss

Creed's POV

I wrapped my shoulder with a bandage. I put my clothes back on and washed my hands with water. I was about to leave the bathroom when I heard the speaker turn on.

"C-Creed..." I heard a familiar voice

"2B?" I gasped

"Creed, if you can hear this, I'm on the top floor. The boss is going to kill all of us if you don't come." said 2B, "Come with your weapons out and hands where we can see them. You have five minutes."

And with that, the speaker cut off.

"Fuck me..." I groaned

I sighed and rubbed my eyes.

"Nines come in." I said

"I'm here. What are you going to do?" asked Nines

"Just listen to my plan for now." I said

5 minutes later

I opened the staircase door but this floor was different. It was a lot cleaner and looked newer than the other floors but it was still gloomy and slightly dark like the other floors.

At the end of the hall I saw two thugs with guns aimed at me. I held up my hands with my sword in one showing that I meant no harm.

The thugs approached me and one of them took my sword and the other began to check me around. One of them took my radio and then they led me to the end of the hall.

At the end of the hall was this double door and when they opened it they pushed me in and I saw 2B, Avery, A2 and 12H all hanging on their hands from the ceiling.

"Creed." gasped 2B

I had my hands up but I heard noise to my left. I turned and saw their boss.

"You came faster than I thought. These people must mean a lot to you." said the boss

"Let them go." I said

"Already making demands." sighed the boss

"It's me who you want. Let them go." I said

But the boss shook his head and hands.

"No no no I want them more than I want you." replied the boss

"Then why did you call me here?" I asked, "Afraid that you're going to lose?"

The boss laughed.

"No no no of course not. I just feel like we never finished where we left off." said the boss

The boss got into his fighting stance and I just groaned a bit.

"Creed your shoulder." said 2B

"I know but what other choice do I have?" I asked

I slowly rotated my injured shoulder but the pain was too immense.

"How about this? Fist only." said the boss

I tried to raise my injured arm but I could barely lift it. The boss lunged towards me and began throwing punches and it was hard for me to block them. The boss started jumping up and down a bit, circling around me.

He started throwing jabs but I was able to dodge them. It almost felt like he was toying with me but I had to keep my distance. I put my injured arm and used it as a distraction.

The boss dodged my straight punch and he tried to uppercut me but I leaned back just in time and quickly punched the boss in the face. He stumbled back a bit and tried to hook punch me but I ducked under and punched his stomach then his face again.

The boss was infuriated and he screamed at the top of his lungs and suddenly kicked me. I gasped in pain as I crashed into his desk.

"Creed!" gasped 2B

I coughed out blood and as I was trying to get up, the boss grabbed me and threw me across the room. I hit the plank of wood covering the window, breaking it completely.

"Stop it, you're going to kill him!" yelled 2B

"That's how it's going to end." replied the boss

He grabbed my vest and uppercut my chest and I cried in pain as more blood spilled out of my mouth.

"Either I die or he dies." said the boss

I groaned in pain and I grabbed onto his waist and pushed him into another plank. The plank fell off revealing the window.

"You broke the planks off my windows." sighed the boss

I looked around and saw that there were two more windows.

"Still got two windows." I said

I ran to him and tried to punch him but he threw me over his shoulder. I fell onto the floor and the boss stomped on my injured shoulder and I screamed in pain.

"Stop it! Don't kill him!" yelled 2B

"Enough!" yelled Avery

I looked at 2B and I got a surge of energy so I got up and tackled the boss to the ground but the boss used his legs and threw me away and I crashed into another plank.

I tried to get up but the boss grabbed my vest and pulled me into him and knees my chest. Blood splattered all over the floor and the boss continued to beat me. I tried to defend myself but the boss was able to find every opening.

He kicks my knee and I fall onto one knee and the boss push kicks my head and it hits the last plank and breaks.

I collapsed onto the floor all beaten up. My breathing was getting raspy and short.

"Creed! Creed, answer me!" cried 2B

"Get up!" yelled Avery

I looked up and I coughed a bit before getting up.

"Still not done?" asked the boss, "Maybe I'll just fuck them in front of you."

I slowly stood up and just started laughing.

"What's funny?" questioned the boss

I took a deep breath and wiped the blood off my face.

"You know... I hate to admit it but I'm... I'm a very cheap person." said Creed

"Huh?" questioned the boss

I smiled and raised up my right arm.

"Checkmate." I said

I balled my hand into a fist and that's when snipers outside started firing at the thugs inside the room, killing the thugs inside the room.

"What the-"

I charged into the boss and grabbed his hip and we both went through the window and fell down. We fell down and the boss screamed and the back of the boss hit the broken fire escape and we both began to fall through the fire escape. I continued to hold onto him and after about three seconds the boss hit the ground and blood splattered everywhere.

Luckily I survived thanks to the boss' body but the impact still made me weak. I groaned and rolled off the boss' body and just laid there. I looked at him and noticed my container of pills. I groaned and reached for it and took a pill out and ate one. I felt a wave of relief in my lungs and I just chuckled.

"Ow..." I groaned
