Creed's POV

"Creed you shouldn't be moving." said Devola

"I'm fine don't worry. I won't do anything crazy." I said

Devola and Popola nodded so I left the tent and saw 9S sitting around and talking to A2.

"Hey have you seen 2B?" I asked

"Yea, she went to the place where you guys train." said 9S

"Thanks Nines." I replied

"Shouldn't you be resting?" asked A2

"I'm fine, I won't do anything that'll worsen my condition." I replied

I left the camp and headed over to 2B. It's been about a week since my first kiss with 2B and honestly I loved it. Even though she was an android, I still consider her human. I can't believe I found someone I love after all these years of wanting one.

'I'm glad this happened to me.'

I got to the roof but my mouth dropped open when I saw 2B training. She literally was faster than she normally was in training. She threw her sword and in spun in midair and came right back to her. She even floated in the air for a couple of seconds and did all those swings in midair. She even through her sword at the floor and then it teleported back to her back with the yellow ring around it. Then she changed her weapon to a big ass rectangular looking like sword and swung it with ease. She was able to charge the weapon making it turn a bit yellow and when she struck the floor created a crack on it. She was even able to slide a couple yards forward and swing the sword upward.

'Was she going easy on me?'

"Creed? You should be resting." said 2B as she noticed me

"How the hell did you do all that?" I asked

"I'm an android designed to do that." replied 2B

"Oh dammit, I wanted to learn that." I complained

"Well, don't worry." replied 2B

"Is that all or is there more?" I asked

"There is more I could do." said 2B

'So she was going easy.'

"Can you show me the others?" I asked

She nods so I take a seat on the edge of the roof and she begins. She had multiple weapons in her inventory. She can even wield two swords at the same time wait not just two swords but a variety such as a javelin and a sword. She even had boxing gloves that were made out of steel and shaped like a bird. Her moves were so fast that sometimes she has multiple afterimages, especially when it looks like she dodging.

'Damn, she's so cool.'

After a few minutes of showing me her skills she stopped and I clapped.

"Wow, that's amazing." I smiled

"My skill set isn't enough to kill machines though." said 2B

"But it's still amazing." I said

"It always pains me how I must save the world, but I'm just one female android. The weigh of the world." said 2B

"2B you're not alone." I said as I got off the edge, "You can share that weight, to me, to Nines, to 2B, to the androids in the Resistance camp, we're all with you."

I smiled to comfort her and she smiles and nods at me.

"Even though I might not be good as you, I could still try." I said

'There's no way I can last.'

"I'll protect you at all times Creed." she said

"Yea, I know you will no doubt about it." I said

2B kisses my cheek and my blood shoot up towards my cheek and I can feel the warmth in my cheeks.

"Let's go back to the camp." said 2B

2B jumps over the edge of the roof and she grabs onto her pod and lands safely on the ground.

"Uhhh I'll take the stair case." I yelled to her

"Proposal to Creed, jump and grab onto me." said Pod 042

I hesitated but I climbed up the edge and took a deep breathe and let out a long sigh.

"You better catch." I said to Pod 042

"I'm not the one catching you, you are the one catching me." replied Pod 042

"Oh I see, okay." I replied

I jumped off and I reached for Pod 042 and grabbed its arm. He slowed me down and lowered me down onto the ground next to 2B.

"That was nice." I said

2B smiled and we left towards the Resistance camp. But when I got there I saw Boris looking at 2B in a pretty perverted way which made me a bit mad. But I ignored him cause I didn't want to cause any trouble with him. But he approached me and purposely bumped into my shoulder pissing me off but I kept my cool. But then he sets me off when he wolf whistled at 2B. Before I could do anything Nines calls out to us. So I just leave him there and just walk over to him.

"Hey Nines." I greeted

""Hey we have another scouting mission in the amusement park." said Nines

"Okay, so when do we leave?" I asked

"Well you aren't going." he replied

"Huh?" I questioned

"You're still injured so we can't take you." bluntly replied A2

"Avery?" I asked

"She's coming." she replied

"And so am I." said Boris

He throws his arm around 2B's neck and that like sets me off but I didn't do anything in front Nines and A2.

"I'll accompany you." smiled Boris as he eyes her up and down, "You have a nice body."

"Okay that's enough." I snapped

I pull her away from Boris and he looked at me angrily but I glared back at him.

"Please don't fight." said Nines

"Were Americans selfish too?" asked Boris

"It's not about being selfish, you need to know when you crossed the line you filthy bastard." I snapped at him

"Looks like you're just trying to have her all to yourself."

This sets me off so I grab the collar of his vest and was about to punch him but Nines got in the way and he got punched instead.

"9S!" cried 2B

2B helps him up and I push Boris away and Avery appears out nowhere.

"Nines why did you jump in?" I asked

"Cause we're all in the same side." he replied, "No matter how much you may hate your comrade, you can't let your anger to hurt your own comrade after all we're all on the same side working together."

I gasped in shock and so does Avery. I look up to her and she runs away out of the camp.

"What happened to Avery?" asked Nines

"Shit Nines you said the exact same thing Gally said." I replied, "Must have triggered some bad memories."

I run off after Avery.

"Creed you shouldn't be running!" yelled Popola

I ignore her and kept running after her until we got to the ocean. She then stops and starts crying with her back towards me.

"Captain are you okay?"

Her response was a punch to my face and I fell to the ground. She was crying but her face was filled with anger.

"Captain I know he reminds you of Gally-"

She kicks my face and I fall back down to the ground and groaned in pain.

"Why did he say that?" cried Avery

She kept glaring at me while crying.

"Now, now he just reminds me of him completely." cried Avery, "Now there's no way I can see him as a different person."

She draws out her pistol and cocks it, scaring me.

"But it wasn't the happy memories. It was always the one where he dies in my arms."

She slowly approaches me, her finger on the trigger.

"All because of you."

She aims her pistol at me and my eyes widen as I knew that I was going to die.

"Wait Avery!"

I look behind me and saw Nines standing there with his Pod.

"I detect in Avery's brain that there is a 95% chance that she'll pull the trigger." said Pod 153

'95% chance?!'

"Avery please don't kill Creed, I understand how you might be feeling but killing him isn't going to bring Gally back from the dead." said Nines

"You told him?" she growled

I didn't say anything as she looked more determined to kill me.

"I detect in Avery's brain that there is a 98% chance that she'll pull the trigger."

'Shit it just went up!'

"Avery this isn't what Gally would want." said 9S

That seemed to do the magic, her hands began to shake and she cried more.

"68% chance." said Pod 153

'Still not good.'

That's when Nines approached her and hugged her. Avery's eyes grew wide and she seemed like she doesn't know what to do. Then she starts bawling and hugs Nines back and cries on his shoulder. Avery was taller than him but she leaned down and her face was on his shoulder.

'Good job Nines, nice save.'

I sighed and get up and walk away a bit but I noticed that my wound reopened and I was bleeding again. I clutched my wound and tried walking back to the base but I was losing to much blood.

'At this rate I'll die.'

I was struggling to walk and I tripped over something but someone caught me. I look up to see 2B holding onto me.

"You really need to rest." she said

"Sorry." I apologized

But she kissed my cheeks.

"But thanks for protecting me there." she said, "Even though it may have quite difficult to understand since I'm an android, it was nice of you to protect me."

I smiled and we began to walk back towards the camp.

"Even though I really didn't need your help." said 2B bluntly and I just drop my head.

"Ah, sorry." I gloomily replied

She gets me to the tent and Devola and Popola treat me.

"I told you to not run." said Devola

"Sorry." he replied

"2B"

She turns around and operator 21O was standing there.

"Anemone is calling for you, the mission is a go and I'll be your operator." said 21O

"Thank you, an you stay with Creed please?" asked 2B

"Yes, I'll stay with him." replied operator 21O

"Make sure he doesn't do anything reckless, if he does you have my permission to restrain him at all cost. Even if the means punching his wound." said 2B

"Huh?!" I was kind of scared

"With pleasure." replied operator 21O

"With-with pleasure?" I stuttered

'Did she actually say that?'

"I'll be back Creed." said 2B

She leaves the tent and soon Devola and Popola leave the tent and I was left alone with operator 21O who was doing things on her transponder screen.

'Well this is awkward.'

"Operator 21O?"

Operator 6O comes into the tent.

"Hello operator 6O is there anything I can help you with?" asked 21O

"Well no not really just wanted to stay with you cause it's boring outside." replied 6O, "Hi Creed."

"Hey." I greeted her

"How are u feeling?" asked 6O

"Fine." I replied

"Does it hurt?" asked 6O

"Yea a bit, the first time it hurt a lot." I said

"I see." she replied

6O sits next to 21O and then 2B's transmission comes in.

"2B to Operator 21O." said 2B

"Operator 21O here."

"Mission success. We're heading back right now, how's Creed status?" asked 2B

"He's doing fine, nothing happened so far." she replied while looking at me.

'Why does she look scary like that.'

"Understood, we'll be there in 5 minutes." replied 2B

"Understood, operator 21O out." replied 21O

"Does that you're leaving right?" I asked

"No." bluntly replied operator 21O

"Oh." I replied

"Is our company boring?" asked operator 6O

"No no no that's not what I meant more like uhhh I just want to like get out of here." I quickly made up a lie

I did enjoy their company but operator 21O kind of made me feel awkward. That's when 2B enters the tent with Nines and operator 21O and 6O after they had a few words.

"You actually told her that she can punch my wound if I do something?" I asked

"Yes is there a problem." she asked me

"N-no." I replied

That's when Avery care into the tent with A2. Avery glares at me and I immediately avoid eye contact.

'I'm surrounded by scary females.'
