Sonya got home exhausted. she open the door and find nobody at home. she went to her room to take a quick bath. she had never imagine that her first day will be so stressful. she was sent to deliver a lot of files to other department and making coffee, typing and so on.

she didn't even have a glares at the work she was supposed to be assigned to. she thought. the only thing Mrs Katherine said to her when she bought her was "i don't know what kind of relationship you have with the CEO but whatever it is, he must trust you enough to have put you on this task" she thought about those word again and again. 'why would he trust when he doesn't even know me enough" she thought. after she finished from the bathroom she put on her nightwear and pick up her phone to check for any new message and there was one from Simon. "Hart group of company is okay and it will help you if you have your internship but just be careful, there are a lot of playboys don't fall victim okay, and also my company gave me a very important task to accomplish. once i finish executing it, my request to be transferred to country x will be approved" he always talk as if every guy is a playboy. but nevertheless she is happy at the fact that he will soon come to country x, then she will have a family member around here. she wanted to text him back when she heard a knock on the door, she drop her phone and goes to open it. "didn't you not go out with your keys" she asked. "sorry we forgot to bring it along" loveth said and they both entered the house. "have you eaten dinner yet? we bought some chicken and beer for dinner" Evelyn said and begin to drop them on the table. "no i haven't" she has actually forgotten all about dinner. after loveth and Evelyn went to change, they all sat down to eat. "instead of just eating and drinking why don't we play some games to lighten up the mood. loveth suggested. "no am not in support of that" Sonya said. "why? since we don't really know much about each other we can take this chance to actually know about what we are curious of" "i actually agree, we ask each other questions we are curious about and anyone who does not answer will drink" Evelyn said. "sorry but i don't drink" Sonya replied. "then you can take another punishment" they replied her. "okay fine, she answered. "so i will go first" loveth said and face Sonya. "so do you have a boyfriend or someone you are interested in" "no i don't" Sonya answered and face Evelyn "do you see me as a friend or not?" "i see you as a friend" she answered. "Sonya, who is the guy you are always talking to on your phone for hours?" "what are you saying? he is my cousin" Sonya replied sharply. "you guys questions are not interesting, let me ask you guys a question. "who was your first kiss and when?" loveth said and smiled mischievously. they both kept quiet. "why are you both not answering me?" "i will drink" Evelyn said. "whats the big deal in first kiss? why are you so secretive about it?" loveth said not happy with her choice to drink. "what of you Sonya" Sonya's thought went to the guy she met five years ago. "but it is just CPR, it can not be regarded as a kiss" she thought before answering. "i don't have one" she replied silently. "what? you mean you've not kiss anyone before. Whoa! That's new" loveth said surprised. "that's enough lets move on" Sonya said feeling embarrassed. "is my turn, so what is the relationship between you and Charles?" Evelyn finally ask the question she have been wanting to ask. just before Sonya could answer, there was a knock on the door. "the pizza is here" loveth said and stood up to open the door but was surprised to see Charles. "hey what are you doing here?" "good evening, am here to see Sonya, is she in?" he asked. "yes come in" she said and let him in. "Charles what are you doing here?" Sonya asked surprised. "i think we mistakenly exchange our note" he said and bought out Sonya's from his bag. "oh right, have a sit let me go get yours. its in my room" she said and went to her room to retrieve the note for him. she got inside and saw Simon's call, she pick it up and sat down. "I've been calling you for a while now, where have you been?" she heard Simon's voice from the other end. "i was eating with my roommate and left my phone in the room" she explained. "i sent you some few information i gathered on your dad to your email. quickly check them and see if its can be of any help in helping you find your dad. i will call you back later when am less busy" he quickly said and cut the call. Sonya went to her email to check it then remembered that Charles was waiting for her outside. she drop her phone and took the assignment and went out to give Charles. she got to the living room and heard Evelyn talking to Charles. "so you are in a kind of relationship where you come to each others house" she asked him. Charles ignored her question and turn to face Sonya. "where is it?" he asked her. Sonya handed over the assignment to him and collect hers. "did anything happen when i was away?' she asked but no one answer her. "i will leave now" he said instead and made to leave. "wait let me walk you out" Sonya said and followed him out. they walk for a while. "so are you ready to tell me the relationship between you and Evelyn, its seems like you guys know each other well" Sonya said breaking the silence. "so she is your roommate" he said instead. "yes she is" she answered and he kept quiet again. "why don't you tell me whatever it is, i may be able to help" she said again. "lets find somewhere to sit and talk" he finally answered her. …."so you are saying that you guys have dated before and you broke up because she thinks that you are below her standard" Charles nod his head in affirm. "but i don't think Evelyn is like that, she might be a spoilt brat but she does not look down on people" "that's cause you don't know her well" Charles replied. "are you kidding, she knows who you are before she started dating you. And you guys dated for three good years. Why would she want to break it off just for that stupid reason?" she emphasized. Charles kept quiet as if he was trying to digest her meaning. "but you still like her don't you" she asked. "i hate to admit it but yes i do" he said sadly. "then why don't you try to work out your relationship again. i seriously think whatever it is that cause her to behave like that must be a mistake or a misunderstanding" she said. "forget about that, actually i wanted to tell you this tomorrow but i might as well tell you now" he said brushing the issue away. "what is it?" Sonya asked. "i got accepted to intern at Hart group of company. their call came in today" he said sounding excited. "really! am also interning there" Sonya said also excited. "then we are going to work together. i hope we are placed in the same department" Sonya kept quiet, she didn't want to tell him how she got appointed there and that she has already been placed in a department already. "but its Evelyn's family company" she said instead. "yes i know, that's why i applied there' he replied.
