CHAPTER 16

S A K U M I ✿

I've never been so refreshed when the water from heaven poured down to me. Every drop on my bareface was satisfying, I stick out my tongue to taste the water and it was sweet. I wipe the dirt out from Marvan's face and he spewed out the dirt from his mouth.

"Ahhh achooooo!"

"Uwi na tayo.."

"T-to my..my house achooo!!"

"Achhooo! Achhoooo ughhhhh"  Marvan groaned and lay on the bed lifelessly, Endemion just wipe something on his sleeve.

"Are wa nandesuka?!!! "

[ what is that?!]

" Sipon malamang"

" Nandayo... Ah, ah achooooo!"

Turns out I was the one who's immune these two just got a cold. I put a wet cloth on their forehead and cocooned them with a blanket. They seemed so hopeless for a big guy they whine like a little boy and still needed a mother's care.

I went to the kitchen and was disgusted for the piled of dishes on the tub and trashed all over the room. I shivered in disgust and pulled up my sleeves and decided to clean the place.

Nung dumating kami dito sa unang tingin palang para na akong hihimatayin sa mga basura na nagkakalatan sa buong paligid. Ayaw na ayaw ko sa kalat.

I saw a Tupperware and opened it and I regret it for my whole miserable life. I couldn't described the smell and it just went straight to my nostrils and I turn green.

How can that man survived in this type of life! The place is a total nightmare for me, but luckily for him I love cleaning. "Okay let's get to work!"

I mop, I sweep, cleaning everything. Ineenjoy kolang ang ginagawa ko. Naghugas narin ako ng pinggan at matapos nun naghanap naman ako ng pwede kong lutuin sa dalawang may lagnat.

I open the cabinet and a fly came out and there's a cobwebs with a spider eating it's victim. Wala walang laman. I sneered and close the cabinets. There's a last one. And I open it and I scream in horror. I saw a rotten food with maggots in it.

"MARVAN!!!!" My inner self scream. Sayang! You're such a fine and gorgeous man yet your house shows your true nature. It's totally traumatizing.

I sighed and put it on the garbage. After than wipe the cabinet, cleaning every inches of the corners of the apartment. Binuksan ko naman ang room na kinalalagyan ng dalawa at Inalalayan ulit sila at naglagay ng panibagong basang tela sa kanilang noo.

They're till burning hot. I felt uneasy because there isn't any food in the kitchen how am I supposed to cook and also I don't have any coins with me. Lumabas na ako para pumunta ng kusina ulit.

"S--sakumi... Sami" Napalingon naman ako ng marinig ko ang nanginginig na boses ni Lord Endemion. His cocooned on his blanket and peering on the gap of the door. "You're just the man I needed"

"....uhuh what?" His voice was too weak and I let him sit on the sofa to rest and covered him with another blanket.

"Lord Endemion.."

"Endemion, Sami just call me by my name" his was too calm, it's pleasing my ears. "What can I do for you?"

"Lord Ende... Endemion can you lend me a few money, Kase walang pagkain sa kusina wala akong mailuluto sa inyo"

"Oh here" abot niya sakin ng pera at inalis ang kumot "Wait for me, I can't let you wander alone in the market"

"No, you stay here"

"I'm fine see..." he said and his eyes twirl and his head go spinning, he almost stumble on the corner "W-wait for me, I'll go change, it's not safe for a woman to go alone"

"Endemion wag na matigas ang ulo. Kailangan ko nang magmadali para may maiihain na ako ng pagkain nyo" Sabi ko at nagmadali nang lumabas. I left the apartment and I raise my skirt up. Maputik kase. Mabuti nga'ng humupa na ang ulan.

May mga tao parin kahit hating gabi na naglibot libot lang ako at nagtanong sa mga tao kung saan ang market at tinuro naman nila sakin. Akala ko ba na delikado dito e ang babait naman ng mga tao sakin.

I was so glad because they are stall, still open for business at this hours. Nagmadali na akong bumuli at may nakita akong mga tao sa paligid na nakamasid sakin pero nang papalapit ako nagsitakbuhan naman sila sakin. I just whistled and hurriedly go back. Nagpasalamat naman ko sa mga tumulong sakin na nagtuto kung saan may bukas pa na tindahan.

But they seemed so scared of me and I don't know why, I arrived on the mansion and I felt uneasiness, suspicious because the door is left half open. I know I locked the door before I left.

Oh no!

Natakot ako na baka may nakapasok na ibang tao. I burst open the door and looked around with my fist clenched together to attacked the trespassers.

But I saw no one, thank goodness. I put the grocery on the table and put an apron and went to check the two and check if their body temperature. After that I spend my night on the kitchen and cooked for them. Nabusog din ako sa kakatikim ko ng niluto ko.

The soup smell makes me hungry. I could eat an elephant.

"S-sami" I heard lord Endemion mumbled and I turn my shoulder and saw both of them standing on the kitchen door. They sat down and I prepared the food promptly.

Inihipan kolang ang mainit na sabaw sa kutsara at balak na subuan si Marvan.

"Say ahh...." Sabi ko at may tumulak sa siko ko.

"Luhh sorry!!" I startled and he took out the spoon from his mouth, coughing, he almost swallowed the whole spoon

"S-sami! Hayaan mo na yan kalaking tao kailangan pang subuan" lord Endemion voice became firm and his staring at us.

He look away when our eyes met and he scooped the soup but his blanket pushed the bowl and it spilled on his legs.

"HAHAHSHSHAH deserve" marvan just burst into laughed.

"Nandayo! " I Startled and check his burn but thankfully the soup is warm. I took a rug to wipe the floor "Let me do it"

"Ako na, ako na wag kana mag alala"  I waved my hand and  dismissing him and wipe the floor and saw his muddy feet. Pano naman siya naputikan e pagkaalam ko ang linis ng paa niya.

He stood up and get another bowl of soup and then looked at me. His eyes was pleasing something. And I saw no spoon around him.

"Ah wait" Sabi ko at nag abot ng kutsara at tiningnan niya lang ito. His eyes was too charming and I can't even looked away. It's has something on it.

"Gusto niyang subuan siya"

" Urusai!! " Inis na sigaw ni Lord Endemion sa kanya and that just made me look at him with awed. I sat beside him and scoop food.

[ Shut up!]

".....ah" I smack my lips to encouraged him to eat and his face turn red. Like an active volcano that is about to explode in a seconds.

"Ah...mmmmm" he chewed it slowly while pressing his eyes shut. He's like a toddler, so cute. I stuff him with food and he just got cuter and cuter.

"Ang daya nyo ah sa harap ko pa talaga?" dinig kong sabi ni marvan at inabutan naman siya ng sandok. He just sighed and eat

" Sore wa anata ni wa kanke arimasen " said Endemion and I just scratch my forehead. Sana kaya ko silang maintindihan para naman hindi ako maOP.

[ it's none of your business]

"Whatever.... Lam mo Sami... Hehe Sakumi pala you have a tame tiger beside you.. But by the way your cook is amazing, I love it very much,Ganbatte ii shigoto tsukukete kudasai " [ Keep up the good work ]

That just fluttered me and I feel like my cheeks burn even I don't understand the last words he said but I know it's a compliment, his expression was the evidences "Thank you for liking it"

"What if you stay here and teach me, I'm excited to taste more of you cooking. Aete yokatta" [ I'm glad we met]

"Really of course..."

"NOT" Lord Endemion retorted and marvan just shrugged and continued to shove the food. I turn my gaze to Endemion and  he puff his cheeks. Mas lalo lang ako na kyutan at pinisil pisil ko ang pisnge niya.

When the food is done. I assisted them back to bed again. And after that washed the dishes first then went to the sofa to sleep. It was so relaxing.

I felt a warm thing covered me and tucked my hair. I was so sleepy and I too lazy to open my eyes to see who it was.

"Garo fuin vaer, Elei velui "
