Allen Duke groggily lifted his head off his pillow, unaware of his surroundings as this is not the dull bedroom he is used to waking up in. Scanning the room he is shocked to realize that this was his bedroom in his parents before they moved overseas to get away from the England weather. Couldn't blame them it is like flipping a coin if you're getting rain.

Deciding to investigate he went to his mirror in the corner of the room and what he saw shocked him. It was himself but it was how he looked around at around 18-22 years old. To confirm his suspicion he looked around for his phone and saw that on the bedside counter sat a primitive piece of technology in his eyes from the year 2022 where he was previous. It was his Dad's hand me down original iPhone.

Grabbing the relic he saw today's date and shuddered. It was 1st of January 2010. Or more specifically it was his 21st birthday. Thinking back to this time he thought about the stable yet dull life he continued to fulfill after this year. In England, if you are born before September 1997, you are only compelled to attend full time education until the age of 16. So in his original life he did just that as his family are not too well off but they were certainly not beggars either. He spent the next 5 years doing apprenticeships and odd jobs.

This was until he started his own construction company. From 2010 until 2017 this was his main source of income. Gaining incite into the dark side of business and the weight money has on peoples mentality and livelihood got ingrained in him. What he didn't know would change his life was a drunk action of spending his whole £100.00 bank balance on this random internet currency as a dare from his friends. He lucked out and drunkenly bought around 124 Bitcoin as the price at the time was around £0.7 per Bitcoin. Over the years he was very tempted to cash out when they kept increasing, but when they massively spiked in 2017, he gave into his instinct and cashed out all 124 shares for close to £3,000,000. After getting this he completely liquidated everything and sold his construction company's assets for another £1,000,000. Using this money he invested in real estate, buying some flats in London and used the rent that these brought in as his income.

With the high passive income he had he dived into hobbies such as video games and Football. He was never an avid football fan as growing up his hometown team, AFC Bournemouth were not in the Premier League so he didn't pay much attention. When he was getting into FIFA 18 that had just released he started investing more and more time and money into it which then increased his attentiveness in Football in real life. He started going to watch his home team and all in all fell in love with the game. As he fell deeper in love with the game he felt slight regrets that he didn't have this passion when he was younger as at the age of 33 he was still young enough to be a coach, and that was what he loved. He became a coach of a local kids team to get closer to the sport he adored. He loved the the improvement he was able to witness from the young players, and thinking of ways to get them to improve further. That was what led us to where he is currently, back 12 years in the past and 21 Years old. A smile creeps onto Allen's face as he begins to accept his new reality.

'I could easily redo my past actions and get rich the same way, but from looking back it shows that money doesn't interest me at all, it is just a gateway to assist my true passions.' Allen thought to himself.

After going through and getting a rough understanding of the system he has come to some conclusions. 'So basically it is able to see the overall level and potential level rating of footballers at any level. Not only this, I am able to see the in-depth stats of players that I sign myself. But probably the most important is that there is a FIFA pack feature where you can use the player cards from said packs to enhance players that are trained and signed under me, dependent on the stats of the card would upgrade my player differently'

'Hmm I am very familiar with Packs from FIFA so I am okay on that front but what is this other new feature?'

This means that it would be inefficient to use this feature but there will be circumstances where this is the most appropriate to use.*

'I see, so if a player already has signed to an agency and I want to help them, then using this feature could come in handy, and now that I think about it the system has a certain amount of dependency on me starting an Agency? Or at the very least be partly involved in one.'

"Okay then before I open the packs and get ahead of myself, I think it is best to get some start up capital to set up the... Coaching Agency? Is that a thing? Oh well i'll iron out the details some other time"

When he thought of ways to make money quickly he thought of betting, through his late blossomed passion and knowledge search, he has a good understanding of profitable bets to make in the coming months. And so he did.

From January to June he managed to amass close to £1,000,000. He could have easily gained much more by better a higher stake, but he decided to bet a standard amount for a lot of games instead, and of course mix some purposeful losses to minimize how much he would stand out on the sites, in this way it seems like the guy shoots enough and manages to get lucky enough and score more than average.

Now with a good amount of capital, it was time to create the Coaching Agency. During this time the idea of a Coaching Agency has fermented in his mind and become something that he is invested in. Himself being the coaching part of the operation and overall owner of the company, and he would need someone to run the majority of things since he will focus on the Football side, he has had enough of the business side and wants to solely focus on Football this life. When he thought who could be a good CEO for the company his mind went to one person, his best friend who he had only met just recently at this time. It was actually him who dared Allen to buy the Bitcoin sometime in the coming months. He is the standard money oriented guy but when it comes to friends he's loyal as they come. Oscar Bedford had a good paying job as well in the last life, so he did not manage to get him to work at his construction company previously, but now that he has the money incentive should be enough but for whatever reason he declines, when he hears that it is a Football Agency he is going to be the CEO of, he will likely bite his hand off. After he dived into Football in the last life, Oscar took him to Bournemouth games as he has had a season ticket for a few years even now. One thing to note is that Oscar is 5 years older than Allen.

After giving the call to Oscar, and persuading him that it was indeed not a joke, he hesitated until Allen sent him £100,000 as a signing bonus. After this it was smooth sailing with setting up Next Generation Co. and Next Generation A&A (Academy and Agency) as subsidiaries.

And for extra funds when needed he has got 5 separate betting accounts ready to bet £25,000 on Spain to win the World Cup next month. This will gain another £1,000,000 to invest into the company.

Now that the company has been founded it was time to get some players signed up. The first name that came to mind and one he points Oscar towards was Jamie Vardy. One of the biggest late bloomers in the game only joining a club within the Football League at age 25 when he signed for Leicester from Fleetwood. What Allen plans to do is potentially speed up his climb up the football pyramid and use him as a poster boy to show that his coaching is worth it and thus given more respect.
