Okay, that is a large order but whatever I don't have a choice now. So I guess character customization and creation. I get three starting skills "Stared" to get a full education in those fields , Master level skill and knowledge in a production class, and a martial skill, and one creature comfort.

So for the three Starting skills, one charms, second herbology, third Potions.

Charms are the most versatile in the long run and they have more actual potential in defense as there DADA knowledge is just knowledge of what dangerous magical animals are out there and their weaknesses.

Charms can be broken down into three sections; Household, Combat, and Production. Household charms are used to maintain the home and make life a little easier like; cleaning, cooking, and small scale gardening. Combat can be used in the defense of a person or the attacking of a person, like a shield or a fireball. Production is using charms to speed up the production of crafts, like heating a forge, sanding wood, or cleaning wool.

Herbology is the knowledge of how to take care of plants and what plants can be used in potions.

Herbology, will give me knowledge of native plants, how to care for plants, and how they can be used in a variety of cases.

Potions is knowing how to make potions and adapt them to this world.

Potions, the subtle science and exact art that is potion-making. Who possess, the predisposition... can be taught you how to bewitch the mind and ensnare the senses. I can tell you how to bottle fame, brew glory, and even put a stopper in death. (Quote from Snape) This knowledge includes potions from Elder Scrolls.

As for the craftsman is smithing.

Smithing, which includes magic smithing, metallurgy, and a small amount of rune knowledge due to it.
