The beginning

As are protagonist Dante is currently working on a new game called New Tales his boss walks in

"Have you finished the development yet"

dante replies "No sir, but after i make a couple tweaks it'll be ready to launch"

"That's great news I think this will be our best seller yet"

As the boss and Dante are talking his colleague Jimmy overheard the conversation and jealousy and rage filled up inside of him. As the boss walked out Jimmy walks up to Dante and says

"I heard that your game is almost finished"

"yeah it took a loooooong time but this baby will be rearing to go in a couple days"

"oh really thats awesome well goodluck"

"thanks see ya"

as Dante grabs his jacket he feels a searing pain in his back as he turns around he sees jimmy smiling and then everything goes black. As Dante opens his eyes he sees he is in a random village as he takes a look around he realizes he is in New Tales.
