Kristen's pov

                I had so much fun at Aiden's family house. Henry and I became close friends and Ava wouldn't stop talking about her baby. It's a Sunday today, Aiden and I are packing our bags already. We have to leave on time so we can prepare for work tomorrow.

" Are you ready ?" Aiden asked me, I turned to look at him. He was wearing a pair a jean and a blue shirt that matched his blue eyes. His eyes are so gorgeous and I don't want to look away from them.

" Kristen are you okay??"

My God don't tell me I'm drooling.

I wiped my mouth .

Thank God I'm not .

" yes I'm fine, just thinking about something, not important, I'm ready let's go"

         I grabbed my bags and went out. I don't want to look into those eyes again, I feel like I'm drowning in them. I said my goodbye to Olivia and the rest of the family, Olivia made us promise we would come back soon. Throughout the ride home, I didn't turn to look at him. As soon as we got to the front of my house, I opened the door immediately, grabbed my bags and walked away from him.

" Kristen " I stopped walking, he turned around and I watched him get out of his car. " did I do something wrong? You ignored me the entire time " I turned my face away from his " and you wouldn't even look at me " he finished.

" What are you talking Aiden? I'm not ignoring you, I'm just tired and I really need to sleep. I need to get inside now so I can rest and prepare for work tomorrow. " I turned around and unlocked my door

" oh since we were able to convince your mom and my ex thinks I'm with you, I think we are good right?? No more pretense, see you at work tomorrow Mr king" I walked right into my house, and closed the door. I don't like what I'm feeling, its too early to like someone else.

Did I just admit I  like him? No way.

I can't like him, he's my boss, and I'm definitely not his type. He has a lot of sexy girls around him so I can't think of him that way. I walked into my room dropped my bags and walked up to the mirror, I hit myself in the face and...

Those eyes, and his voice, and that body of his, I won't lie, my body got a little excited when I saw him naked the other day.

KRISTEN!!! I have to snap out of this, and I'll try my every best to avoid him at work.

Just work and come back home, it's that's simple Kristen. He doesn't like you that way.

     I walked up into the kitchen, I opened the refrigerator and realized I have nothing. I sighed, now I have to go grocery shopping. I grabbed my car keys and drove down to a grocery shop. When I picked up my cart I heard someone call my name, I prayed so hard hoping it's not who I think it is.

" kris" I watched Diana walk up to me, with a smile on her face.

" I told you not to call me kris anymore, you've lost that right " I walked away from her but she followed me anyway.

" you know, I heard you and Aiden are now together, which is weird kris, I can't you were mad about me sleeping with Ace when you were busy screwing your boss"

She didn't just go there

I turned to face her " You must have mistaken me for someone who gives a sh*t about what you say and what you think, you've got what you wanted right? Now you can keep Ace, and I can keep a man who is better. Thank you for showing me what I don't want in a man."

She's looked around making sure no one sees how embarrassed she feels right now.

" you selfish, rude, bitch, you think you can get everything you want?? You are wrong, your billionaire boyfriend doesn't love you and you know it, he would always have other girls by his side, just as Ace wanted more, you are never enough for either of them." She rolled her eyes and left ,I watched her as she walked out.

       Maybe she's right, if I was enough for Ace, he wouldn't have let Diana into his bed in the first place, and Aiden, he would never look at me in that way. I grabbed a Chardonnay and put it in the cart, I'll be needing it tonight

     I spent the rest of the day watching movies on Netflix with some popcorn and icecream. I'd rather have fun than get drunk and cry over two bastards. I don't have time to hate them but they deserve to be hated. I heard my phone ring, I didn't bother checking the ID, I picked it up while I stuffed my face with popcorn.

" hello" I said with my mouth full.

" kristen" I stopped chewing.

" Aiden"

" im right outside your door"

I'm sure I didn't hear that right

" what ??"

"  I'M RIGHT OUTSIDE " he said forcefully

I got up and opened the door, he was still wearing his clothes from this morning, thats when I realized I was only wearing a baggy top with only panties underneath.

" what are you doing here, Aiden??"

" aren't you going to let me in??" I opened the door wide and he entered. I closed the door and turned around, thats when I realized he was carrying a bottle of wine in his hands.

" The big bang theory?? Really?" He chuckled

" it's really great and you know it" I sat on the couch and resumed stuffing my face, he sat beside me.

" the deal isn't over yet " he said

" what??"

" we can't just end things that way, my mom is going to know Something's wrong so it's not over. We are going to continue, till I say it's over, that's what we are going to do"

I got up immediately " no" I walked into the kitchen, grabbed my Chardonnay, and turned it into a glass.

" why not?"

" because... because"

" do I have an effect on you, Kristen?" He smirked

" in your dreams " he started walking closer to me

" do I turn you on??" He stood right in front of me, our face almost touching

"I'm no cactus expert but I know a prick when I see one." I walked away from him.

"Its okay if you don't like me. Not everyone has good taste" he turned to look at me.

" gladly" he smirked

I huffed " what do you want Aiden?"

" my mom would love to see more of you, of us, she would think its all a lie if I just tell her its over, just for a little while longer. We can go on dates, and events, that we know reporters are going to get, just a little show" he begged.

I did enjoy being with his family, and he's right, it would be awkward if it just ended.

" if I say yes would you leave??" He's right, he really does have an effect on me and I don't like it at all.

" see you tomorrow Kristen" he smirked as he left.
