Chapter Twenty-four: World Information

so a lot of stuff in the novels of this series is hinted at or shown briefly so this chapter is to build on things about this world to give it some more life just in my way

In the world Kaiser currently inhabits he slowly poured over whatever he remembered about it. Given that he currently had time to recheck his knowledge and not focus on painting red everywhere. As admittedly he had almost forgotten about a few things like how important a few key things were. Like the World Tree's are EXTREMELY important to all life in this world. So he checked his console to find every last World Tree and see their status. Small screens flashed around him quickly to show their status but ones of importance stayed longer.

Some he was glad for, some he was worried about, some he didn't bother worrying for given WHAT guards them. Because if the Sin of Pride is guarding one from what he sees, then he's not in a position to flip out. So he won't flip on who or exactly WHAT the fuck is guarding them. Just the one in Hell surprised him, those bastards usually want to kill everything. Then again this one became a TRUE God, so it must've learned WHY it shouldn't touch the tree.

Touch the tree inappropriately you bring bad the bad touch. He should know he's a part of the bad touch that wants to kill everything. Checking the screens that seem to be staying Kaiser took note of the situations.

Admist a frozen tundra of ice and frozen solid monsters a World Tree stands emitting a calming warmth. Wrapped around the tree is a World Boss that was to be implemented in an update. A massive furred and colorful serpent slept coiled around the tree.

Shining at the deepest reaches of the ocean a World Tree swayed its leaves gently in the ocean currents. Two rather massive World Boss monsters guarding the World Tree as if watching over a child.

A World Tree stood admist a continent crawling with the undead, its bark shining in the sun light. Blood and gore surround the majestic tree yet the dead do not fear it. The dead and those who are alive on this continent protect the tree with unending aggression towards intruders. Standing before the World Tree motionless is a giant decaying Ruine, a monster spawned from a World Tree to cleanse the world. The decaying world cleanser softly growls in the tone of an undead beast. Yet it doesn't move it motionlessly guards its living sibling.

In the realm of Hell in the Ninth Circle a World Tree stands admist the silence. The souls of the worst sinners guarding it with their lives against any threat. A small plump Demon carrying a shovel stands before it singing merrily, the carcass of a deceased Colossal Demon Emperor at its feet. Ghouls on chains feasting on the Demon's body with the unending hunger of the dead.

In the Void the first World Tree dubbed as Yggrisal gently glows with a hum of life. The tree's roots connecting to every other World Tree, its Guardian towering above it silently. Milky white eyes always watching the tree to ensure its health.

In the golden white rays of a peaceful kingdom a legion of Seraphim guard a World Tree. Standing before them are seven figures unflinchingly watching the entirety of the realm.

Seven Sins, Seven Sins of chaos turned to agents of order by learning to over come their sin. They guard the Heaven Workd Tree with other Sin's turned to order.

A World Tree dies slowly in the country of the Elves, no Boss level guardian to protect it from the Demon's. A Ruine slowly awakens from its slumber due to the trees pain.

World Tree's throughout the dimension and world of The New Gate stand tall and proud. As he sees through the console but a cluster makes him chuckle very wearily. Some are dying, some are protected, some unprotected by anything but nature. These make him smile yet in a realm of bones, blood, and mute gray colors monsters that would give Player's nightmares guard six World Tree's. The realm of END, a place in which would require two thousand max level Player's to storm. Player's the world no longer has. Boss Momsters? Yes. Player's not enough max level ones to matter.

If the END ever appears then everything will face the creatures waiting silently. For if say all World Tree's died and World Tree seeds can not be found. Well then there'd be only one place to go for one. To the END.

A place which if you open the gates to, one must be ready to stop what's beyond from escaping. Though one can escape whenever he likes, because Kaiser is roaming freely. But if every World Tree dies, one must journey here to revive even just a single World Tree to stop the apocalypse or Extinction Events from starting. After all the Worlds fate is tied to the World Tree's and one must be standing at all times to avoid extinction.

After all the six in the END are the worse Extinction Bosses. For simply that they cannot die truly, wounded? Yes, temporarily crippled? Yes, however die? No, they must be pushed back into their prison. That's the only way to prevent a world reset.

Kaiser had forgotten about Bobby…. He may of suggested to Nihirizumu to make a King of the Hill reference. Sooo yeah, damn it Bobby, she is probably hating that name and if that angry ass Wendigo saw him. She'd probably forget killing the world, she'd hunt him down screaming curse words at him. She likes Watchman, not so much him. Its weird.

Not his fault though that Nihirizumu decided to name a clearly female monster Bobby, Kaiser just taunted her….. a lot…. Maybe to much teasing….

At least Gigimigi is rather nice looking spider the size of the Statue of Liberty. Just they are oddly an Extinction Boss that is shy enough that if enough eye's watch them they'll not charge the End Gates. Forgot who designed them… but fair as Gigimigi is a stalking monster.

The Watchman is most definitely himself…. Just weapons like rail cannonns always hover around him ready to wipe things off the map.

Sagaroth the smallest of them all looks like a Husky, but welp some nudist binged the Elder Scrolls. Fucking shit that Husky is like she decided to slap every Daedric Prince into one unholy, but cute, creature.

End is just a simple Dracolich, that can just raise everything dead from the grave across the world upon escaping the END. While taking over all untamed undead creatures already existing across the world. Completely simple, just don't let the giant bone dragon escape the END. Easy yes? Well not entirely easy as End has forty thousand undead of every best evolution path, like four smaller Dracolich's.

Origin is the world it's self…. Wait…. An Extinction Boss is playing nice with me? I feel as if that's backwards… Origin WANTS us to fucking die to fix itself, yet its saving us all… the fuck? Did I miss some sort of memo?!

[No you didn't miss any memo's Old God, I'm just helping you survive and liberate everything. Even Watchman would be willing to help, by erasing everything with an Extinction Nuke. Take care, I'm rooting for you and the Liberator to do your best.

By the way… can you maybe give Bobby a forest here? It'd make up for everything you've done and make the World Tree's happy.]

"This seems fishy as fuck… just are the Extinction Bosses that bored they're stalking us? But a forest huh? I guess I can do that much for what help Origin has given us."

Shrugging Kaiser got to work on the very simple request given that he didn't see the harm in it.

"WHAT THE FUCK?! WHY ARE TREE'S AND BLACK GRASS APPEARING AROUND THE WORLD TREE'S?! WAIT…. ONLY OLD GOD HAS THEIR POWERS STILL…. KAISER I WILL FUCKING KILL YOU!!"

A note fell onto the boney face of the raging Wendigo creature making them quiet at the appearance of it. Plucking it off her mask she reads it a loud feeling pretty strange at the contents. The World Tree's seemed to gloat smugness at her. The other Extinction Bosses cackle or outright give unneeded commentary.

"Dear Bobby

First off simply fuck you for being selfist, you hate me but Watchman is fine? Fucking selfist I say ya damn Wendigo. Second, although I regret nothing I've done or said to you during the game, I'm sorry for being such a dick. Who knew a creepy stalker and becoming a dad would make me actually look at my actions a bit? It feels damn weird and WRONG yet yeah I'm sorry for being a dick to you. So I listened to Origin's request for their help, thus I give you a forest to prowl and whatever else you do. Really what do you even do there? Do you just rage at me? Or something else like circle jerking?"

"Bahahahahahahahahaha I could just kiss that asshole for giving me the pleasure of seeing your face! Maybe I won't kill him and just be an adorable fluffy dog for a bit around him? Nah he'll die choking on cheese because cheese is superior. Wait no… no? NO CHEESE IS LIFE, I SHALL MAKE EVERYONE BECOME CHEESE!!"

"Didn't ask him to give you a note, even though its not very apologetic its a start."

"Dad is weird, very weird, but I would like to show off my undead to him."

"End, he's, I'm, we're not your dad you know that right? So please stop it feels weird to be called dad. Although how the fuck did he become a father? Did he drug something and fuck it? No… he mentioned a stalker…. Stalker… stalker…. Oh…. Oooh…. I get it now. Guess that means if Extinction comes I can't nuke everything? That's actually depressing…."

The bosses were having at least some fun at Bobby's expense. Now besides the World Tree's there are the Proginerator's, the first of every varied race and monster out there. They're all still kicking but are like Yuzuha currently, they're currently crippled into being essentially a child. Then there's the major Player Cities that he had a hand in designing. A few are perfectly fine but a few are currently…. Meshed with dungeons. Like the one near Rokuten's boat Guild House that is essentially a fucking battleship. That little mix has a Guardian trying very hard to take over a very important Boss.

"Time to be a dick. Fuck you Guardian I give my big guy a love tap."

Pressing and arranging a few things in the console for this specific monster Kaiser hit submit.

"There we go, I hope my big guy enjoys a very literal blessing from me."

This I actually will have fun with it seems, because designing cities was one of my favorite things to do.

Shin, Schnee, Tiera, Yuzuha, and others stared at the old campsite of Kaiser's group. In its place is now two statues one of a Black Hound, and most definitely Fenris. A black roped of Tori Gate between them with a crimson red stone path leading around a seemingly small military encampment of mostly tents, and one bigger statue resembling Fenrir. His statue has a lone door between his front legs while he sits there peering down at those who would stand in front of the door. In the center of the encampment is a young tree, one that gives of a feeling of importance. Etched into the Tori Gate though are a mixture of languages but one mostly everyone can read says what exactly this place is.

"Black Watch Temple"

It was a strange sighting that didn't exist until today, as that area was empty till this morning. When everyone noticed that the site appeared out of thin air. The original story crew though had a good guess who did this.

"Kaiser most definitely did this…. But knowing him there's definitely a fuck you kind of troll trap involved. Just what is the purpose of this?"

"At least he's proving his words unlike you really…."

"Shin-sama I believe it's best if we just get this done with…."

"Kuu I smell blood….."

Sighing Shin stepped towards the Tori Gate only to stop when he heard growling. The statues by the gate had shifted to look directly at him his Analyze automatically activating.

Looking at the two statues Shin takes a cautious step forward promoting them give what feels like a prerecorded message.

""Step foot into this temple when you are not ready to face Extinction is to sign your life away. Think wisely for if you waver you die immediately.""

"Well that's certainly a very good threat given those levels…."

The statues stared at Shin until a group of cloaked figures suddenly stepped through the Tori Gate. The statues returning to being somewhat passive but Shin could see the smirk on their lips.

""Welcome Watchmen of Dusk; Apocalypse Team Seraphim to the Black Watch Temple. Welcome Demon Empress to the Black Watch Temple. Welcome Void Creatures to the Black Watch Temple.""

That second bit caught Shin off guard but behind the first group was a child sized Demon walking calmly through the gate. Nothing seems to make a move to stop the Demon from entering instead its almost as if the temple welcomes it. Feeling his eyes on it the Demon stops walking and glances back at him scoffing out an insult aimed directly at him oddly.

"That's the Liberator? I'll trust the Old God over that HUMAN. Fucking Origin must of had a reason."

Stepping towards the gate once more Shin is stopped by the heavy feeling of death. The statues eye's locking onto him and seeming to dare him to step forward. That's when Tiera walked calmly through the gate uninterrupted as if in a trance. A new greeting being heard that made Shin take in a deep breath.

""The World Tree welcomes you young keeper.""

This is all is very off, there's been no prank from Kaiser when there's usually one involved. Taking up his place by Schnee and Yuzuha once more a very cocky Elf stepped towards the gate. Ignoring the glares from the statues until it was to late for them to turn back. It happened to quickly for even Shin to see it happen. One moment they stood there then there's black fog followed by a popping sound then the Elf just ceased to exist. Nothing was left of the Elf, not even blood mist.

""Those not ready to stare extinction down are prohibited from entering. Punishment for trying to enter regardless is death.""

That's when the Fenrir statue speaks up to those inside of the temple.

"Watchmen, Demon Empress, Keeper you are willing to stare down the end of everything in different ways. Step through the door and enter the true temple if you are willing to see the status of the World Tree's. To see secrets hidden to those who live ignorance in this world. Be warned by entering these grounds though you have entered the sights of those wanting extinction."

"We're well aware of how fucked we are if we see even a bit of those gates."

"My kind is nothing but a bunch of useless mongrels wanting to rule everything. Yet Demon God Graval has told me to come here for some reason, so I shall see what I must."

Tiera was silently still watching the young World Tree ignoring everything said. But those who have even a bit of worthwhile intelligence picked up most of what was said. Just Shin couldn't get why Demon's would be interested in seemingly protecting this world… as he's gathered two so far seem willing to do so.

"Was there ever something that could end the world besides the Ruine Beast?"

"It would seem so Shin-sama…. What I have no clue on as it was always assumed the Ruine Beast meant the end."
