Miranda Lawson has called me over to the company to meet with a promising new recruit. She is a savvy Korean woman who would have been our major competition had people not suppressing her work. Before Black Technology, black market organ trade was big business throughout the world. Helen Cho's invention would have devastated the black market trade deals on illegally harvested organs. Therefore various criminal organizations began suppression on any interest and funding that she might have received. This would have eventually been something that she would have handled but was a step too slow.

Miranda: As I said over the phone Helen Cho will be joining the company to continue her research on creating artificial organic organs. There has been a extremely large demand for such products considering how much of the Force is available to an individual is based on flesh organs. Especially when mysteriously it was leaked to the public.

"Yes, if only we knew who revealed that information while we trying to keep a lid on it"

Miranda looked directly at me with her "bitch please" stare letting me know that everyone in the room doesn't believe that line of shit. Not that I really expected anyone to believe it in the first place.

Miranda: Fortunately this information hasn't impacted sales in the slightest nor has it respawned the illegal harvesting in any meaningful way. Instead the public is demanding that Black Technology comes up with a solution. Which is why I recruited the talented Ms Cho to Aid us in this endeavor as this is her area of expertise.

Helen: I never saw myself working for the competition that put me out of business only to drum up interest in my project and hire me into their company

"The cybernetic implants were never supposed to be the only solution. I only used my government connections to approve my technology to create a base of operations for myself and collapse harmful practices against humanity. There is also the side benefit of endearing myself to the rest of humanity"

Helen: Don't forget that you also caused my research to be unnecessary and created a lot of enemies on the criminal side of the world.

"That is the burden of leadership and innovation not everyone is going to like what you do. If I allowed them to decide what I am allowed to do then nothing would get done. It is better to let parasites like them starve and get left behind so that the rest of us can go forward"

The gods of various from the Greek, Egyptian, and Norse pantheons were having a summit on what exactly to do with regard to Julian Black. Each wanting to claim him their own pantheon and none were backing down on the issue. There were even threats of open war should he be claimed by pantheons other than their own. As things stood there was no way to progress and no room to retreat.

It was during this meeting that the gods here became aware of yet another universe shaking event. The birth of a power simply known as the Force even more importantly that there was already a divinity in control of said power. More importantly was that the aforementioned divinity was aligned with Julian Black meaning that there was another reason why they couldn't let him go. The only major issue regarding this goddess was no one knew who she was or where she came from. The only known fact is she deferred to Julian's decisions making her a massive anomaly.

I left the titans in Jump city to investigate Julian Black in Gotham. Night wing has told us not to worry about him yet gave us no explanation for why Robin was arrested only that it relates to Julian. I expected to at least hear something from cyborg but even he was tight lipped about the subject. Although I knew that there was probably a valid reason I didn't like being shut out and couldn't just sit back and wait for answers. I could have just tried to enter his home but I'm not a criminal plus he has a literal goddess staying with him so that seemed like a bad idea. With no better ideas on how to approach this situation I decided to be direct by going to his home.

Raven: I would like to speak with Julian Black

Cortana: Would you like to make a appointment or have him contact you at his earliest convenience? Is this an urgent issue requiring his direct attention?
