Chapter 03 boss level monster

The giant made a deep roaring sound and picked up the hammer preparing to swing it into the group. "Everyone move!" Elizia shouted and jumped out of the giant's range as it swung its huge hammer.

Elizia barely got out of the way when it went flying by hit four people and sending them flying. Most of the adventurers got out of the way but there was no doubt those four were dead. "Take your fighting positions!" Elizia shouted slightly stunned at such a strong monster showing up so soon.

At first, they hesitated because of just how strong the giant was but if they didn't fight they would die anyway. Soon they were all standing in a large half-circle around the monster with the three archer and three medical adventurers behind them.

Making sure to not be close enough to each other for it to swing its hammer hitting more than one person again. "Tanks move in! Wait for the tanks to be in position before you attack! Elizia ordered.

Four big looking men and two women with shields the size of a person stepped forward until they were about five meters away from the giant. The giant made the roaring sound again and tried to hit the women right in front of him slamming its hammer into her shield.

The shield bent a little where it was hit and there was a crater und the women's feat as she was bending down from the blow. It had pushed her into the ground making it crack and break beneath her. But she was still fine. "holly crap this thing is strong." She said

" Attack! " Elizia ordered and ran towards the giant unsheathing her one-handed long sword. When she got as close as the tankers she jumped into the air and up to its thighs which was almost eight meters high. Elizia stabbed her sword into its leg and started sliding down pulling the sword with her.

The giant let out a shrieking howl of pain there was now a massive cut on its leg making it harder for it to move. After seeing the leader attack the others started to attack two men with axes as their weapon and four swordsmen the archers also started to fight.

One of the archers pulled back the string holding three arrows. " Activate skill accurate shot." he said and let the string go. All three arrows shot out in different directions but then turned towards the target all three of them hit it on exactly the same place in the right eye.

Elizia was attacking again this time it tried to attack her swinging its hammer at her. She dodged the hammer making it slammed into the ground lifting a dust a cloud. She jumped onto the hammer and started running up the hammer and then jumped on its arm running again she got up to his shoulder.

Elizia lifted her sword and with both hands slammed it into the giant's shoulder as hard as she could. it went in deep but stopped at the bone. As she was about to pull her sword out the giant turned its head and snapped its mouth at her trying to bite her. she was able to dodge a fatal attack but it bit off her left hand and she fell. off the giant.

When Elizia hit the floor she howled in pain and started coughing blood her HP had dropped to 22/215. A medic came running gave her a red crystal the size of a tennis ball. A notification popped into Elizia's vision with the familiar ding sound it was asking if she wanted to use the healing crystal.

"yes". She said spitting blood. suddenly her arm was back and her HP had gone up to 172. she stood up and noticed that there were two dead adventurers lying far away. she then ran to one of the male tankers.

"Give me a boost." she said and the tanker got down on one knee and put his shield above his head. Elizia climbed on top of the shield and then the tanker shot upright pushing the shield up.

As it came to a stop Elizia jumped on it using its force to jump extra high the force from the jump made the man kneel again. She shot up to its shoulder again grabbing her sword to stop her from flying over the beast. swinging over the sword and pulling the sword out of its shoulder as she landed on it in on smooth action.

Elizia braced her sword in both hands taking a stance where she was leaning forward with one leg going back as far as possible and holding her sword over her right shoulder. " Activate skill reapers blade!" she shouted as the giant turned its head at her again. But before it could attack her again she shot forward and slashed at its neck her sword grew to be as long as the giants neck and pierced it. The sword went all the way through the neck and came out of the other side as she dashed past it to the giant's other shoulder.

The head of the giant slid off of the body and blood started spewing everywhere and then the body fell and Elizia jumped at the last moment. Rolling as she hit the ground after getting up she walked to where the others were. Using the Inspect skill on all of them she noticed that all the tankers were at around half their original HP. And she didn't even need to use the skill to see that the swordsmen and axemen to know they weren't doing good.

They all had cuts and some of them seemed to have broken limbs. Turning to the archers and medics they all seemed fine but that wasn't a surprise." How many healing crystals do we have left." She asked the medics

They looked at each other and then hesitantly one of them answered. "Twelve we have twelve medium crystals left and there are fourteen of us."
