fugaku- so Ken, are you sure that you have rested enough ? I know that you want to completes more missions but just know that I will not force you except in urgent situations .

Ken- ( this man is good . I've decided to respect him from now on . he treats me like his own child and I can see his love for uchiha clan . well I'm not a child inside though . ) yes sir , I want a mission outside the village for a long period to clear my mind . just staying inside my house daily is just depressing right now .

fugaku - Ken, I like you a lot because you are not arrogant like others from your generation. I dont know from when but the young generations of our uchiha clan are becoming less capable but more arrogant. already our reputation in the village is bad but now I worry daily. just remember that you are right and here will always be your home .

Ken- simple because some most important figures of our village dont wish the prosperity of our clan . if we ourselves are not happy then how can we improve our reputation. so my conclusion is that our reputation will decrease with passing time .

fugaku - continue. tell me your plan that can save us then .

Ken- I think that first thing we should do is to resign the duties of konoha police which was assigned to our uchiha clan by second hokage . if a policeman just does his duty honestly then of course some people will be dissatisfied . now a lot of time has passed and on top of that arrogance of our clan members is increasing day by day . so first we have to change the things that can be done in short time and achieve positive results too . resignation from police duties and then using our members for various other missions for benefit of village is the best method I can think of to resolve some of our problems right now.

in time , when mission success rate , less death rate etc . these news when reach the ears of villagers in time then even important figures like danzo and other dissatisfied people with our clan cannot do anything to stop the increasing prosperity of our clan . the civilian council does not place much trust in our capabilities because they dont want to admit the powers of our clan . so we just have to increase our reputation with normal ninja that are much more populated in our village . the sheer numbers of normal ninja in our village will be a powerful ally for our clan in future. this way maybe arrogance of our clan members will be solved in time too .

fugaku - hahaha.. you know Ken, you are a genius .. hahaha.. I will discuss this with minato and see whether the plan can be started right away or not .
