Friends or Foes

After I explained to Yuuki-San my reasoning for why I think we're in a different world she nodded in agreement.

"You don't seem that surprised, I thought you would think I'm crazy"

"Well, what you're telling me does make sense. It does explain a lot of things because I never heard of anyone using magic or powers like yours in our world before"

I nodded in agreement because I came up with the same conclusion.

"Yeah, I thought so too. I'm sure you regret holding on to me no-"

"No I don't. Yeah, I may be scared, but if I had the chance to do it again I would still do it"

I looked at her shocked and she was looking at me with a gentle smile.

"Thank you, to be honest, I don't know what I would do if I came alone. I'm glad you were the one that came here with me"

"I-idiot! Don't say such embarrassing things out of nowhere! Come on let's go before it gets dark!"

She walked off in front of me and I chased after her confused.

"Sorry did I embarrass you? I didn't mean anything bad by it"

She didn't look my way and kept walking as she said quietly, "I was just a little surprised"

As we were walking I heard someone yelling, "Heeeeeeeeey Akiraaaaaaaaaaa, it's me Yuukiiiiiiiii"

She was waving her arms around as she shouted and she was a blue-haired girl standing next to a red-haired man that was taller than the girl who had his hands on his hips. What surprised me was that they were wearing clothes from our world!! Are we not in a different world after all?! Or were they also transported here?

"Yuuki? Sora?! They're here too?! Kuroyuki-Kun, lets go!"

I nodded my head and replied with a "mm"

When we reached them Yuuki quickly hugged Akira.

"Whaaaaaaaa, I thought I was never going to see you againnnnnnnn"

Yuuki has Akira in her clutches and would not let go as if she was holding onto dear life.

"I'm ok Yuuki you don't have to worry, but I am surprised to see you both here"

"Yeah, same here. We were walking to school together and out of no where this circle showed up and we were moved here when we came to"

"So just like me and Kuroyuki-Kun"

I had stayed quiet because I didn't know what their personality was like yet and I didn't want to interrupt their conversation.

"Kou?"

Yuuki looked at Akira and then at me as she finally let Akira go and faced me holding her hand out while introducing herself.

"Hello, my name is Yuuki Yamanaka a pleasure to meet you"

"And my name is Sora, Sora Sugihara. Nice to meet you"

Sugihara-Kun was a little shorter than me but both the girls looked about the same height, however Sugihara-Kun's build was a bit more muscular than mine.

"Nice to meet you both, my name is Kou Kuroyuki"

I shook both their hands but I was a nervous wreck.

"It seems like we've been transported to some unknown land. Me and Yuuki have been walking for quite a while and nothing seems familiar and not to mention the animals are huge!"

"You guys ran into those things? They are so scary..."

"Listen to me Akiraaaaa! I was being chased by what looked like a boar and just when I thought my life was over Sora summoned out a weapon!!"

Shocked to hear this I looked over at Sugihara-kun, I had to ask how he did it. This could make defending ourselves easier as we find a town.

"Um, Sugihara-kun, do you mind telling me how you summoned your weapon?"

He looked at me and nodded his head.

"I'm not really sure how I did it but I'll try my best"

He put both his hands together by his hip as if grabbing a sword out of its sheathe. When he pulled his dominant hand up it looked like he was pulling a sword out of his hand that was still near his hip!

"I think the basic idea is to focus and imagine a weapon of your choice in your hands and it will appear"

I nodded my head and thought that the explanation made sense so I decided for myself. With their eyes on me I closed my eyes out my hands in fists and put them to each other in front of me and thought of a sword as well since I took sword lessons from my grandpa. When I was able to visually think of a sword, I pulled my right hand away from my left hand and I opened my eyes to see that a dark black sword was emerging from my hands!

"Wow, amazing Kuroyuki-kun! You were able to summon a weapon!"

I nodded my head and swung it around.

"Yeah, things should be a little safer for now, but we should still find a town"
