63 Plating

The three girls dried and clothed themselves with some new clothes that had been put aside for them.

"Mommy, we didn't bring these clothes… right?" Thea asked in confusion while looking at the black shorts paired with a sleeveless black shirt Mia was wearing, then at her own clothes, a white blouse with a knee high skirt. Although her Bra fit nicely, but the panties, well Thea couldn't wear it, up until now she had always worn modesty shorts or nothing under her skirts and dresses.

"Fufufu. These clothes were just made by Elize, she has been working here as a maid for a long time already, as a result she has honed her skills as a maid greatly, however she can only make clothes for what she can observers. Fufufu, just go commando for now." Lily said while giggling at Thea's predicament.

Although Thea was used to going commando, since they had left on their trip she had been wearing modesty shorts, not quite wanting any strangers to see her 'there'.

Thea had some spare shorts in her inventory but as this place was going to become her home, so she listened to her mother and just pulled her skirt a little lower.

'wait, "a long time"… if mommy says "a long time", being as long-lived as she is…' Thea started thinking.

"Isn't Elize a human? How long has she worked as a maid then?" Thea asked.

"Dear, humans are indeed short-lived but life expectancy is determined by two factors, your species and the amount of mana you have, creatures with higher mana will live much longer than creatures with low mana, and Elize isn't a human dear, she's happens to be a succubus." Lily said while leading the girls out of the bathroom towards the dining room.

"But don't succubi have tails, horns and wings?" Thea asked remembering the description of succubi and demons she had read in her past life.

"They do but many races still discriminate against demons, lower species of demons can't suppress the chaotic mana they naturally release, this is different for most higher species of demons, Elize included but the discrimination and fear is still there. That's why when being outside most demons that can, hide their traits using illusion magic." Lily explained with an unhappy expression Thea could see even while following her from behind.

"I'm guessing Elize is hiding her appearance in fear of either of you being afraid of her or demons in general. Althea, Fufufu, as you have parts of many races I'm fairly certain you won't discriminate and Mia, I don't know what you have been taught while being raised but I hope you won't discriminate either." Lily said even when she was pretty certain neither would.

"Don't worry mommy, I'm certain Mia isn't like that." Thea said, confident in her judge of character.

"That's right, my clan has always treated everyone equally and that is also the way I have been raised." Mia said honorably.

"Fufu, don't worry, I asked just in case." Lily said as they arrived at two large doors.

Lily pushed open the doors with ease revealing a big, but not massive, rectangular table. There were 8 chairs surrounding the table, one at the head of each side and 3 chairs at both of the longer sides of the table.

"Madam, I wasn't sure how to plate the table for this occasion…" Elize said while walking over from another door leading to the dining room.

"Hmmm, right…" Lily pondered before turning to Mia.

"For today you will sit next to Thea but for tomorrow you will choose to sit next to her or opposite of her?" Lily asked before turning to Elize.

"Today, plate my seat, two on my right and one on my left." Lily said to Elize.

Elize looked confused for a moment before nodding and leaving the room in the door she came from.

Lily sat at the head of the table and pointed the two girls to sit on her right. The girls didn't argue and sat down. Soon Elize was back with a some extra maids following her. The maids then started setting the table, putting down placemats, utensils, glasses and plates.

As the maids set the table Thea noticed that they kept stealing glances at the two young girls with excitement in their eyes.

After a short minute the table was set and the maids started leaving the room, Elize who was supervising everything started following behind them but Lily asked her to stay.
