34 Yuri? yes or no?

Artemis explained with  a very prideful smile on her face while also gesturing all around as she spoke. She seemed to be happy and  content.

"do  you  really think, this place is hidden from our father?"

"Of course, I'm the Goddess of the hunt, my stealth skills are unmatched after all I did sneak you out Olympus with no one the wiser"

While it is true that as the Goddess of the hunt, her stealth was immaculate, it  was also not that hard to  sneak in and out of Olympus considering that Zeus and  Hera were fighting at the time, all Artemis had to do was just hide herself from  the sense of Zeus and  she  would be able to  easily slip out  with  Athena in tow, though she could easily sneak in and out of Olympus even if Zeus wasn't occupied with fighting her skill is just that good.

"I see"

Athena  wasn't convinced,  not because she  doubts Artemis' skills but because Zeus was just very powerful, even if this island was hidden from him it wouldn't take very long before he finds it or its possible he knows it exists and is just ignoring it for now.

"alright, then why did you bring me here?"

She asked, Athena was Zeus's most trusted child, bringing her into a place that one was trying to hide from Zeus wasn't exactly the smartest thing to do.

"because I know you don't really love our father, you may have hid it well under the guise of loyalty but I could always tell that you despised him. As a Goddess of the hunt I'm quite good at picking up on things that most wouldn't."

Athena could only answer with  an "I see" as  she had nothing more to say.

Athena never really knew her mother however much  like Apollo Athena was quite self aware in  her mother's womb  and  was able to feel hear and understand but unfortunately unlike Apollo she couldn't speak so  she had to  settle for hearing her mother sing to her while Athena was still on the womb,  her mother would often rub her bloated stomach and  Athena could feel the love, care and  warmth of her mother. She  had no idea when she'd he out of the womb but she  was looking forward to the embrace of her mother but unfortunately she never got that. Zeus ripped those expectations from her  and her replaced them with nothing.

It  is claimed that she's  his favourite daughter, while that may be true, it  wasn't because he loved her as a daughter but simply because she was a tool, a loyal  servant that would go to Tartarus back for him,  after all  if  she  wasn't just a tool, why else would Ares be her replacement? It  made no sense why there'd be two gods of war not unless one was the replacement of the other.

"there's also another reason"

Artemis spoke, now fully getting up from her seat and her eyes staring at Athena, Athena could not grasp the feeling behind those eyes, Artemis walked closer and grasped her Hand.

"I made this place for us"

With those words Athena stepped back in a bit of surprise while Artemis stepped forward pressing on the attack.

"Athena you know as well as I do that no God in Olympus is good enough for you nor do they deserve you. Plus with me you can still stay Chaste and not break your vow"

This time Artemis had gotten disturbingly close and had smoothly got her hand on to Athena's cheek as she stared at her with smouldering intensity. Athena found herself unable to respond to this situation, this was the first time anyone has ever directed any form of romantic interest in her, incidentally an image of Hephaestus overlapped with Artemis' face and  Athena flushed just a bit as she averted her gaze from Artemis.

"I'm sorry Artemis but I don't really see you in that manner and honestly–"

Unfortunately her sentence would be left unfinished as her body was immediately bombarded by massive amounts of power, the sudden increase in power caused her to drop to her knees as a pounding headache assaulted her. She and Ares Shared the concept of war and it was thusly split among them however with Ares having been killed by Hephaestus  the entirety of the concept was no longer split and all the power that Ares was receiving was now being received  by Athena

" Athena!! What's happening??"

Artemis asked as she watched her sister drop to her knees clutching her head and let out a grunt of pain. The sudden change of her skin had been something to ignore, Artemis then  commanded her Amazon's to bring some water or something that might be helpful.

"arghh… such…. Power"

Her voice had slightly changed gaining a more deep bass but still sounding feminine, Her headache had stopped but she remained on her knees as she felt her strength increase by the second, she felt intoxicated, there was a tingle in her mind that made her feel a sense of omnipotence, however much like Ares her inhibitions and recklessness had been increased as not only that but her thought process has been momentarily lagging because of that she impulsively shot straight up breaking the sound barrier as she did and flew in the direction of Olympus.

"you know  I am not entirely pleased by this, you're keeping me from important work"

Hecate complained as she, Zeus and two of the enforcers moved towards Olympus  they were almost there but they moved at a leisurely pace. It was rather quite difficult to convince her to come to Olympus plus Zeus had went down to Tartarus and checked everything just in case someone tried to free the titans imprisoned there. The distance between level 4 and Tartarus is quite wide hence why it took him a day to return to Olympus plus he wasn't in a hurry so there's that. Incidentally he could feel a miasma in the Air but he couldn't accurately pin point what it was or the cause.

"the security of Olympus is more important than your work"

"No it isn't, don't mistake me being you're ally as me being your friend, I just didn't need you chasing me down after the war. I have better things to do than get into fights with you"

She said crossing her arms and scowling at the God king, Hecate was a beautiful woman with a slender body and modest breasts, her hair was a darker shade of green that was tied into a single large braid that extended downward to buttocks, she had vibrant green eyes, she had white cloth wrapped around her chest revealing her stomach and a black coloured cloth that served as a skirt which didn't extend beyond the knees. She was shorter than Zeus in height, almost by ahead short.

"you're the one who set up the magical security system, shouldn't you be ashamed since considering it was less than stellar."

"don't be ridiculous the system I set up is perfect and auto responsive, any entity that isn't recognized as  a resident of Olympus or that does not bear any relationship to you is automatically blocked from entering Olympus whether by flight or Teleportation. I used anti-teleportation enchantments and runes and layered them over the other,  I did this about 5 times in case anyone managed to bypass the first 4. I wanted to make them a 100 times but that would have been overkill, in any case no one can enter or exit via Teleportation including all of you. I did the same for the invisible barriers  that cover the entirety of Olympus  not only that but I made sure that system is never triggered by any in fighting with Olympus  and solely focused on defence and escape plus should there be anyone from Olympus that is deemed to be an enemy  they cannot escape. To call it less than stellar is and insult I will not stand for"

Hecate explained to Zeus feeling more than annoyed  that he would call her work subpar or less than stellar.

"Then why did Athena escape? After all she is a criminal"

"that's what not bothering to understand the security of your own kingdom leads to, you need to designate her as a criminal for it to work."

"Then How did she Teleport away? Because in her weakened state she wouldn't be fast enough plus my senses aren't easy to fool"

"And I'm telling you, the probability that she Teleported out is zero, I'm confident in that"

"Or you should just admit that your work is subpar"

"I will admit nothing, I'm only going to Olympus to prove you wrong otherwise I'm confident in my work, this conversation will lead us nowhere"

Hecate shut her mouth and  flew in silence, Zeus on the other hand could not help but smile  he certainly loved how feisty she was, he definitely wanted her in his bed as soon as possible, he wondered if her attitude will remain when in the bed or will she turn to someone completely different. Hera, Themis Leto, Demeter, Aphrodite and now Hecate  he wanted all of them and hopefully he would get all of them.

It didn't take long before the they arrived in Olympus but they were immediately shocked by the sight they saw, the destruction was clear,  there seemed to a rather big hole on the clouds and a tear  that separated one half of Olympus from the other.

"WHAT!!!"

Zeus sped forth towards his palace and the other followed behind. Luckily Hermes and Leto along with a third individual, Demeter wer5 just outside the castle seemingly discussing something.

"what happened  here!!"

Zeus Shouted at the three as he touched down startling them and gaining their attention.

"my king, Terrible news!!"

"Yes I know, I can see the destruction"

"that's only half of it my king, Ares is dead"

"WHAT"

All Zeus and the enforcers exclaimed in great shock once they heard the news delivered by Leto, However Zeus  was the one seemingly most shocked by this as he  quickly followed up.

"who was it?!!"

An angry scowl marred his face, or rather that's what it looked like to the others.

"Hephaestus, he and Ares seemed to have had a falling out, the destruction you see is the result of their battle…"

Hermes explained detailing the battle between Ares and Hephaestus, Zeus stood there in silence, seemingly in shock but in his head he only thought of Athena. When Athena was born he had chosen to sever the connection Athena had with the concept of war to keep her from growing stronger than him. Athena was supposed to be the sole Goddess of war however  when Ares was born Zeus chose to split the concept of war concept and having both of the share and making it so Athena wouldn't get any physical enhancement whenever she used her divinity, this would keep her weak or at the very least keep her from growing to her full potential but with Ares dead the concept can now be fully hers, restoring her lost potential

"I see, Nike  go arrest Hephaestus, and do whatever it takes to do so"

He quickly ordered Nike, but his mind was somewhere Else, he could feel her approach. Once Nike was gone Athena landed in Olympus crashing down like a mountain and causing a shock wave throughout the Area.

"Father!"

"Athena"

"What happened here?"

She asked with a bit of surprise in her voice, betraying Zeus's Expectations, her landing had suggested she was here to fight, not only that  but she was a  traitor in cahoots with Ares so Why is  she suddenly acting like nothing has happened?

"Hephaestus and Ares had a bit of a squabble, but what are you doing here, did you forget you're a traitor"

"I'm here to turn myself in and It surrender"

Shock and was written across their face as they heard her words of course Hecate cared nit a bit as her mind was  focused on the matter she was brought here for. While  Athena wasn't the most arrogant of the Olympians she had a great deal of confidence as such surrendering is hardly anything she would do, so it was quite unexpected that she would.
