Plant Essence can be obtained from lesser world fruits; however, it was not a stable source because as the Lesser World crosses the age of 10000 years, it would give a Lesser World Tree for every 1000 years.

Also, the chances of obtaining the plant essence from these fruits will be lessened as the tree grows older.

Another stable source was collecting from the old trees that could not be upgraded by the plant essence and at the same time, they won't bear any fruits or give other benefits except for giving plant essence at regular intervals. These trees were called Essence Trees.

Nevertheless, some powerhouses nurtured different types of Essence Trees and collected the plant essence before using it or exchanging it for other cultivation resources.
