Chapter 1

Hi. My name is Michael Aarons and I love sports. So that basically means I'm running home after winning a hotly contested tennis match at school. And I am just going to have a little swimming race with my neighbors before I start my homework. What a perfect day! I reach my home, open the front door and...

"Mike! Michael!!!"

I snapped out of my daydream because of my mom's frantic screaming.

"Yes, mom?"

"Didn't I ask you to go and do your laundries? You've been on your bed for nearly an hour."

"Ok, ok, I'm going." I sighed. "Duh."

So off I went to put my clothes in the washing machine. I started the washing and came back out of the bathroom. On my way back to my room, I bumped into my little sister, sending her tumbling to the floor.

"Hey!" she yelled, "Watch where you are going."

"Sorry."

I helped her up to her feet and apologized again, as she recently completed a surgery on her badly fractured leg and so was really weak.

My sister is 11- that's 5 years younger than me. But we get along quite ok. She looks a lot like me, with her blue eyes and curly hair.

But anyway, I made my way back to my room and started my homework. Oh my god! It was soooo boring! I mean, why in the world do you have to study Greek History if you want to become a footballer?

I lost motivation as soon as I started, but I persevered, as my amazing History teacher can give us a surprise test at any time. Quite a challenge if you don't study anything.

After studying for nearly 2 hours, I got bored to death.

"STUPID," I shouted out loud.

I got up, stretched myself, and turned on my phone. There was some kind of WhatsApp notification there. I clicked on the notification and typed in my password.

That's when the horrors began...
