Emily,was your usual teenage crush,Blonde hair,blue eyes,slender boy,but what made her different was her smile.It was the most pleasant and acceptable smile a person could give.No matter how hard your situation is,No matter how hopeless you feel,her smile could give you a change of mood.She was truly a ray of hope in darkness.She lived in the neighborhood,went to the same school and we were kind of friends.To be honest I never had the guts to open my heart to her,tell her how much I love her.So we stayed friends.After highschool we went our separate ways,never to be seen again until now. Memories of/with Emily went as far as I can remember. Her father Mr.Thomson and my father were friends from childhood,so naturally we were also friends. I think of her sometimes, fantasising that I confessed my feelings and that she gave a positive reply. Oh! I would just literally trade my life to the devil himself to have those joyful days again.

"COME ON, FAST! TAKE HER OUT!!" Those fast and loud words took me back to reality. I've reached the hospital, from there everything was a blur, the next thing I know is that I'm standing outside the Intensive Care Unit. Slowly I slipped back into my memories,my prized possessions.There was a time when my friends forced me to confess my feelings for Emily to her.I walked to her, there she was standing in the school corridor. My heart was going a 1000 miles per hour, because of the intensity of the situation and pressure upon me, I decided not to even go Infront of her.
