New life in the capital
POV of KURO
It's been a month that we have arrived at Silvaster and now I'm the apprentice of the best blacksmith of the city, the first time I saw him it was when I applied for being his assistant but when he has seen my skills he insist to make me his apprentice, one golden opportunity loke that is unique in life so I accepted.
Flash back
It was three days after our entrance in the capital, I asked Darnus if there was a blacksmith near the inn where Tsubasa has been commited and he told me that one famous blacksmith has a shop in the street next the inn.
I entered inside the shop and watch arround the room and I saw many objects, tools, shield, weapons and many others forged objects hoocked at the walls and on shelf.
Me:Waouh! All.these objects are very high quality!
???:Obviously! After all it's me the one that has forged them!
Me:Are you the headman sir?
???:Yes! I'm Hachis the owner of this shop and the best blacksmith of this city!
Me:It's an honor to meet you sir! I said whith a shaking voice, he is very intimidating even more than all the monsters that I have slayed before, he is very tall and muscular with a scar on under the left eye,brown skin , he was in causal clothes with overalls and big black boots and his aura is as oppressive as a giant. "I'm here to apply for being your assistant sir"
Hachis:Do you think having enough skill to help me or are you only here to slow me down?
Me:I think that I have skills in the domain sir!
Hachis:So show me what you can do! Follow me !
I nooded with the head and followed him behind the shop in a forge, and then he told me:"Forge me a blade!" he said with a serious tone.
Me:okay!
Hachis:You look confident! he said with a litlle grin
Me:Yes, I am prideful as regards my skills! I said with a serious tone
Hachis:I see!
I began to hit the hot metal with an hammer and i fold it up before hitting again an repeat the process again and again to incrase the resistance of the metal. After repeating the process a several times I gave the metal a blade with a sharp side with a little curved shape. I used a circular shaped resistant and fine as a guard joined to an handle which is joined to the blade through the circular guard at the center.
Me:I have finished sir!
Hachis:Let me take a look! Hummmm…hummm…
He inspect the entirety of the blade. And when he has finished he said:"You realy have talent kid, you are commited!" with a big smile.
Me:Really? I said with an excitation
Hachis:Yeah! But I have one question! Would you like to become my apprentice? You are talented and I think that if I teach you my knowledge you'll become a famous blacksmith in the whole world! he said with a look that look to say trust me and accept.
Me:Humm that look fun,of course I accept, pofessor!
Hachis:So it's decided, from now call me boss then! You'll begin tomorrow morning so be prepared!
Me:Yes boss!

I enter in the shop.
Me:Boss it's me!
Hachis:You show at the right time, we have some pressing orders!
Me:Okay! Let's do our best!
Hachis:That the spirit!
And we worked the whole day.
Time skip
POV of Tsubasa
It's been 3 years that we arrived at the capital and our life changed very much. Now Kuro owns the former shop of Hachis who gave it to him when he has taken his retreat and made him his successor 7 months ago, he is now a very requested for the quality of his work and the speed of his work. Me in other hand have become the owner of a flower and item shop that is a little popular after working in the inn and saved money for 2 years.
Now we have achieved our objectives of job.
So now what are we going to do next? Live like this forever is not that bad after all, no?
We are in a cafe to discuss.
Me:So what do you plan to do now?
Kuro:I think I'll register at the guild of adventurers, I'm now 15 !
Me:Are you sure that it's necessary?
Kuro:Yes, I must become more powerful to protect you and all the people that we like.
Me:But that doesn't mean that you must risk your life like that!
Kuro:Don't worry I'll always return alive, it's a promise.
Me:Then I think I'll join you!
Kuro:No you can't
Me:I also have a promise to keep!

It was when we were 6.
Dad:You two now have a little sister!
Me:What is her name? I asked with sparkle in the eyes
Mom:Sistine! She said with our cute sleeping new born little sister in her arms
Me:She is so cute!
Dad:Of course she hold from your mother after all!
Mom said to me at that moment:"You are the eldest now you must always look after your siblings and awlays guide them to the right path and also never leave them alone, promise me!"
Me:Of course mom, I'll always keep that promise!
Mom:That's my girl! She said with a bright smile when she pat my head

Kuro:So it seems that I can't make you change your mind, so be careful! He said with a little concern in his voice.
Me:Of course
Kuro:I'll protect you as I have promised to dad! He said in a serious and determined tone
Me:So it's for that that you went to go there! I lowly whispered to myself that he didn't hear.

POV of Kuro
It was just after the birth of Sistine.
Dad:My son could you promise me something very important? He said to me with a serious tone while we were collecting wood in the forest.
Me:Of course dad! What is it?
Dad:You know you are the the only man of the family apart me and it's our duty as man to protect our family, no? So promise me to always listen your older sister and always protect your sisters if anything bad happen in the future!
Me:You know you don't have to say that dad I love my sisters and our whole family and I'll always protect everyone precious to me. SO I promise it! Even if I must die to protect you all, I'll keep my promise! I said with a determined tone
Dad:That my son! But still don't risk your life uselessly! He said with a huge smile when he take pose giving me a thumb up.

So we both have a promise keep!
