"A walking fish? That's just what we're looking for." Bardeelus said, and hastily stood up from the ship's quarterdeck.
He and Driola had to jog for a while, just to get close to the startled fire mage, because the ship was a tiring forty meters long! The said mage was near the ship's main mast, and kept aiming at the sea, ready to fire.
Bardeelus didn't ask them to attack just yet, because he wanted to get a good look at the fiend. He was curious, but also had a little plan in mind.
"Yeah, that's definitely not a normal fish." He said.
The animal in question was about twenty meters away from the ship, had a plain-blue color and seemed small. In a typical situation even a fisherman would ignore such a bland fish, but this one begged for attention.
It jerked the water around as if it was a human, who tried to piss a bunch of people off. The movements of its fins were barely fish-like!
