Tezzolo Was Arrested, Ming Ge Was Furious

The entire process went unnoticed by everyone, except for Salome, who was closest to him. She subtly touched Hancock to alert her.

Confused, Hancock turned around to see Arias's beaming face. Though she didn't comprehend where he had been, his expression indicated a successful mission, bringing joy to Hancock.

"What's happening outside?" she inquired.

Arias peered down through the screen and observed a horde of pirates rushing in, wreaking havoc in the auction house. They swiftly used their weapons to demolish everything in sight, yet refrained from attacking the guests. The leader of the Blast Lion Pirates displayed self-awareness, recognizing the threat the Donquixote family posed.

These pirates caused chaos to create a diversion, allowing Tezolo to stealthily infiltrate and pilfer the coveted Devil Fruit.

The sudden intrusion of the pirates caused a significant commotion. Nobles and wealthy individuals stood up, their guards immediately drawing weapons to defend against the pirate incursion.

Sachi, Teach, Irving, and others, however, remained unfazed. To them, these pirates were nothing more than reputations with little substance.

Arias, maintaining his composure, even took the opportunity to jest with Kuzan, who was nearby, "Kuzan, Vice Admiral, the pirates are causing trouble; won't you Marines take care of it?"

However, Kuzan sat in his seat, indifferent, and responded, "My mission is to participate in this auction, not to capture pirates." He observed the chaos below with keen interest, recognizing the delicate balance between Doflamingo and Brother Ming.

In the highest VIP room of the auction house, Brother Ming held a glass of red wine, calmly watching the pirates' disturbance as if observing a group of doomed individuals.

Originally, he had planned to avoid this auction and raid a country with the Donquixote family cadres. However, due to Vergo's arrest, he had to change his plans and also wanted to test the loyalty of his cadre.

"I changed my plan at the last minute and came to attend the auction. Only Torebol knows that if you want to snatch my Devil Fruit, you do have a chance while I'm away."

He continued, "Also, there is Kuzan in the Marines."

"Except for Torebol, several others are suspected of betrayal."

Soon, Torebol led a large number of pirates to eliminate the so-called Explosive Lion Pirates as part of Brother Ming's calculated move.

A total of one hundred and seventy-nine people, including the captain, were killed on the spot, their bodies strewn across the auction house.

Tezzolo was caught by several strong men who had been secretly ambushing outside the auction.

However, when Torebol went in to inspect the lot, he was astonished to find it empty. The items Arias had taken were nowhere to be found.

Brother Ming erupted in fury upon discovering the disappearance of the lot. He immediately ordered the auction house to be cordoned off and summoned the rest of the Donquixote family cadres for inspection, determined to find the culprits.

"The lot vanished?"

"How is that possible? Dover, these are all your people. You should know who has been out. Now that the products we photographed are gone, you still dare to put us under house arrest?" challenged one of the individuals.

Irving and Sachi, among others, weren't pleased with being suspected by Brother Ming.

"Doflamingo, are you sure you want to search us?"

"Do you want to start a war with us?" questioned another.

Brother Ming's face contorted with displeasure. There were influential figures present that he couldn't afford to offend. While he might not fear Owen and Sage, the looming presence of Whitebeard and Charlotte Linlin behind them gave him pause. Additionally, the unpredictable Marine Vice Admiral Kuzan posed a threat.

After careful consideration, Brother Ming decided to release these individuals, but the remaining people would undergo interrogation. The situation was tense as suspicions and tensions ran high.

"Doflamingo, we've been in the same box with Vice Admiral Kuzan. Whether we've gone out or not, Kuzan knows very well."

When Brother Ming ordered Arias and the others to stay for inspection, Arias immediately sought confirmation from Kuzan.

Looking at Kuzan, Arias stated, "Right, Vice Admiral Kuzan!"

Kuzan nodded in agreement, "Indeed, Nine Snakes and his team have always been with us; they have never left."

After a few seconds of staring at Arias, Brother Ming suddenly burst out laughing, "Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.. Arias! I've been seeing news about you in the newspaper a lot lately! If you have a chance, come and sit here! You can leave too!"

Arias, Hancock, Yamato, and Hiyori, dressed in revealing attire, didn't appear to be hiding anything. Arias smiled, shook hands with Brother Ming, and left with the three girls.

However, those who were stopped were less pleased. 

"Hey! Dover! Why can those people leave!"

"You have no right to check us!"

Facing the protests, Brother Ming unleashed a breathtaking aura, using Conqueror's Haki. The weaker individuals fainted immediately, while even the stronger ones displayed fear on their faces.

Brother Ming snorted coldly and ordered Torebol, "Search!"
