A Mother’s Gift

After a hard day's work,

I then walk safely home.

I am greeted by loving arms;

Her swollen body I soon alarm.

I took a feel and I felt a kick.

I was given a brother and a name I shall pick.

I would then go lay in my room.

I would then go to sleep as my thoughts begin to roam.

6 months soon shall pass.

A big brother I shall be at last.
