16 Early Graduation!
Naruto went to home and both guy and noir went to hokage's office Guy entered the office and noire was standing outside the office
guy enters the office and sees hokage buried in stash of papers
Hokage : " Guy what can I do for you did Naruto did something troublesome? "
Guy: " no hokage sama it is about Noir today he asked me where does he stand as per his power so i told him to spar with me with all his might
but when we spared he was able to keep up with me by using different ninjutsu and taijutsu but the shocking thing is that he used jutsu of 3 chakra elements without any problem
and most shoking of all he can use hidden mist technique and also forced me to use 1 gate for a brief moment but i think he did not notice that "
hokage after hearing this was shocked hokage knew that noir practices jutsu at night in forest but he he did not know that he can force guy to use frist gate be it for brief moment but he is 8 years old who is studying in academy
Hokage : " hmmm Guy i knew he was practicing jutsu but i did not know he was so proficient in them "
Guy: " hokage sama when i asked him how he can use jutsu of different chakra type he told me that because. he has affinity for them he used 3 types of ninjutsu against me "
hokage who was smoking pipe started coughing in shock what does this means it means that noir has chakara affinity for 3 chakra nature and is also performing them proficiently
Hokage : " where is he guy if he is not here call him here right now "
Guy: " he is outside hokage sama i will call him "
guy went to noir and said : " noir let's go Hokage sama is calling you "
noir and guy both enter the hokage office

guy was shocked by the noir's words
Hokage : " how are you doing noir , i heard about you from guy you are making quite a progress "
Noir : " well practice day and night you also know that old man "
guy was again shocked with noir's behaviour infront of hokage
Hokage : " ohh so you noticed "
noir : " yehhh just noticed anbu here and there "
Hokage : " good observation skill. i must say now what guy is saying is that true? "
noir : " will i don't know what guy sensei told you but if he is saying then it must be true "
Hokage : " now let's be serious noir how do you know so many jutsu "
noir : " well when you gave me my parents house when i was cleaning it i found secret basement it is protected by Uzumaki clans high level fuinjutsu and can only be opened by me
it has many jutsu collected by my ancestors from our village and other villages so i learnt them from there and i used to practice them in night froest near my house as you know "
Hokage : " ok so the origin of jutsu is no problem but now how can you use jutsu of different elements without being exhausted "
Noir : " it's simple old man i have affinity for them i used chakara paper i found in basement to test it "
noir's word shocked both hokage and guy
Hokage : " Dog get me some chakra papers "
after just 1 min Anbu appeared besides guy with chakara paper in hand but it was normal chakra paper
Hokage : " noir take chakra paper from dog and channel you chakara in it "
noir went to dog and got chakra paper from his hand and channeled chakra in it what happened next shocked all the personal in room
the chakra paper tore in to 4 pieces one was burning, second became damp , third wrinkled and last one tore into more pieces
that ment that noir had fire, water , wind and lightning chakra nature hokage was also shocked because he saw this phenomena occuring for the Frist time in his life
Hokage : " you weren't lying noir but you have chakra affinity for 4 elements not 3
well this is frist hehe
guy you spared with noir now what do you think what is his strength level ?"
Guy: " according to the spar he can easily beat any genin in minutes i think his strength is of Chunin but he lacks real life experience
with experience he can become chunin easily "
noir also agreed with guys remarks because he really lacked in the experience department hokage was in shock by guys word because noir was 8 years old with chunin level strength
Hokage : " well i know that hatake clan had strong people but 2 geniuses at having strength of chunin at age of 8 "
Both noir and dog under the mask had smirk on their face hokage also noticed noir's expressions
Hokage : " what are you plans noir "
noir : " i stayed in academy for long time because of Naruto and to increase my strength before going in outer world but now we are strong enough to protect our self so i wan to graduate early but Naruto needs to be in academy his ninjutsu and genjutsu are not good because of his chakra control "
although Naruto was practicing leaf concentration exercise for 2 years now but his chakara control was improving very much i think i am not Good teacher he needs Kakashi or jiraya to teach him for his chakara control
1 reason for Naruto not practicing ninjutsu was because noir did not wanted to attract danzo's attention in the past but now he can't avoid it but danzo is under house arrest thing
Hokage guy and Kakashi were in daze because he was not talking like normal 8 years old they thought that they were talking with some adult
but hokage and Kakashi already knew about his behaviour and guy also got the idea between last 2 years so they had no problems with it
Hokage : " ok i will arrange early graduation exam for you Tomorrow you need to perform 3 basic ninjutsu and sapr with chunin for taijutsu test are we clear "
Noir : " yes hokage sama thank you "
Hokage : " you go now noir "
noir went to home but guy and Kakashi stayed there
Hokage: " what do you think about noir kakashi "
at this time 3rd hokage was thinking about getting Kakashi out of anbu because of guy's suggestion and hokage saw this as opportunity
Kakashi: " what is he like guy"
Guy: " he forced me to open frist gate for a moment "
hearing guys word Kakashi was puzzled because he knows how strong guy is and if noir can take him till this moment then he really was genius
Guy: " And his team work is on par with chunin level shinobi both Naruto and noir give me hard time if i fight both of them ofcourse i am not serious while sparing but still "
Kakashi : " well do you want to add him to anbu hokage sama "
hokage : " no Kakashi i am giving you retirement from anbu now you will be jonin of village and you will form team with noir for missions
i would have given you full team of genin but graduation just went now and every team is fixed so you will take students from next year till then you will be noir's jonin sensei "
Kakashi was shocked he expected that noir would be added to his anbu team but hokage gave him retirement and made him jonin but Kakashi can't say anything to hokage so he accepted his fate
Hokage : " guy you can train him when both parties are free and you can continue training Naruto If you like "
Guy: " yes hokage sama i will keep training Naruto "
Kakashi : " hokage sama i would also like to test noir if you don't mind if i don't find him worthy i will not be his jonin sensei "
Hokage : " ok do as you like you can leave now "
