But he did not like that and want to join the same class of Itachi and Izumi.
There are some benefits in this matter so he has decided to join in the school early saying the reason that he should protect Konoha village since his father died.
This reason would definitely move the third Hokage so before sleeping he wrote a diary and made arrangements so that the diary looked a little aged.

Looking at the options Rito chose the first option.

The third Hokage became interested in Rito and after Rito left his office he called an Anbu to investigate Rito.
Rito went straight to the academy to register with the letter approval of the Hokage.
The process went smooth.
Since Rito is an orphan with ninja parents that died in service the fee will be paid by the village management.
After registering he was tested some basics like language, math.....
There is also a physical test where Rito quickly cleared them all with his peak A-grade physique.
With his scores he was directly assigned to the same class as Itachi and Izumi.
Well for the first year all of them will be in the same class.
When he arrived at the class there is a little commotion and Izumi that looked at Rito was shocked.
Rito received the notification of gaining the rewards for the choice he made and succeeded.
While he was at the academy his house was searched by an Anbu ninja and brought back the book the diary written by Rito.
Before coming to Hokage's office Rito has already hid the cash, medicinal liquid and the will of his father in a very visible but secret place.
So no one would take them.
But the diary is placed at the place that can gather most attention.
Soon his diary was in the hands of the old fox third Hokage and went through the details.
Rito made sure that the front pages and ink have some aging using the special techniques that are unknown to this world.
Only the last passage which looked like it was from last night.
There are some praises towards the Hokage and the management of the village.
There is sadness for the death of his mother in the early pages and there is also a passage of heroic sacrifice of his father.
Third Hokage might be old but the mental age of Rito is more than 80 years and his experience in acting and diverting is 60 years old.
Can the old fox that only managed a small village know the thought process of a man that was called the king of assassins by the entire earth?
So with his excellent gestures Rito has moved the heart of the Hokage.
Also Hokage made another enquiry related to the Uchiha blood line in Rito.
The result is to his liking.
Even though Rito has the blood line from Uchiha clan it was very thin to the point that he did not awaken even a single tomoe Sharingan.
It is not that he doesn't love his father enough or he did not have enough emotions.
It is simple that his Uchiha blood line is very thin.
For this very reason he was expelled from the Uchiha clan right after his mother died.
This gave the third Hokage confidence and even thoughts of developing an Uchiha faction by his side using Rito.
Even though the blood like of Rito is thin that doesn't mean that he future descendents would not have strong Uchiha bloodline.
It is just that Rito is an odd ball that was free to pick.
As long as he was cultivated properly even if he did not become a strong ninja he can at least give him some strong Uchiha men in the future.
With these thoughts he was very happy and sent the diary back.
That day he went to give his speech for the starters of 5-6 years in the academy.
Itachi would graduate at the age of 7.
So he will develop rapidly in just 1 year.
He has already refined chakra and he did not open the Sharingan yet.
