5 - 5 - Takashi's Final Gambit
Izuna watched, holding his breath through his new eyes, as his father stood on the brink of death.
And just as Izuna thought all hope was lost, a massive, light purple-colored skeleton with two arms popped into existence.
In Takashi's final stand, he pulled out his trump card. The two Sunagakure ninjas, now enclosed inside Takashi's Susanoo, feared for their lives. Takashi swiftly brought down his Susanoo's two massive hands, grabbed the two ninjas, and squeezed the life out of them.
He then dropped them and fell onto the ground, still bleeding from his two terrible wounds.
Akemi, seeing that the fight was finally over, hurriedly ran over to her husband Takashi and started to heal him using the Mystical Palm Technique. Though the wounds didn't seem to be life-threatening, she still wanted him to lay down and relax instead of healing himself.
She said to Takashi, 'Just lay still and everything will be okay.' Takashi simply nodded his head, trusting in his wife's ability to heal him.
After several minutes of healing, Akemi finally said, 'Okay, I think I completely healed you. You will just have to take it easy for a while.'
Takashi then sat up and said, 'Thank you, and I'm glad you two are safe. I was worried we weren't going to make it there for a minute.'
Akemi smiled and said, 'I thought so too, but it all worked out in the end. Now, let's go before anything else can happen.' The two then quickly left, heading back toward Konohagakure.
As the three traveled through Amegakure, Akemi asked Takashi, "Why didn't you use your Susanoo sooner?"
Takashi then said, "Well, at first, I didn't want anyone to escape with the knowledge that I had an MS, and after I killed all the Chunins, I thought I had the situation under control… until I didn't."
Akemi then said, "Well, next time, please don't worry me like that."
They then crossed the border to the Land of Fire, where they finally met with Konoha ninjas, who were holding the line several hours away from the Hidden Leaf Village at one of there many checkpoints.
A ninja of the Hidden Leaf, seeing two ninjas approaching their location, yelled, "Stop! Who goes there?"
Takashi stepped forward with his hands up, showing that he meant no harm, and said, "I am Takashi Uchiha with my wife, Akemi Uchiha, and our newborn son."
The Hidden Leaf ninja then quickly checked to see if they were who they said they were and, not long after, let the three pass.
After that, the three didn't run into any more people until they finally made it back to Konohagakure.
