15 - 15 - Start of Training
Izuna woke up early the next morning and knew it was time to train. He had a year before the academy entrance exams, and while he didn't fear failing, he wanted to go in as strong as he could, so hopefully, his father would give him more jutsus along with the shadow clone.
There were now 2 years before the start of the Second Great Ninja War, and it lasted around 5 years. That would put him at 11 towards the end of the war, so he knew it wouldn't be out of the realm of possibilities that he would be strong enough to fight at the end of the war.
As he entered his backyard, ready to start training, Izuna thought to himself, 'I should find a better place to train. I'm now old enough to start training my body.' So, Izuna quickly left his backyard and ran to find a new place to train.
After thinking for a moment, he knew of a pretty good spot. It was around a 30-minute run from his house, in the woods.
Once he got there, he decided the first thing he would do was to continue to run. He wasn't sure how far he could go, but he could already tell that his body was stronger than a human body would be in his previous world.
While he knew he didn't meet the standards of the best athletes of his previous world yet, he knew that he was in far better shape than a 4-year-old from his previous world. He assumed it had to do with chakra but wasn't sure.
Izuna continued to run laps in the woods, and after running right under 3 kilometers, he knew it was time to take a break.
After a 10-minute break, he went on to do pushups, which he managed to do 2 sets of 10, and on the 3rd set, he managed to get 8.
Then he followed it with sit-ups, where he did an impressive 100 in a row.
Then he did squats and managed 3 sets of 20. Lastly, he found a tree and did some pull-ups. His light body allowed him to get in an impressive 10 pull-ups before he had to stop. While he did have a great workout, he didn't feel as if he was done; he still had a little more in him.
