The End of the Fight, Genin Test Is Over
[AN: Sorry guys, but I'm removing the update schedule as it stresses me out when I'm unable to post chapters on time. From now on I will post chapters almost every day, there will be 5-7 chapters per week or so. While setting up update schedule was a great idea, it seems that it just didn't work for me.
This has to be done as I want to enjoy writing and do not be stressed about being late on time.

As Yuta and his shadow clones finished preparing the trap, they hide themselves in the outer perimeter of the trap, with Yuta being further away and his two shadow clones being on the left and right of the path that Koichi is supposed to take, ready to intercept him and push him further in to the trap by suicide attacks with whatever the explosive tags they had left.
As soon as Yuta and his clones are hiding the four minutes is runs over, and Yuta and his clones start hearing the metal clangs from the direction of the fight.
Soon after that Itachi showed up outside of the perimeter of the trap with Shunshin jutsu, he turned around and thrown a bunch of shurikens. Immediately after that Itachi performed another Shunshin and flickered further away, passing the area of the trap entirely.
As he did just that, another series of metal clangs sounded from the direction of the thrown shurikens, but this time much closer, and as soon as they sounded, Koichi appeared on the perimeter of the trap, running into it at a high speed.
'Damn he is fast! Detonating the explosive seals at the right time will be difficult!' As Yuta and his clones had that same thought, they prepared to detonate the right explosive seals in the perimeter of the trap, if it will be necessary to correct Koichi's path to push him in to the center of the trap.
'I wonder where Hikari are, she is nowhere to be seeing, she is probably either already beaten at the start or she is following Koichi, waiting for the opening for the attack…'
As soon as Koichi runs inside into the outer perimeter of the trap he immediately stopped, looking around with his cold and emotionless face, deflecting another incoming bunch of shurikens from all sides at high speed with his kunai, uncaring about shurikens at all.
'Looks like he sensed the trap, well it's time for plan B to try to push him inside with shadow clones and explosive tags around the main trap.'
As soon as Yuta thought about it, his clones came to the same conclusion and started to act. Both of Yuta's shadow clones were slightly behind the current position of Koichi, they canceled the concealment and ran towards Koichi.
Yuta's shadow clones pulled out a kunais, pretending that they were going for close combat, Koichi spotted them right away and did not shown any emotions on his face, waiting for the clones to come closer.
Neither Hikari nor Itachi is anywhere to be seeing at this moment. Yuta was avoiding using his sensory technique right now, because he didn't know if Koichi would sense him doing it. At this point Yuta wanted Koichi to think that the real Yuta is among the two shadow clones that are closing up on him.
Then the moment that two Yuta's shadow clones came closer to Koichi, they stopped and unsealed a bunch of the explosive tags in front of their chests areas, there only around 20 explosive tags in front of each shadow clone. And as soon as they did so they immediately exploded the tags.
As Yuta watched his clones unseal the explosive tags, he remotely detonated the hidden explosive tags around Koichi with the intent to block all his ways of escaping except the one that will lead him in to the center of the trap.
What comes next is the series of loud explosions, smoke and flying dirt obstructed the vision and Yuta immediately activated his sensory technique to not lose the moment, when it will be the right time to activate the main trap.
As soon as Yuta activated his sensory technique, he sensed that an extremely strong and vast chakra moved at extremely high speed in the direction of the main trap, and it's already reached the beginning of it.
'Damn, even a moment later and it would be too late! I have to detonate the main trap right now!'
Just a moment later a huge explosion occurred and even Yuta, who is far away, would be blown away by the wind blast wave if he didn't stick to the ground with his chakra. The line of sight is completely obstructed by dust and smoke, as Yuta covers his face with his hands, withstanding the blast wave.
As explosion occurs, Yuta concentrates on his sensory technique, waiting to sense in which direction Koichi will escape, ready to detonate remaining explosive seals around the area, but what he sensed at the moment of the explosion scared him.
'No, that can't be! How is his chakra just disappeared in the middle of the explosion? Is he dead? How someone like him, an experienced Jonin, can die just like that?'
Yuta's face is showing a shocked expression, he stands there, in the middle of the dust and smoke, seemingly unable to understand the situation.
But Yuta is not left in that state for long, as he heard a cold voice from behind him.
"Nice try, kid!"
'What, how, I don't sense anyone behi…' Yuta was unable to complete his thoughts as he already was sent flying with a Koichi's kick from behind.
As Yuta landed not far away, he was in pain, unable to stand up and continue the fight, the least he could do is to maintain his sensory technique and maybe detonate some leftover explosive tags at the right time.
The next moment Yuta hears the series of metal clangs not far away and some sounds of landed punches and kicks, but the fight that is going on is outside of the field of his leftover explosive tags, so there is not much Yuta can do in this situation.
A few seconds later Yuta found some strength in him to seat on the ground from his lying position and as he was about to create another pair of the shadow clones to assist his teammates while he is recovering, Yuta sensed the two chakra signatures that approaching his position, and one of those belong to Itachi.
'That's good, my teammates are still able to move and fight, and they are coming for me, I can create two shadow clones and try to assist them in the fight…'
But as Yuta had that thought and already performed a cross-sign hand seal for the Shadow Clone jutsu, he hears a two thuds in a few meters from him, and the chakra signatures in Yuta's senses is aligned with the position of those two thuds that he heard, and they are not moving…
The dust and smoke are started to dissipate, and Yuta saw Itachi and Hikari that are beaten up and lying on the ground a few meters away from him, and a little further there is Koichi standing and looking at Yuta, completely fine and not having even a single scratch on his clothes whatsoever.
Koichi are stands there with a slight satisfied smile, as if he looking not at his beaten up Genin team but at something like a work well done after a long and hard day…
'Damn, this guy is actually able to smile…' Yuta thought to himself while canceling his Shadow Clone jutsu in the middle of performing it, definitely not wanting to receive any extra kicks anymore.
As Yuta dropped his hands in defeat, Itachi and Hikari started to recover and sat on the ground, looking like they were also unable to continue the fight.
"Well," Koichi said in a slightly warmer tone than usual, looking at his beaten up Genin team, "That was not as bad as I thought it would be! You all pass the test and I accept you as my Genin team and my students from now on. But don't be too happy about it as all three of you made a lot of mistakes during the fight!
Tomorrow at 5am come to this training grounds and I want all of you to analyze the fight and tell me tomorrow which exact mistakes you had made. Dismissed!"
After saying that Koichi flickered away, leaving the Genin team to recover on their own.
"Are you alright guys?" Yuta said feeling a little guilty because he only received one kick, while the rest of his teammates definitely had a much harder times than him.
"I'm fine" Itachi said calmly, seemingly deep in to his own thoughts, analyzing how the fight went.
Hikari doesn't responds and just stands up and leaves with annoyed look.
'Seems like she can experience emotions after all… But her difficult attitude is not getting us anywhere…' Yuta thought as he watched Hikari leaving.
"Hey Itachi, how the fight went on your side?" As Hikari left, Yuta asked curiously.
"We just fought Koichi-sensei back then for some time, then he kicked Hikari away and I led him into the trap, constantly attacking him with shurikens. After the explosions when you were unable to spot Koichi-sensei coming at you from behind, we attacked him together with Hikari, but we were too slow to stop him from knocking you down, and he knocked us down right after that as well." Itachi said calmly, still deep in his thoughts.
Then after some time Itachi seemingly relaxed coming to some conclusion and looked at Yuta with a slight smile and said, "Koichi-sensei is too fast and strong, I think there was nothing we could do to beat him no matter what."
"Yea" Yuta confirmed coming to the same conclusion, "He even managed to escape all those explosions without even a scratch on his clothes. Koichi-sensei is right, I made some mistakes, but even if I would do everything perfectly there is still no chance to beat him."
Itachi just nods hearing that.
