Chapter 2

-Forgotten Lands (Naruto's POV)

'What am I doing wrong? How long have I been here, but nothing I don't feel anything. What am I doing wrong?' I contemplated as I looked out at the mountains and field in front of the temple in my seated position. Standing up I walk to the girl as she is lying there seemingly sleeping, but I do not see any signs of life breathing is non-existent as I touch her cold head I get hit with realization. 'What is the old man going to do when he does not find me or the kind ramen shop owner not see me in a while?" I thought as I looked at the sky as many shining stars started back at me showing me something I couldn't do.

 Looking over at Argo the horse that was given to me by the parent of Hita along with this bow with no arrows, so how am I supposed to use it am I supposed to make of find them around? Looking around I don't see anything just a room full of idols and my horse and me now arrows in sight I am so confused. Walking passed the girl I sit at the edge of the temple with a new problem.

*Gurgle*

My hungry how am I supposed to eat? Where should I go for food am I supposed to hunt with no arrows? '_' Am I stupid looking at the memories Hita's parent gave me showed me how to use the bow. I stand up and hold the bow with my left hand straight out in front of me and grab onto the string as if I had an arrow in it and pull imagining an arrow, I close my eyes to better picture it once at its climax I could feel an arrow in between my fingertips as open my eyes I see an arrow, not break focus I release and see an arrow fly toward the mountain, but after just a few meters it starts to point down then another few matters it hit the ground I smile at that and at a lizard that was near where I hit as it scurried away I go again but this time I aim for the lizard.

Getting in position I pull back this time keeping my eyes on the lizard as it ran letting go I miss completely. :( Now upset cause I lost my meal I walk back and sit on the stairs in front of Hita's stone bed I can see Argo just a few feet away from me I go back to meditating to try and open my Chakra Nodes or at least get to at least pour out.

-Konoha

"Anything?" Asked Sarutobi as he sat in his Hokage's office ignoring his paperwork as many Anbu and Jonins stood in his office bringing more bad news. "Damn it how am I supposed to meet Fourth Hokage when I kick the bucket," He said upset. Then a man with an eye patch and bandaged hand walked in with a scowl. "Have you brought good news Danzo?" Sarutobi asked Danzo who grew a bigger scowl.

"No. . ." He said slowly. "This would have not happened if you had given me the boy if I had trained him to be a soldier he would have not wanted to escape or wish to leave," He said almost screaming.

"For you to make him a machine only to work for the village do you know who you talking about the son of the Fourth Hokage the savior of our village," He screamed at him disgusted with the thought. "Leave before I make you," He said as a strong pressure filled the room. " I want everyone in this room to go out and find and Dog bring Jiraiya I need to talk to him," Sarutobi said as everyone dispersed leaving him alone in his room not even his shadow stayed.

"What have I done I should have raised Naruto like my son and not been pressured by the civilian court or my feelings. Have I failed as Hokage Minato have I?" He asked the air around him as he put his head into his palms.

-Forgotten Land's

It has been three weeks since Naruto's time in this new world and he has learned a lot about how to predict his prey as he has caught many Lizards but also his Chakra is now unlocked. It was a challenge but he pulled through cooking the lizard over a fire he made with stick and old dried leaves he found around the temple.

After night's rest, he walks outside looking at the morning dew and the sun just peaking off the mountains he smiles feeling ready to take on a colossi. Raising his sword he feels a little stamina release from him as he lights the sword and it points towards the first colossi, which must have been caused by the shock of being in a new place. Getting on Argo he kicks his side and leans forward as Argo starts moving naruto raises the sword just once more to make sure he is going the right as he is correct it is pointing toward the mountain in front of him.

Following a small path they find themselves at a dead end looking up he can see an opening and he can also hear something over it looking around he finds a path of vines that look climbable. "Sorry buddy looks like I have to go at it alone for now," Naruto said jumping off of Argoas he patted him climbing the vines he saw more of the path he must go as he parked he found himself enjoying it more.

Making it to the top he felt the ground rumble a bit walking towards the rumble he saw Colossi standing on two feet with a huge club in hand as it just wandered around aimlessly Point his sword at it as the light peaks at the top of the colossi head showing a mark on top "But now how does one get up there?" Naruto asked out loud continuing to point to the side of the sword he moved it down and saw its peak at the shins of the colossi confused he slowly made his way around the colossi after a bit of sneaking he made it and saw the same symbol on the back of its calf.

With an idea, he puts away the sword in its sheath that he connects to his belt and moves the bow from around his left shoulder and right hip. He kneels pulling his bowstring back as he holds in a breath knowing he will not miss the releases. Making a loud cry the colossi fall to one knee smiling at his chance he runs up to the leg looking at the furr he thinks later and climbs it holding on tight as the colossi stands back up again not noticing Naruto so he shakes his body, but Naruto prepared to hold on tighter than before.

As it stopped Naruto quickly climbed up once he was up the colossi shook again and Naruto lost grip in one hand almost falling he quickly grabbed on and put away his bow once the colossi stopped and took out his sword raising it once it peaked and he could not raise it anymore he stabbed it down with all his might as it pierces it head dark smoke release form the colossi's head same as his leg, just a lot more this time. He then started to go again but the colossi shook its head throwing him around as he hung on for dear life after it stopped he peaked again and stabbed down another burst of black smoke came out as he felt it weaken so he quickly went again stabbing it as another burst of smoke comes out he does three more on the third one it makes it finally cry as it falls as the back smoke cover its bodie as Naruto fall to the ground smiling to himself at his achievement.

Looking at the colossi he sees many being of smoke come up from the body looking back he sees Argo near the edge confused he is about to say something, but is stopped as the smoke assaults him knocking him out as he falls to the ground.
